00:05a viral video of fire volunteers allegedly looting from a supermarket.

00:10During a fire in Barangay Pasong Pupik in Kelzon City, BFP spokesperson

00:15Anthony Arroyo warned that those involved could face qualified theft charges for

00:19explaining

00:20exploiting the disaster.

00:21While any BFP personnel implicated will face administrative

00:25cases for grave misconduct.

00:26As a result, the BFP is considering groundings.

00:30It is urging the public to report any irregularities.

00:35To support their internal cleansing efforts.
