01:13Let me know. But let me give you three simple ways to start your day.
01:19Number one, breathe deeply. Inhale and exhale. Focus on that.
01:30Okay. Take a few slow, deep breaths before getting out of bed.
01:40It only takes a minute, but sets a peaceful, peaceful tone.

01:52Set a simple intention.
01:55Decide on one, just one small positive goal for the day.
02:04It can be as simple as smiling at somebody.
02:08Taking a short walk.
02:11Drinking, getting a drink of water.
02:16First thing during the day, a little drink of water.

02:25Number three, what about some simple movements and stretches?
02:32Your arms, your shoulders, your neck.
02:38Two minutes a day.
02:40It's going to help your mind and body feel ready.
