00:00We've put in place help for businesses who are affected by rates revaluation and by the
00:05withdrawal of Covid support. £4.3 billion of help for pubs over the next few years and
00:12the reason we did that is we really value the role of the pub in British life but we
00:17understand pubs are under pressure, we'll keep talking to them. I can't say whether
00:24there'll be any further action but let me assure your viewers we do value the role
00:29of the British pub economically, socially, culturally an important part of British life
00:34and I want pub owners to know this is a government that's on their side and supports them.
