00:19This is the appeal of Interior and Local Government Secretary Junvik Rimulya to foreign vloggers who come to the country to create negative content against Filipinos.
00:42According to Rimulya, the influx of tourists visiting the country is a big boost to the nation's economy.
00:49However, the government will not allow any visitor to insult or disrespect Filipinos.

01:18Yesterday, Rimulya presented two vloggers who were arrested by the Bureau of Immigration or BI.
01:24Among them is Nikita Chikov, the content creator who went viral for a video claiming that he would spread HIV in the Philippines.
01:31After his arrest, Chikov underwent HIV and sexually transmitted disease or STD testing which returned negative results.
01:39Aside from Chikov, Rimulya also presented Estonian YouTuber CM Rosipo.
01:44In one of his contents, he described Filipinos as monkeys.
01:48Authorities found that he had overstayed in the Philippines as he was only allowed to stay in the country until January 1.

02:20Meanwhile, three immigration officers were dismissed by the BI for allegedly giving special treatment to Russian vlogger Vitaly Zorovetsky.
02:28According to Malacanang, the Immigration Bureau will also be investigated for any possible lapses committed by its personnel.
02:35This follows the release of a video showing the Russian vlogger allegedly using a cell phone and recording videos inside the detention facility.
02:44Authorities said the cell phones have already been confiscated.
02:48It can be recalled that the foreigner harassed and disrespected Filipinos just to create vlog content.
