00:16how you can start using these five methods
00:18to make money with AI today.
00:20Because with how far AI has come,
00:21you don't need to be an expert to make thousands
00:24if not millions with AI.
00:25Number five, personalized GPT ecosystem.
00:29For the nerds out there,
00:30this is how you make a lot of money selling to rich people.
00:34Every business owner I know
00:35is trying to figure out this AI stuff and they're confused.
00:38They hear about projects, they hear about custom GPTs,
00:41they hear about system prompts, master prompts,
00:43custom instructions, all this stuff that you might know
00:46that they have no clue about
00:47and they would pay somebody to come in and set it up.
00:50Last month, I hosted this AI Accelerator Summit
00:53and I had some of the top CEOs from around the world fly in.
00:55These are guys doing like seven, eight, nine,
00:5810 million a year in revenue.
00:59And when I showed them how I use AI, blew their minds.
01:03Everyone asked me the same question.
01:05Who can I pay to set this up for me?
01:07So how does a busy exec actually get this set up for them?
01:10That's where you come in.
01:11So how do we put this into action?
01:13It's pretty simple, there's only four parts.
01:14First, we need to have an intake form.
01:16That essentially collects all the information you need
01:19about your customer.
01:20I'm talking preferences, workflows, the tone, their goals,
01:23gather as much context as possible
01:25because that becomes the input to set everything up.
01:28The second step is you use that specific information
01:31to build some key pieces.
01:32A master prompt for the different context in their life,
01:35system prompts for the specific outputs
01:37they're trying to generate,
01:38custom GPTs from the system prompts,
01:41organize their world into project folders,
01:43teach them how to update the context
01:45in those projects, et cetera.
01:46Now, if what I just shared with you sounds foreign,
01:49don't worry about it because I'm gonna link up

02:02So once you do that,
02:03I want you to load all those documents
02:05that you've created into ChatGPT
02:07and ask it to write an SOP,
02:09standard operating procedure or playbook
02:11for how it can use all that AI you've created
02:15inside of ChatGPT.
02:16So I'm talking like how the client should use projects,
02:19custom GPTs, custom instructions,
02:21master prompts, system prompts.
02:22Step number four is you getting access
02:25to their ChatGPT and setting this all up
02:27so that it is easy, it is clear, it is labeled
02:31and they don't need to wonder
02:32where do they find the projects
02:33and what custom GPT is this
02:35and how would I use this for my work?
02:36It's already analyzed all that, created it,
02:39you've installed it and now they can use it.
02:41Now, the pro tip is to charge them
02:43a monthly subscription-based maintenance fee
02:46so that if they need updates,
02:47especially in today's world,
02:48I don't know if you've seen like literally
02:50every two months there's a big update from ChatGPT,
02:52you can come in and tweak and fix things
02:54as they have questions.
02:56And this works for any platform, Gemini, Claude, et cetera.
02:59Here's the truth, intellectual property of the future
03:03is your system prompts.
03:05A business is gonna pay you top dollar
03:06because they wanna increase the value of their business
03:09which means the quality of their system prompts.
03:11They don't know how to do that,
03:12you do and they'll pay you for that.

03:36Now this next way to make money with AI is blowing up
03:39and you can take advantage of it.
03:41Number four, content multiplying.
03:44So this is an opportunity for you to reach out
03:46to all these businesses creating long form content
03:48and repurpose the exact stuff that they've already put out
03:51and publish it on other platforms
03:53so that they can generate leads on TikTok, Snapchat,
03:56they're probably not using that,
03:57and Instagram and all these other platforms.
03:59See, they already have it in their long form
04:01and with generative words and video and creative strategies,
04:05you can get paid top dollar
04:06to repurpose that content for those businesses.
04:09So if this sounds like something you wanna try,
04:10here's what you need to do.
04:11First, reach out to the companies
04:13that have a portfolio of existing content.
04:15That's the prequalifier.
04:17If you find a business
04:18that has no existing long form content,
04:20this strategy doesn't work.
04:21You can actually ask AI to do a deep research project
04:25to find companies that have a lot of long form content
04:28and no short form posting, no deep LinkedIn profile.
04:33Now that you've got one of those clients as a customer,
04:35I want you to take their top performing content,
04:37the most views, the most engagement, then transcribe it.
04:40Once you have the transcription,
04:42you can then ask ChatGPT or any AI
04:44to pull out the most impactful sections
04:46out of the long form
04:48and then format it differently for different platforms.
04:51I'm talking like clips, carousels, memorable tweets,
04:54that long form content becomes the foundation
04:57for you to generate all the short form content
04:59that those companies are gonna pay you top dollar for.
05:02And here's one of my favorite tips.
05:04If you have a long piece of content,
05:05just ask ChatGPT to package it into a PSL framework,
05:09which stands for point, story, lesson.
05:11This is how I create all my content.
05:12Make a point, tell a story, and then pull out the lessons.
05:16And you can make it do that
05:17from a long form piece of content,
05:18you might pull out five or six PSLs.
05:21That PSL is gonna perform incredibly well on social,
05:24making you look like a king.
05:25So here's the key, is we wanna repurpose stuff
05:28that's performed really well,
05:29so that you don't have to reinvent the wheel
05:31every time you start.
05:32Number three is AI Website Studio.
05:35The whole point is to build beautiful websites
05:38without needing to know how to code.
05:40Back in the day, I actually taught myself HTML.
05:42That was like the first programming language,
05:44that and JavaScript.
05:45And it was fun because I was building these websites
05:47and everybody thought I had like magic skills.
05:50Now you can create literally designed perfect,
05:54pixel perfect, responsive perfect,
05:56everything perfect websites,
05:58automagically using AI.
06:00So if you have a keen eye for design,
06:02and honestly, even if you don't,
06:03this might be perfect for you.
06:05Tools like Lovable or Framer.com makes it possible
06:09to spin up sites in literally seconds
06:12with no coding experience.
06:14I have 18 year old interns on my team,
06:17building, launching, landing pages, websites, apps,
06:22taking information, visualizing it, using Lovable.
06:25They don't even understand like golden ratio,
06:28the rule of thirds or visual hierarchies,
06:30but it looks awesome every time they do it.
06:32For example, one of my companies at Martell Ventures,
06:34it's called Hero Hire that lets you hire people using AI.
06:37It literally finds people, interviews them,
06:39and just schedules final interviews with you.
06:42We built our whole website using Lovable with an intern.
06:46It took less than four hours,
06:47needed no coding at all, and looks beautiful.
06:50So if you wanna implement this and get paid for it,
06:52just follow these steps.
06:53First, we have to use ChatGPT to create an intake form
06:56that collects everything you're gonna need from the client.
06:59I'm talking brand details, goals, copy, tonality.
07:02Second, we use that information
07:04and plug it into ChatGPT to write the prompts
07:07to generate the website in Lovable or Framer,
07:11and then let AI create the rest of it.
07:14Then I need you to just tinker a bit with it
07:16to get the details and the polish then.
07:18And finally, send it back to the client for feedback,
07:21but the key is, is have them fill out the feedback in a form,
07:24and then that information sent back to Lovable,
07:27updates the website, and then sends them back the link.
07:29I know people making $10 million a year,
07:32building websites for businesses, for anybody, landing pages,
07:35and it's all automated.
07:36The person pays, they fill out the form,
07:39it goes over to Lovable using an API, it runs it,
07:43it comes back, it sends a link to the client,
07:45they provide feedback, it goes back three iterations,
07:48and then the client gets a final website, nobody involved.
07:51That's the future of what I'm talking about
07:53for this opportunity.
07:54And you don't need any kind of experience or know-how,
07:57the AI can take care of it for you.
07:59And the same pro tip as last time,
08:01you can charge them a monthly fee for website maintenance,
08:04upkeep, tweaks, creating landing pages,
08:07helping them with their email automation.
08:08Again, those emails can be written by AI.
08:10I'm telling you, right now, this opportunity is massive.
08:13So getting paid to build websites, that one's super simple,
08:17but there's another level for people that know things,
08:20expertise, insights, they actually can get a result.
08:23And those people always ask me,
08:24if I know how to get a result for somebody,
08:26how do I actually make money?
08:27This next thing, if you do it right,
08:29will make you money.
08:30Number two is an AI workshop builder.
08:33See, this is where you can get paid
08:35for what you know how to do,
08:36but the way to do that is you have to package
08:38your knowledge into a workshop.
08:40See, people don't just wanna listen to you ramble,
08:41they want you to actually deliver training
08:44that gets them results.
08:45The cool part is that even if you've never created curriculum
08:49or a training or workshop, AI can build the whole thing.
08:52It can write the scripts, it can do the outlines,
08:54it can break up things into multiple days.
08:56It can even produce the content.
08:58What stops most people is their fear of not being an expert.
09:01I remember the other day I was hiking on my founder's hike.
09:04This woman was sharing with me
09:05that she had quit her job a year ago.
09:07She had started her business and she has a lot of people
09:10that wanna ask her how she did it,
09:11but she doesn't feel qualified.
09:12And I said, here's the deal.
09:14You quit your job, started your business.
09:17So that means you're a few steps ahead of other people.
09:19You don't have to be an expert in starting a business.
09:22You need to be an expert in quitting their job,
09:24which you've done and you've already shown success.
09:26That's why people wanna learn from you.
09:28So don't worry about not being a certified expert.
09:31Just know that if you've gotten a result in your life
09:33and you just teach people, here's a result I got in my life,
09:35I'll teach you how I did it,
09:36it's worked for these people I've helped,
09:38then you are an expert to help people get that result.
09:41And doing this and setting it up
09:43is way easier than you think.
09:44It really comes down to three steps.
09:46The first step is you wanna ask ChadGBT to interview you
09:49like it was a beginner in your area.
09:52So for example, when I started my King's Club program
09:55and I wanted to create a curriculum
09:56for these young men that I mentor,
09:58I just had it interview me to try to ask me the questions
10:01that it would have if it was a young man
10:03wanting to get advice from me.
10:05The second step is you use those questions and answers
10:07to ask it to build a step-by-step workshop.
10:10After that, I then had the AI write every lesson,
10:13every outline, every model so that I didn't have to think.
10:18And when the King's Club event came up,
10:19I just went back to what I'd already outlined
10:21because it created all the material for me.
10:23My favorite thing is to ask it to come up with like exercises
10:27that are relevant to a teenager.
10:29Because I'm teaching these kids that are 13 to 18,
10:32and I don't know what's relevant to them.
10:33So it comes up with like all these examples
10:35of YouTubers and streamers I've never heard of,
10:37but the stories reinforce the point
10:39that I'm teaching about being successful.
10:40And finally, number four is you just have to record yourself.
10:43You just follow the slides they created for you.
10:46That's all I do.
10:46I go on, teach for 20, 30 minutes, record it,
10:50that becomes saved, that's my King's Club content.
10:52Now I don't charge for that program,
10:54but you can charge top dollars,
10:55especially if you're selling to other business owners
10:57that wanna get a result that you're world-class at.
11:00Now my favorite pro tip though,
11:02is asking it to use the format MAT structure
11:06that's based on adult learning theory
11:08to break up your information in a way
11:11that is so easy to learn from.
11:13See, most people just try to overwhelm people
11:16with knowledge and information,
11:17but the format structure really keeps it simple
11:19and easy for anybody to learn from.
11:21The truth is, is you don't have to be the expert,
11:23but you do need to be the guide.
11:25AI makes you the best guide
11:27and gets you paid the most money.
11:29Okay, those workshops, they're frigging amazing
11:31and you can make a ton of money,
11:32but if you already have a business
11:34and you wanna make more money with AI,
11:36this last one is gonna blow your mind.
11:38Number one, hidden network finder.
11:41Your net worth is your network.
11:44You already know the people that you need to know
11:47to make more money,
11:48but unfortunately for most people, it's hidden.
11:51It's like standing on top of a gold mine
11:54and not realizing there's gold under the ground
11:56because you don't have the tool to go mine for it.
11:59See, within your follower base,
12:01people that follow you on LinkedIn
12:02that you don't even know,
12:03or TikTok or Instagram or Twitter,
12:05there might be billionaires,
12:07there might be media opportunities,
12:09there might be customers just sitting there,
12:11but you don't even know they're watching.
12:13The cool part is AI can scan your followers,
12:17augment that information, analyze and do research
12:19on all those contexts for you
12:21to figure out where the biggest opportunities are
12:23for you to connect the dots.
12:25Think about your email.
12:27If you go back over 10 years,
12:28how many emails have you had with people?
12:30Over 1,000, over 2,000, maybe 10,000,
12:32maybe 20,000 conversations.
12:35What if you knew everything about those people,
12:37those emails, their current job positions,
12:39what they're doing,
12:39and it could find opportunities as you travel
12:42to meet up with them,
12:42find opportunities to do partnerships with,
12:44find potential customers.
12:45It's all there.
12:47That's why I built this tool called SocialSweep.

12:52to find opportunities to do media interviews,
12:55podcast tours, partnerships, founder dinners,
12:59literally augment my life through relationships
13:02in a way that was never possible before.
13:04So how does this work?

13:09So I connected my Instagram, my X account,
13:12my emails, my LinkedIn, all of it.
13:14So now what it does is it enriches your contacts
13:16using public data and appends to it,
13:19and then also does an AI analysis to figure out

13:23I mean, it'll even look at photos on Instagram
13:25and update their location if it can't find that publicly.
13:28It's wild.
13:29So then you wanna ask it questions.
13:30So for example, one of them is,
13:32who do I know that has a podcast that shoots in Austin,
13:35in person?
13:36So then it creates a list of contacts.
13:37The cool part is that once you've got that list,
13:39you can ask it to write the snippet dynamically
13:42based on who you are, who that person is,
13:45and what you should say when you reach out to them
13:47over Instagram or email,
13:48depending on which platform it tells you
13:51is the best for that person.
13:52This is how you find new clients, strategic partnerships,
13:55suppliers, or just even find somebody at a company
13:58could solve a problem for you.

14:35But to have your calling show up in your life,
14:37you have to go all in.
14:39The key is picking one.

14:42pick one thing that you could double down on.
14:45Use AI to make a lot of money and become masterful at it.
14:49The game is mastery.
14:51When we dedicate our life to an outcome,
14:53that focus, follow one course until successful,
14:57will make it come to life.
