00:00The Department of Interior and local government has alerted local government units due to threats posed by ADA,

00:06which is classified as a tropical cyclone as of 5 p.m. today.

00:11DILG directed LGUs to focus on high-risk areas that usually get flooded

00:15and has risk of landslides as part of possible preemptive and mandatory evacuation.

00:21LGUs are also directed to ensure that their emergency operations center and incident management teams

00:27are fully operational and ready to be activated.

00:31The Department's preparation includes securing of proper evacuation centers,

00:35medical facilities, and food and clean water supplies.

00:39DILG also urged Barangay captains to activate Barangay-level preparedness protocols

00:44with the use of Anglisto Sikap Guide.
