00:00So I finally figured out how to make a high protein, low calorie Big Mac sauce, and it tastes so much better than the original.
00:05Now for this healthier take on a Big Mac sauce, we're going to need some diced pickles, and I'm not really a big fan of sweet pickles, so I'm going to use dill pickles instead.
00:11Now because we're making another low calorie burger sauce, we're going to still use that Greek yogurt base instead of mayonnaise.
00:16And one of the most important ingredients for Big Mac sauce is using a bunch of yellow mustard.
00:20Now for the ketchup, you want to make sure the one you're using is low sugar or unsweetened, you're going to save a bunch of calories here.
00:24Then we're going to add all the dry ingredients, and I'll put a full list of those in the measurements down below for you.
00:28Then we're going to add about two tablespoons of our diced pickles, and then we're going to add just a splash of apple cider vinegar before we finish it off with a little bit of Barron Burton's W sauce.
00:35And then all we have to do is whisk everything together, and that's going to leave us with what I think is the perfect low calorie Big Mac sauce.
00:40And even though this is already going to taste amazing, it's going to taste much better if we pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
00:45Okay, so honestly, I wasn't sure how much I was going to like this one because I'm not a huge fan of Big Mac sauce, but adding the W sauce to this was a complete game changer.
00:51I mean, it's definitely got more tang and acidity than a normal Big Mac sauce, but I'm really not mad at that at all.
