Elliot, a 9-year-old boy, has stopped believing that there’s anything magical or special about the world around him. After a conversation with his grandfather however, he realizes that, although not quite as he imagined, there is magic in everything around us -you just have to be willing to see it. 01:43It may not seem like that, but that's because it's not meant for everyone to see it.

02:44Think of ancient, magical creatures.

02:57They were there before and would be there after us.

03:09How there are other scarier creatures, but nevertheless beautiful and powerful.

03:24And smaller creatures that are just as beautiful and nonetheless special.

03:31And they're out there, they're just alive.

03:50Now open your eyes, Elliot.

03:52You may not see everything as you imagined it, but does that make it any less magical?

04:05Of course.

04:05Well, like I said, you're just not looking right.

04:15Because if you're always looking for something else and you don't see what's in front of you,

04:23then you may not realize that what's in front of you is just as magical and as special as anything you imagined.
