00:00Have you ever noticed that speedster's lightning trails are almost never the same color?
00:03This is a very interesting phenomenon that varies depending on the medium in which the story is told,
00:08whether in movies, comic books, or TV series.
00:10In the comics, the color of a speedster's lightning usually indicates the connection or affinity they have with the speed force,
00:15a kind of energy source that allows these characters to run at incredible speeds.
00:19Typically, yellow or golden lightning is considered the base level and is associated with Barry Allen, the most well-known flash.
00:24Red lightning usually symbolizes a connection to the negative speed force, as is the case with reverse flash.
00:29On the other hand, blue or white lightning is considered purer and usually belongs to speedsters with a stronger and more refined connection to the speed force,
00:36generally the fastest ones.
00:37A good example of this is Wally West, who is often portrayed as the fastest flash of all.
00:41However, it is important to note that this logic can change depending on the universe or the adaptation.
00:46In DC movies, for example, flash has blue lightning, but that does not necessarily mean he is much faster than Superman.
00:52Additionally, in the comics we have already seen versions of flash with red lightning and even speedsters with green lightning.
