00:00Michael, you talk about how you're making the decisions for long-term,
00:04not just the short-term, you saw Cobby making his first league start at the Manchester Derby.
00:08I just wonder how, of course, could he be in the long-term future of this club?
00:12Has he been working with him so far?
00:14Yeah, I've really enjoyed working with Cobby, I've known him since he was young.
00:18I think I started working with him a little bit when he was 13, 14 years old,
00:21when I was going through my badges myself.
00:23Listen, I've said it before, this club needs young players coming through
00:31and being the foundation for understanding what it means,
00:36not just for the players or the squad, but for the club and for the supporters.
00:40I think it's something that we need to grasp and we need to keep building on.
00:44Cobby is a prime example to come through so quickly and have the rapid rise
00:51and to play in some unbelievably big games and impact those big games at such a young age.
00:56It shows an awful lot of quality in terms of the character and to be able to handle it.
01:03I think part of a career is a few ups and downs and sometimes it goes in different trajectories,
01:10but I think we've seen last week what Cobby can bring.
01:12It was great, he's quite straight-faced and he doesn't give you an awful lot,
01:17but you could see the way he played and he expressed himself. He was enjoying himself
01:21and to see him like that was great.
01:23What's the point?
