00:49This was the palace's response following the statement of Senate President Pro Tempore Ping Laxon, who claimed that former Department of Public Works and Highway Secretary Manny Bonoan allegedly deliberately provided false information to Malacanang.
01:02Laxon insisted that the alleged false information is linked to anomalies in government-funded flood control projects.
01:08In his statement, Laxon said that more than 421 flood control projects allegedly have incorrect grid coordinates or locations.
01:16According to the senator, the location details of the projects were allegedly deliberately altered to mislead the president and make it difficult to determine whether the projects actually exist or were properly implemented.
