00:00Hey everyone, so Glass Heart just dropped on Netflix, and if you've already binged season one,
00:06you're probably asking the same thing I am. When are we getting season two, and what's next for
00:11Ten Blank? First, quick recap for anyone new here. Glass Heart is a musical drama based on
00:17Wakaage Mio's novel, and it follows four messy, talented people trying to survive the music
00:23industry. We've got Akane Saijo, the drummer who gets kicked out of her band right before their
00:28big debut. Then there's Naoki Fujitani, a genius songwriter carrying a brutal secret, a brain
00:35tumour. Add Shou Takaoka and Kazushi Sakamoto, and together they form Ten Blank, a band built from
00:43heartbreak, ambition, and raw talent. Season one also gave us a top-tier villain, Ichidai Isagi,
00:51Naoki's former manager. This guy was pulling strings behind the scenes to sabotage Ten Blank,
00:56all because he wanted control over Naoki again, and the betrayal went even deeper. Isagi had been
01:02taking credit for Naoki's songs that were performed by his client Yukino. Now let's talk about that
01:07finale. Naoki finally confesses his love to Akane, and yes, we get the kiss. Shou returns after walking
01:17away when he learned about Naoki's illness. Kazushi comes back too, and the band reunites at full power.
01:23Then the truth explodes publicly. Isagi never wrote those hits Naoki did. The season ends with Ten Blank
01:31delivering an emotional performance while fans learn about Naoki's diagnosis, and Naoki basically
01:37refuses to stop living through music. Chills. So, season two release date? Netflix hasn't officially
01:45renewed it yet, but if it happens, a realistic guess is early 2027, considering the scale and production
01:53value. Story-wise, season two likely pushes Ten Blank beyond Japan. Arena-level fame is one thing,
02:01but global success is another. Bigger audiences mean bigger pressure, higher expectations,
02:07and more chances for the band to fracture under stress. And Isagi? He lost everything,
02:14which makes him dangerous. Expect a revenge plot that's darker, smarter, and way more personal.
02:20Cast-wise, we expect the core four back. Takaru Sato as Naoki, Yumi Izaki as Akane,
02:28Keita Machida as Shou, and Jun Shison as Kazushi. Naohito Fujiki should return as Izagi,
02:36Erika Kurata as manager Miyako Kai, plus Pistol Takehara as Genji Kamiyama, and Masaki Suda as Toyo Shinzaki,
02:45Naoki's half-brother, who could become Naoki's key support as his condition worsens. And keep an eye on
02:52Yukino, played by Akari Takaishi, because her redemption arc has so much potential after she
02:59exposed Isagi and even supported Ten Blank. If season two introduces new characters, it'll probably be
03:06rivals, international producers, and industry power players who test Ten Blank in ways Japan never did.
03:13So what do you want most in season two Ten Blank's world tour? Naoki and Akane's relationship?
03:20Or Isagi's next move? Let me know in the comments. And thanks for watching.
