00:06NVIDIA's H200 artificial intelligence chip to China, with the U.S. government taking 25%
00:12of the dollar value of those sales. According to CNBC, Trump said the H200 has been surpassed
00:18by NVIDIA's newer Blackwell and Rubin chips and is not the company's highest performing product.
00:24The Commerce Department said exporters must certify sufficient U.S. supply
00:28and ensure H200 production does not limit advanced chip capacity,
00:32while shipments to China are capped at 50% of U.S. volumes.
00:36NVIDIA said allowing H200 sales to approved customers supports U.S. jobs, manufacturing,
00:42and competition while preventing foreign rivals from gaining an advantage.
