00:00I believe last night there were protesters or rioters that rifled through an FBI car, took weapons.
00:07We had a reporter embedded with ICE who said that she saw a constant harassment all evening.
00:12Can you speak to the rhetoric we're hearing from Democrat politicians,
00:16whether they are causing violence against ICE, as well as some of the headlines we've seen,
00:20not including the full story?
00:22Yeah, I mean, to your first point, I think I've addressed that,
00:25that these Democrat governors and mayors in not just Minnesota but in states across the country
00:30are essentially, you know, they've referred to ICE agents who, again, are brave men and women,
00:35and I would encourage everyone in this room, and I would encourage Governor Walz and other Democrats
00:39who are demeaning law enforcement to sit down and have a cup of coffee with an ICE agent or a Border Patrol agent.
00:45These are great, patriotic men and women who have families, who put on the uniform every day,
00:51and are following our nation's immigration laws at the direction of their bosses and, again, at the direction of the law.
00:58They are simply trying to enforce the law, and the Democrat Party has demeaned these individuals.
01:03They've even referred to them as Nazis and as the Gestapo,
01:07and that is absolutely leading to the violence we're seeing in the streets.
01:10If you look at some of the images out of Minneapolis last night, look at this vehicle.
01:14Look at what it says.
01:15It says, F ICE.
01:17You have these individuals who are putting their middle finger, proudly so, at the camera.
01:22Another ICE vehicle that was vandalized last night by these left-wing agitators.
01:28People don't do this without encouragement from people in power who make them feel like it's okay.
01:33Here's another one, and I'm pretty sure this car, you can't see it, said,
01:37the best agent is a dead agent or something to that effect.
01:41This is despicable rhetoric that we're seeing, and the media is absolutely complicit in this violence,
01:47because if you look at the headline from CNN,
01:49protests erupt after federal agent shoots man in Minneapolis.
01:53That is not the story.
01:54That is not the truth.
01:56If you actually want to know the truth, you can look at what the Department of Homeland Security released,
02:00which is that this ICE agent was executing a targeted operation against a Venezuelan illegal alien
02:06who was unlawfully present in the country,
02:08and when this ICE agent tried to detain the individual,
02:11three more of his comrades came rushing out of a house and started ambushing and attacking the ICE agent.
02:19They used a shovel or a broom to smash his face in,
02:22and so, yes, that agent had to use self-defense and take up his weapon to protect his own life.
02:27That is what's happening on the streets of Minneapolis.
02:30That's what's happening on the streets, unfortunately, of these Democrat-run cities and states
02:34where you have elected officials who are encouraging such violence
02:37against our brave men and women in law enforcement.
