00:06can earn yield on your nfts so this is a p2p nft lending platform nft5 is just a platform that
00:16actually allows you as an owner to collateralize your tokens and also borrow let's say wrapped
00:22eth or die against those tokens although it doesn't have its own token yet it is a live
00:29product i've done a full review of it they have over 50 150 million in a loan volume already
00:37over 8 000 loans it's one of the biggest players in the market at the moment so as a peer-to-peer
00:42platform nft fly nft5 essentially what they do is they employ individual loan amounts durations and
00:50interest rates so borrowers sort of are able to list their nfts and also specify their conditions
00:57with typical loan durations ranging between 7 and 90 days lenders then are able to either accept
01:06the offered terms or counter with the alternative proposals once a loan is agreed on the nft is sent
01:14to an escrow smart contract and then the loan is actually executed and only so a loan can only default
01:21if the borrower actually fails to repay the loan in interest and the expiry date is also passed so
01:28there are no automatic liquidations if the loan falls below the collateral value that is uh let's say flow
01:35prices are plummeting the average api a borrower has to pay is about 49 and varies based on the duration of
01:43the loan nft5 is a very interesting platform i've done a review of this platform uh before and uh if you want
