00:55will ever want is right here right now this is it this is what you've always wanted no matter how

01:03unfortunate you might consider yourself to be everything is going according to plan life is

01:11only so long and you only get one so why would you want to think miserably you are amazing pain is

01:20inevitable but suffering is optional instead of getting mad at or upset with the incongruencies

01:27that you didn't cause and can't control laugh at them and if they laugh at you good you will laugh at

01:35them later leave a good mark
