00:32and if it grew to, okay, one of them's got to go,
00:36I wouldn't have been stunned by that.
00:38I'm just stunned that it was McDermott that ultimately would be the one that would go.
00:42And I'm kind of with the people that would think, like,
00:45Josh signs off on it or something because it's just so hard for me to believe
00:50Bean, if there was a power struggle, that Bean would have won it.
00:53And what's one way he could have won it if he had the quarterback on his side?

01:02I'm at the owners' meetings, and I will tell you,
01:05a feeling that me and my colleagues, some of them, shared was that it seemed like
01:10maybe they weren't on the same page all the time, right?
01:12Just something that when you talk to them and you hear about how they vision the team
01:16and things like that.
01:16A month later, Brandon Bean comes on the radio here with you guys,
01:21the epic viral situation that happens right there.
01:25You guys start to kind of feel the same thing, I think,
01:28after some things that you're hearing, right?
01:30And then we get to the trade deadline, and the general manager says,
01:35this is a championship roster.
01:37The coach has asked three days later, do you agree with that?
01:39And he says, I love these guys.
01:41That, for me, said there's something here.
01:43The reason why I never felt, and the reason why I'm stunned today,
01:47even saying all that, guys, is I've always felt, regardless of all that,
01:50they believe they're better off with each other than without each other.
01:53And that's why that won't happen.
01:55But here we are.
01:56A week ago, McDermott was going out of his way to praise Jacoby Myers.
