00:00Coming back for season four.
00:02Ah, action.
00:03It's so exciting.
00:04We get to explore the romance of Benedict and Sophie.
00:08I think the most exciting part about this season
00:10is telling a new type of love story.
00:12It always feels like you come back
00:14with a slightly different spin.
00:16This season, we get to explore that upstairs, downstairs
00:19element.
00:20In that world, we're introduced to Sophie.
00:24Everyone, this is Sophie.
00:27My name is Yeren Ha, and I play Sophie Peck
00:29in Bridget in season four.
00:31We saw Yeren really late into the process, actually.
00:34But we knew that she was Sophie the moment we saw her tape.
00:38I think in the book, Sophie has quite a sassiness to her.
00:42You are not serious.
00:43But there is also like this vulnerable side and this fragility.
00:46And I think I was just most excited to expand
00:49on bringing that personality to life.
00:53She was raised as a noble young lady.
00:57Just delightful to meet you.
00:59But after her father dies, she is forced into being a maid.
01:03You forget yourself and your place.
01:07Even though she's a maid, she sneaks off to go to a masquerade
01:10ball one night and meets Benedict Bridgerton.
01:13And ever since that night, her life kind of changes
01:15and goes on for quite a journey.
01:17You are perhaps the most intriguing person I've ever met.
01:20This particular storyline has an element of fairy tale about it.
01:23It does sort of make you a bit like a little kid again.
01:26It cribs off of a Cinderella story a little bit.
01:29Wait!
01:30Very much represents fantasy.
01:32They sort of meet three times, really.
01:34Mr. Bridgerton.
01:35Which is what makes this story distinct.
01:38We wanted to create this sense that these two were always going to be drawn back together.
01:43It's steamy, but so beautiful.
01:46And it really is the perfect mingling of fantasy and reality.
01:49I would love to the artist you can speak.
