00:11according to Barron's. The company said last month it would merge with T.E. in a stock deal
00:16valued at more than $6 billion, sending shares up more than 40% on the announcement day.
00:22Short interest stood at 7.4% of the public float, or 11.9 million shares. As of December 15,
00:29before the deal was announced. More recent data showed short interest rose to nearly 16 million
00:35shares, or about 10% of the float. Shares fell 4.9% Wednesday and pointed lower ahead of Thursday's
