00:00If I can go back, I'll finish my studies because I did not finish my studies because of business.

00:29Well, when I was young, seven or nine years old, I was selling peanuts and soft drinks.
00:35When I was high school ready during vacation, I told my dad I want to work in the public works at Highways.

00:48Then later on, when I grew older, the tobacco industry, Virginia, our major industry at that time was tobacco, but native tobacco.
00:57But during that time of, if you recall the name of Harry Stonehill, a soldier that became a billionaire here, he was the one who smuggled the seeds of Virginia tobacco to the Philippines.
01:09So, to cut this story short, I became the biggest trader at that time when I was young.
01:15By the hundreds of trucks, when I delivered hundreds of trucks in La Union, Kalaokan, Pasig, I became a VIP because I have a lot of tobacco.
01:25So, that's how I started to have a lot of money.
01:35My father, when I said something, he always said yes, but my mother, he said, no, why do you sell peanuts? Why do you work?
01:43Because there was high society at that time.
