00:00A lot of people are saying this is the best barbecue joint in New York City.
00:04Let's fill up a tray.
00:06Chef Ruben starts by slicing up their slow-smoked Texas-style brisket.
00:10He sets those burnt ends aside and slices up some fatty brisket for us.
00:15Don't mind if we do.
00:17On go those brisket burnt ends.
00:19And it's pork rib time.
00:21He slices up three of their glazed smoked pork ribs and places them next to that brisket.
00:26Onto their Dominican-style longaniza-smoked sausage, packed with garlicky spices, served sliced or whole.
00:35Then he chops up some smoked brisket carnitas until they look like this.
00:40He slams it down onto two fried plantains, drizzles on some cilantro avocado sauce, tops it with pickled onion and cilantro.
00:48Yes, please.
00:50One of their best sellers is this slow-smoked and fried chicken, sliced and drizzled in that green sauce.
00:56Like a true Dominican fusion spot, Chef Ruben slices up his crunchy chicharron, places it on the tray, and serves it with some lime.
01:05And it isn't a barbecue tray without their slow-cooked ball of pulled pork.
01:08And just when you think it's over, Chef breaks out these giant smoked beef ribs, slices one up, and slams it down on the tray.
01:17They just started serving up these sweet glazed smoked rib tips, which we piled on.
01:26And somehow they found room on the tray for a side of their super popular cheesy baked mac and cheese.
01:35Time to devour.
01:36This is an absurdly packed tray of barbecue from Bark Barbecue in Brooklyn, New York.
