00:16together. So I thought I'd record this so Michael could play it on air. I stand behind what I said
00:24about Sauce being a Trump cultist. Not. No. Wrong. Not what was intended. And I say that of course for
00:35the Media Matters crowd and the Hello Clueless Nation crowd who will then now try to snippet that
00:45out of context of this. I, hey, Kimmy Jimmel, take note. When something goes wrong, own it.
00:57Live up to it. As Don McCauley says of me, honor, integrity, patriotism. For some, those are just
01:05words. For bestselling author Joseph M. Leonard, those are values he embodies in the things he does
01:14every day. And I need to live up to that standard. I appreciate him saying that. What I said didn't
01:23come out right. I did not articulate something well. It's kind of like a, well, not exactly, but similar
01:34to a story my friend Jason. There was a time he said something. He accidentally regurgitated his left
01:42wing talking point without really thinking about it. And I said to him, what you said was moronic.
01:51Well, over a few days, he fumed and got upset and came back at me for calling him a moron. Well, no,
02:01that's not what I said. And I repeated, what you said was moronic. I did not call you a moron.
02:10And he thought about it more and indeed agreed then thereafter. And it's been an ongoing running
02:18gag ever since. Whenever we run into each other, I call him a moron. We laugh about it.
02:26Not exactly what happened with sauce. What I said indeed did not come out right.
02:35See, Kimmy Jimmel, that's not difficult to own up to. We're all human, flawed, frail, and imperfect.
02:45Sometimes things don't come out right. What sauce said could be interpreted as a Trump cult talking
02:56point. I was not intending to call sauce a Trump cultist. There is a big difference there. And
03:04I apologize, sauce. It didn't come out right. See, left art, that's not difficult to do.
03:14It's not. And let me also clear up while we're at it, because I don't want this to go long.
03:22My leaving Savage Dunn filter has nothing whatsoever to do with any of this. I had books that had just
03:32come out. I had another about to come out and working on another complicated, which came out
03:40January of 2026, doing my own show. What am I supposed to do with my health conditions,
03:51needing to reduce stress and pressure I was putting on myself or I would have landed up in the hospital
04:00again? Am I to quit doing my own show? Well, of course, thinkers know, of course, you're not going to do
04:08that. So stepping away from Savage Dunn filter was the logical, sensible, common sense things to do.
04:16It has nothing to do with any of this. There is no risk between me, Mike and Sauce or Bobblement. I've been on Bobblement's show
04:28helping to promote some of my books of late. That's another thing. Wanting time to focus more on my show
04:38and to appear as guests, as a guest. See, something didn't come out, right? Appear as a guest on other shows
04:48to promote my books. So I didn't land up in the hospital. I stepped away from Savage Dunn filter. It's as simple as that.
04:58The left may be simpletons, but they can't handle simple. They can't handle common sense. They will never
05:07deal in reality and facts. It never fits their delusional narratives. So I could say more. Maybe I should say
05:19more. So Sauce, I apologize. I screwed up. What I said was not articulated properly.
