00:00Fox News alert. A woman was killed today during an ice operation in Minneapolis.
00:13An ice vehicle was stuck in the snow, and while trying to push it out,
00:17activists began harassing and blocking their path, boxing them onto the street.
00:23A woman parked her car, preventing the ice agents from leaving,
00:26and was ordered to exit the vehicle multiple times.
00:30Officers attempted to open her door after she wouldn't comply.
00:34That's when she backed up her car and gunned it straight at an ice agent.
00:38The agent opened fire on the driver to defend himself.
00:42Out of the car. Out of the car.
00:46No! No!
00:51Oh my f***ing God!
00:53What the f***?
00:55What the f***?
00:57Dude, what the f***?
01:00Christy Noem, who is in Minneapolis today overseeing operations,
01:08is describing it as an act of domestic terrorism.
01:11She had been stalking and impeding their work all throughout the day.
01:16Ice agents repeatedly ordered her to get out of the car and to stop obstructing law enforcement,
01:22but she refused to obey their commands.
01:24She then proceeded to weaponize her vehicle, and she attempted to run a law enforcement officer over.
01:31This appears as an attempt to kill or to cause bodily harm to agents, an act of domestic terrorism.
01:40Multiple eyewitnesses have confirmed that this activist was screaming, yelling, disrupting ice operations all day.
01:48One witness says she was the main car leading the protest.
01:53Do you know if she was the target?
01:55I don't know if she was a target.
01:58They clearly wanted her out of there, because she was the main car leading the protest, is my understanding.
02:05I talked to another guy who was driving behind her, but she was very successful in blocking traffic.
02:16She was doing what she was set out to do, and so they wanted to get her the hell out of there.
02:23Yeah.
02:23So it looked like she was impeding ICE vehicles.
02:26Definitely, yeah.
02:27That was her goal.
02:29The woman who lost her life was a self-proclaimed poet from Colorado, with pronouns in her bio.
02:36A 37-year-old white woman named Renee Good.
02:39The Daily Mail says she leaves behind a lesbian partner and a child from a previous marriage.
02:44She was a disruptor, though she considered herself a legal observer.
02:50But there's no evidence she had a law degree.
02:53Different angles show different things.
02:55You can see here the officer was actually hit by the car.
02:59And the first round he fired went straight through the front windshield as the car barreled directly at him.
03:05When you slow it down, watch the tires.
03:09She floors it so hard the tires spin out, and the vehicle heads directly towards the agent.
03:15And then bears right later.
03:17Christy Noem says this agent wasn't new.
03:20He was well-trained, and he conducted himself by the book.
03:23When an agent believes there's a serious threat to his bodily harm or an imminent threat to his life,
03:29he's authorized to use deadly force.
03:32And this specific officer had been dragged by a car, driven by a protester, earlier this year in Minneapolis.
03:41Cars are a 2,000-pound weapon and have been used repeatedly against ICE agents.
03:47People are being trained and told how to use their vehicles to impede law enforcement operations
03:52and then to run over anybody who gets in their way while they go out there and try to disrupt peace and public safety.
03:59And Americans deserve better.
04:01This was a split-second decision.
04:03He thought he was going to get run over by the car.
04:05The woman had been harassing him all day, blocking him, obstructing, not complying.
04:11He felt his life was in danger.
04:13He'd been throttled by a car before in the same city.
04:17Tragic to see someone die.
04:19But what would you do?
04:20We know what Minneapolis does.
04:23They go crazy.
04:46Democrats, who love to talk about due process,
04:48immediately convicted the ICE agent of murder
04:51and said Trump had blood on his hands.
04:55Having seen the video of myself, I want to tell everybody directly,
05:00that is bull**** to ICE.
05:02Get the f*** out of Minneapolis.
05:05We do not want you here.
05:06We do not need any further help from the federal government.
05:12To Donald Trump and Kristi Noem, you've done enough.
05:16Tim Walz called ICE the Gestapo,
05:17so women are driving their cars into what they think is the Gestapo.
05:23What did you expect was going to happen?
05:25A few months back, Walz's lieutenant governor told people
05:28to put their bodies on the line.
05:30Our neighbors are being disappeared.
05:33P.S. without due process, it is just called kidnapping.
05:36Then show up and use your voice.
05:39Put your body on the line.
05:40Even at this hour, the governor's egging them on.
05:45If you're in Portland or you're in L.A. or you're in Chicago
05:48or you're wherever they're coming next,
05:51stand with us.
05:53Stand with us against this.
05:55If anybody knows how to grease a riot, it's Tim Walz.
05:59He watched his city burn in 2020 and didn't lift a finger.
06:03Does he want to make this another George Floyd?
06:06We'll see.
06:07But he's threatening to call in the National Guard
06:10to protect Minneapolis from rogue ICE agents.
06:14I think it's appropriate we're here today.
06:17The war that's being waged against Minnesota, you're seeing it.
06:19We have a ridiculous surge of apparently 2,000 people
06:23not coordinating with us that are for a show of the cameras.
06:27Not coordinating with us.
06:29None of this would have been happening
06:30if Minneapolis wasn't a sanctuary city.
06:34Minneapolis doesn't even hold illegals in jail
06:36so ICE can pick them up.
06:38So ICE has to go in cold with no backup
06:41and pull bad hombres out of row homes blind.
06:45We've never had a cooperative arrangement
06:47with law enforcement here.
06:49Whenever we've done investigations,
06:51whenever we've done police work,
06:52when we've been doing what we can
06:54to bring people to justice for the crimes that they commit,
06:56we haven't had the cooperation of the state of Minnesota
06:59or the city police here under the mayor's direction.
07:03If you talk to any of these federal law enforcement officers,
07:06they'll say that when they call for backup in a situation,
07:08that it's hit and miss.
07:10ICE raids are dangerous operations.
07:13Armed agents are hunting down illegal alien terrorists,
07:17pedophiles, sex traffickers, gang members.
07:21Sometimes they're armed.
07:22And the media and the Democrats are encouraging crazy people
07:26or ignorant people to put their bodies on the line.
07:31This was bound to happen.
07:34This is clearly their strategy.
07:36The question is, why?
07:39Why are Democrats putting their lives on the line
07:42to protect Somalians who are stealing billions from American children?
07:48Doesn't make sense, right?
07:50But it does.
07:51The Democratic Party is orchestrating a violent campaign to resist ICE
07:56in order to keep illegals here.
08:00Because migrants create the welfare state the Democrats get rich from
08:04and get their power from.
08:07Cheap labor, votes, and non-profits.
08:10And a lot of this money gets plowed back into Democrat politicians' pockets.
08:14The Somalis didn't donate to Trump.
08:18Immigrants vote two to one Democrat, at least.
08:23These poor women, who are getting hurt at ICE protests, have been brainwashed.
08:28They're being led like lambs to the slaughter.
08:31To protect illegals so Democrats can stay in office
08:34and get rich off welfare money laundering.
08:37They're pushing these women right into the front lines.
08:40To protect who?
08:42Some Somali criminal who fleeced the feds for millions?
08:46Democrats are literally dying to protect fraud.
08:51Today, nonpartisan Minnesota legislative investigators testified
08:55that their audit found that Minnesota was handing out
08:59millions of dollars to anyone who applied.
09:04And after they got caught,
09:06the Walls administration forged documents to cover its tracks.
09:11We noted that during the course of our audit,
09:13we identified a number of documents
09:15that the Behavioral Health Administration
09:17either backdated or created after our audit began
09:21in response to our request for information.
09:25Not only are they covering up welfare fraud,
09:27investigators found out Somalis were sending the cash to terrorists.
09:33Al-Shabaab, the largest Al-Qaeda affiliate in Somalia,
09:38they have their hands all through this network.
09:40So taxpayer money, United States dollars,
09:43that are being remitted into Somalia,
09:45in part, have been utilized
09:48or have fell into the hands of Al-Shabaab.
09:51Do you think that's a correct assessment?
09:53Yes, we have plenty of evidence of that.
09:56Wow.
09:58This is why ICE was in Minneapolis in the first place.
10:02They're hunting fraud and deporting illegals.
10:05Clearly, these operations have become too dangerous.
10:08Therefore, ICE has to go harder
10:10in order to protect the lives of law enforcement
10:13and the lives of these agitators.
10:15They're sitting ducks out there.
10:17And when they don't have any help from the locals,
10:20it's chaos and people get hurt.
10:23What they need to do is start quarantining blocks.
10:27Set up a perimeter.
10:29Go in heavy, door-to-door, apartment-to-apartment.
10:32You check IDs.
10:34And you put everybody that doesn't belong in this country
10:36on a bus and roll them out safely.
10:39It shouldn't be harder to pick up a Somali scammer
10:43in Minneapolis
10:44than it was to pick up Maduro
10:46from a military fortress in Venezuela.
10:50Let's bring in co-founder of Proactive Response Group
10:53and former SWAT-assisted team leader, Chad Ayers.
10:55Chad, let's look at the video
10:57of this shooting in Minneapolis today.
11:00Tell us what you see here.
11:03You know, Jesse,
11:05as I've watched this thing from several different angles,
11:07as I know you have as well,
11:09obviously we have,
11:11you can hear the verbal commands
11:12given by the ICE agents.
11:15Get out of the car repeated times.
11:17This is not a lady who has just stumbled upon them.
11:20We have heard from Secretary Noem's press conference
11:23that she was basically stalking them all day
11:25and peeding in their investigation.
11:27Listen, it's horrible.
11:28You've already said it.
11:29And my heart breaks for anyone who loses a life.
11:32But this would have never happened today.
11:35You and I both know,
11:36and the American people know,
11:37this would not have happened
11:38if she would have gotten out
11:39and complied with the commands that were given.
11:42So you can see the one agent.
11:45He's in the front of the car,
11:46kind of to the side.
11:48And she's not opening the door.
11:50She's not responsive.
11:51She's not complying.
11:52She backs up really fast
11:55and then slams on the accelerator
11:58and goes right at him,
12:01kind of turns to the right.
12:02I mean, this has to be a decision
12:04this officer made to discharge his firearm
12:06like in like a half a second.
12:09You think he felt like his life was in danger?
12:11This is a justified shooting?
12:13One hundred percent.
12:16I mean, from what I am seeing right here, Jesse,
12:18listen, we have to fall under the ability,
12:21opportunity and jeopardy.
12:23That's what we have to have.
12:24We have to have those three elements
12:25in order to use deadly force.
12:27Did this individual have the ability
12:29to cause great bodily injury
12:32or death to this agent?
12:34One hundred percent.
12:35Did she have the opportunity?
12:36Will we see it right here in the video?
12:38And was his life in jeopardy?
12:39It was.
12:40So obviously, you know,
12:41Secretary Noem has already talked about
12:43the investigation,
12:44the criminal investigation
12:45that will be done by the Bureau.
12:47And then obviously an internal investigation
12:49that will likely be done by ICE
12:52to see that policy was complied with.
12:55But the fact of the matter is
12:56none of this would have happened today
12:58if she just would have gotten out of the car
13:00and complied.
13:01You see her turn her wheels at the last moment.
13:04There's no other choice that he has
13:05other than to defend himself
13:07and to make sure he goes home
13:08to see his family at the end of the day.
13:10Yeah, so sad.
13:11So tragic.
13:12Didn't need to happen.
13:13Should have never happened.
13:16Unbelievable situation out there.
13:18Shouldn't happen again.
13:20No more.
13:20No, absolutely not.
13:21No more.
13:22Ramming your car into an ICE agent.
13:24That's the way to stop it.
13:27Chad, we got to go.
13:28We cannot let this continue.
13:29You're good.
13:30Let's bring in townhall.com
13:32columnist Dustin Greggie.
13:34Dustin, how have Tim Walz
13:38and Mayor Frey in Minneapolis
13:41handled this?
13:42Have they handled it responsibly?
13:46Absolutely not.
13:47And quite frankly,
13:48that's the real story here, Jesse,
13:49because we can clearly see
13:51the agent acted
13:52in the manner that he was supposed to.
13:54But I actually just saw Mayor Frey
13:55here in the hallway.
13:56This is a man
13:57who has come forward
13:59and stated,
14:00we will not work with federal law enforcement.
14:02We will not work with you.
14:03And that is going to create chaos.
14:05And of course,
14:06we have Governor Tim Walz here,
14:08the man who refers to these agents
14:09as Gestapo.
14:11What do you think is going to happen
14:12when you're referring
14:13to law enforcement agencies
14:14as Nazis?
14:16It's a recipe for disaster.
14:17And it even goes down
14:18to Lieutenant Governor here too.
14:20She is telling activists
14:21to put their bodies on the line.
14:23And, you know,
14:24even from there,
14:25we're still not lowering the temperature.
14:27Tim Walz has taken it
14:28a whole nother step.
14:29The man who refused
14:31to send in the National Guard
14:32as Minneapolis was burning
14:34and he called them
14:3519-year-old cooks,
14:37by the way.
14:37Now they are a military force
14:39and he is willing
14:40to send them in
14:41in this situation?
14:43It's absurd.
14:44And frankly,
14:45he should resign.
14:46If he refuses to resign,
14:47maybe we should consider
14:48a perp walk in handcuffs
14:49because this is obscene.
14:51Yeah, I mean,
14:52we'll find out
14:53what these investigators uncover.
14:55He might end up
14:56in handcuffs.
14:57Absolutely.
14:58Do you think he wants
14:59to see another summer of love
15:01in the winter?
15:03Well,
15:04that's what we're calling it out,
15:05the winter of love
15:06potentially here.
15:07And quite frankly,
15:08I wouldn't be surprised.
15:10The DSA
15:11and the Antifa cells
15:12out here in Minneapolis,
15:14they're just like Portland
15:15out on the West Coast.
15:18It's very similar.
15:19And I would expect
15:20a pretty similar result
15:21coming here
15:22because ultimately
15:23this is what they want.
15:24I mean,
15:24like you said, Jesse,
15:25there's also a massive
15:26fraud crisis here
15:27and Democrats here
15:28in Minnesota
15:29are looking for an excuse
15:30to get back on offense
15:32because they've been on defense
15:33for the last two months
15:34with this fraud crisis.
15:36They want to go back
15:36on offense
15:37and they see this
15:37as an opportunity.
15:39Yeah.
15:40So sad that it was
15:41a death to distract.
15:44We never want to see
15:44anyone pass away
15:45from something like this,
15:46but this isn't going to
15:48slow down the investigation.
15:49It's definitely not
15:50slowing down ice.
15:51They said the investigation
15:52and the operations
15:53will continue tomorrow.
15:55Dustin, thank you.
15:56Stay safe.
15:57One-on-one
15:59with J.D. Vance.
16:01That's next.
16:06Fox News alert.
16:07The U.S. Coast Guard
16:08conducted back-to-back seizures
16:09of two Ghost Fleet tankers
16:12in the early hours
16:13of this morning.
16:14One of the tankers,
16:15the Bella One,
16:16was a Russian-flagged ship
16:18that the Guard
16:19had been in hot pursuit of
16:20for over two weeks
16:21after it was spotted
16:23en route to Venezuela.
16:24We intercepted that tanker
16:26near Iceland.
16:28Prime Time went to
16:29the nation's capital today
16:31where we got the chance
16:32to interview Vice President
16:33J.D. Vance.
16:35We asked him about the seizure
16:36and what's next in Venezuela.
16:39Also, are we going
16:40into Greenland?
16:42J.D. answers.
16:43And he also has something
16:45to say about his good friend
16:46Tim Walls and the Somalis.
16:48Thanks for joining us,
16:50Mr. Vice President.
16:51Absolutely.
16:51Thanks for having me.
16:52Taking out a dictator
16:53in Venezuela.
16:54How does that help
16:56the average American?
16:58Well, a few things, Jesse.
16:59First of all,
16:59what it means is
17:00we're going to be able
17:01to control the incredible
17:02natural resources
17:03of Venezuela,
17:04which is good for America
17:05in a few ways.
17:06Number one,
17:06it allows us to put leverage
17:07on our enemies.
17:08Number two,
17:09it makes sure that
17:09if Americans need
17:10high-quality,
17:12low-cost power,
17:13we're always going to have
17:13access to it.
17:14And then the third thing
17:15is it does demonstrate
17:17American military excellence,
17:19which makes people afraid
17:20to cross us in the future.
17:22Some of the best ways
17:22that you maintain the peace
17:24is to make it clear
17:25that you carry
17:25a very strong sword
17:27if you ever need to use it.
17:28So I think it's good for us
17:30in a lot of different ways.
17:31We also have to remember,
17:31Jesse,
17:32this is in our neighborhood.
17:33This is not Iraq.
17:34This is not 7,000 miles away.
17:36This is in our neighborhood.
17:38If we cannot follow
17:39the basic principle,
17:40which has been a cornerstone
17:41of American foreign policy
17:43for 200 years,
17:44that we control
17:44our neighborhood,
17:45a lot of bad people
17:46are going to take advantage of it.
17:47What the President
17:48of the United States said is,
17:49in our neighborhood,
17:50the United States
17:51calls the shots.
17:52That's the way it's always been.
17:53That's the way it is,
17:54again,
17:54under the President's leadership.
17:55We just seized
17:56a Russian oil tanker.
17:57Russian submarines
17:58were trying to slip it
17:59past the Navy.
18:01This thing's heating up.
18:02You know,
18:02I think people overstate that.
18:03First of all,
18:04it was a fake Russian oil tanker.
18:05They basically tried
18:06to pretend to be
18:07a Russian oil tanker
18:08in an effort to avoid
18:09the sanctions regime.
18:10But people always ask,
18:11how do you control Venezuela?
18:13And we're actually seeing it
18:14play out in real time.
18:15The way that we control
18:16Venezuela is we control
18:17the purse strings,
18:18we control the energy resources,
18:20and we tell the regime,
18:21you're allowed to sell the oil
18:22so long as you serve
18:24America's national interest.
18:25You're not allowed to sell it
18:26if you can't serve
18:27America's national interest.
18:28And that's how we exert
18:29incredible pressure
18:30on that country
18:31without wasting
18:32a single American life,
18:33without endangering
18:35a single American citizen.
18:36That is called
18:37critical,
18:38high-quality diplomacy.
18:40We've done it.
18:40We've done it time and again,
18:41but we just did it
18:42in Venezuela.
18:42The Democrats say
18:44Trump is greedy.
18:45He's all about
18:46oil and empire.
18:49He's greedy to serve
18:51the American interest,
18:52and that's what you want
18:53in an American president.
18:54You cannot have people
18:55taking advantage
18:56of the United States
18:58in our own hemisphere.
18:59The President of the United States
19:00said he's done with that.
19:02I think it's interesting.
19:03The Democrats call
19:04the president greedy,
19:05but in what sense
19:06has any of this
19:07enriched him
19:08or enriched the administration?
19:10It's enriched
19:11the American people,
19:12which is what you want
19:13out of an American president,
19:14somebody who's thinking
19:15to themselves,
19:16how do I serve
19:17the American people's
19:18best interests?
19:19How do I go and accomplish
19:19good things for the American people?
19:21That's a good thing
19:22to have in an American president.
19:23You want somebody
19:24who's greedy
19:24for the American people.
19:26The Democrats are greedy
19:26for themselves.
19:27Well, Jasmine Crockett
19:28said you guys kidnapped Maduro.
19:32We engaged
19:33in a law enforcement action.
19:35We had a legitimate indictment
19:36for Maduro,
19:37for narco-terrorism,
19:38for weapons smuggling
19:39and weapons trafficking,
19:41and we went in
19:41with the best military
19:42in the world.
19:43We got our guy.
19:43He's going to stand trial.
19:44By the way,
19:45he's given the full
19:46due process rights
19:47that are entitled
19:47to anybody
19:48who's in the United States.
19:50I think he's going to go away.
19:51He's going to be found guilty.
19:52That's not a kidnapping.
19:53That's a law enforcement operation.
19:55And Jasmine Crockett,
19:56of all people,
19:57she has the least amount
19:59of room to talk
20:00on this stuff.
20:01She doesn't know
20:02what she's talking about.
20:02As the president said,
20:04you couldn't have
20:04a worse spokesperson,
20:06a person with less knowledge
20:07about world affairs.
20:09It's telling
20:09that she's the person
20:10speaking for the Democrats
20:11on this issue.
20:12You guys have designated
20:14the cartels
20:15as terrorist organizations.
20:16Because they are.
20:17Yeah.
20:17How do you win
20:18the war on drugs
20:19if Americans love cocaine?
20:22That's the one
20:23big pushback I've gotten
20:24is when I criticize
20:25the Venezuelans
20:26for trafficking cocaine.
20:27You had a lot of people say,
20:28we don't like fentanyl,
20:29but some people
20:30do like cocaine.
20:31Unfortunately,
20:32cocaine is a very bad drug.
20:34And importantly,
20:34Jesse,
20:35it is a major profit center
20:37for the Venezuelan cartels.
20:39So if they sell
20:39a little bit of fentanyl,
20:40but a lot of cocaine,
20:42and they use that cocaine
20:43to spread and further
20:45their cartel operations,
20:46that means a lot more poison
20:48is going to be coming
20:49into the United States.
20:50So for all the people
20:50that love cocaine,
20:52I am sorry.
20:53The president of the United States
20:53does not love cocaine.
20:55We encourage you
20:56to go to rehab,
20:56and we're going to keep on
20:57pursuing America's interest.
20:59Greenland,
21:00how far are you guys
21:02willing to go?
21:03Well,
21:04the president is going
21:04to make the ultimate
21:05determination here,
21:06but there's been a lot
21:07of bellyaching from Europe,
21:09and Europe has failed
21:10to contend
21:11with the fundamental argument
21:12the president
21:13and the entire administration
21:14has made.
21:15Greenland is critical,
21:16not just to our national security,
21:18but to the world's
21:19national security.
21:19People don't realize this.
21:21The entire missile defense
21:23infrastructure
21:24is partially dependent
21:25on Greenland.
21:26If, God forbid,
21:28the Russians or the Chinese,
21:29not saying they're going to,
21:30but if, God forbid,
21:31in the future,
21:32somebody launched
21:32a nuclear missile
21:33into our continent,
21:35they launched a nuclear missile
21:36at Europe,
21:37Greenland is a critical part
21:38of that missile defense.
21:39So you ask yourself,
21:40have the Europeans,
21:41have the Danes,
21:42done a proper job
21:44of securing Greenland
21:45and making sure
21:46it can continue to serve
21:47as an anchor
21:48for world security
21:49and missile defense?
21:50And the answer is,
21:50obviously they haven't.
21:52They've underinvested
21:52in their security.
21:53They haven't done a good job
21:55of securing that area,
21:56that land mass.
21:57And what I hear them say
21:58is they'll always make
22:00an argument about the past.
22:01They'll say,
22:01well, we fought together
22:02in World War II
22:03or we fought together
22:04in the war on terrorism
22:06and we're grateful for that.
22:07We love having these allies,
22:09but just because you did
22:10something smart 25 years ago
22:12doesn't mean you can't
22:13do something dumb now.
22:14And the President of the United States
22:15is saying very clearly
22:16you are not doing a good job
22:19with respect to Greenland.
22:20We're going to make sure
22:21we defend America's interests
22:23and I think the President's
22:24willing to go as far
22:24as he has to
22:25to make sure he does that.
22:27They're saying it's too cold
22:28for American soldiers
22:29to handle.
22:32You've been there.
22:33Who is saying that?
22:34Jasmine Crockett?
22:34The Danes.
22:36Probably Crockett too.
22:38I think Americans
22:39have done very well
22:40in some very cold places.
22:42I will say,
22:43I wouldn't want to serve there,
22:44but luckily,
22:45the Vice President's residence
22:46is here in Washington, D.C.
22:47The Democrats have a little bit
22:50of a Somali problem.
22:52They've let it go.
22:53America has a bit
22:54of a Somali problem.
22:55Especially the Democrats
22:57in Minnesota.
22:58Why'd they just let it happen
23:00right under their nose?
23:01Well, a couple of things, Jesse.
23:02First of all,
23:03if you look at the amount
23:06of fraud in the welfare system,
23:09according to the statistics
23:10I've seen,
23:1185% of Somalians
23:13who are in the United States,
23:14legal and illegal,
23:16are collecting some form
23:17of welfare benefit.
23:18So that's not to disparage
23:19the other 15%.
23:20But when you're at 85%
23:21of a population
23:22that is collecting welfare,
23:24that suggests that we have
23:25really done something wrong
23:26with regards to vetting.
23:28And that's the fundamental issue.
23:29Even if there's no fraud,
23:3185% collecting welfare
23:32is way too many damn people
23:34collecting welfare,
23:35getting rich off
23:36the American taxpayer,
23:37while a lot of Americans struggle.
23:39That's unacceptable.
23:40What's going on in Minneapolis,
23:41I think,
23:42is actually representative
23:43of a broader fraud scheme.
23:44that we're going to see
23:45all over the country.
23:46We're going to see it in California.
23:48We're going to see it
23:48in other places too,
23:49where people get rich
23:51from the American taxpayer.
23:52The Somalian fraud,
23:54for example,
23:55daycare fraud.
23:56You've got Americans,
23:57we've got programs set up
23:58to make it easier
23:59for Americans
24:00to get their kids in daycare
24:01so they can have
24:02proper childcare.
24:03You take that money
24:04and you siphon it off
24:06to Somalian fraudsters,
24:07that's a double theft.
24:09Number one,
24:09that means a lot of American families
24:11can't afford their childcare.
24:12Number two,
24:13that means a lot of American taxpayers
24:14are being fleeced.
24:16It's totally unacceptable.
24:17I believe, Jesse,
24:18we're going to have
24:19some very big announcements
24:20on this stuff
24:21in the next couple of days.
24:22I don't want to get ahead
24:23of the president on anything,
24:24but we believe
24:25that there is a nationwide
24:26fraud ring
24:28that's rooted in Americans,
24:30excuse me,
24:31rooted in illegal aliens
24:32and others
24:33taking advantage
24:34of the American welfare system.
24:36We're going to get
24:36to the root of it
24:37and anybody who's involved
24:38is going to get prosecuted.
24:40Well,
24:40if there's a massive fraud ring,
24:42there's a cover-up
24:42going on.
24:43In Minnesota,
24:44they were just caught
24:45forging documents,
24:47trying to cover their tracks.
24:49Should Tim Walz resign?
24:51Well,
24:51I think Tim Walz
24:52should resign,
24:52but look,
24:53I've beaten up on Tim Walz enough.
24:54I don't want to do it anymore
24:55in your program.
24:56I almost feel bad
24:57for the guy,
24:58except for the fact
24:59that he should have seen this.
25:00And whether there was
25:01something criminal,
25:02whether he was aware
25:03of the fraud,
25:04which would be criminal,
25:05or whether he simply
25:06looked the other way,
25:07it's a massive,
25:09massive failure
25:10of government.
25:11Look,
25:11you have to ask yourself,
25:12if you're in Minneapolis
25:13and you have a person
25:14who came to the United States
25:15impoverished two months ago,
25:17and all of a sudden
25:18they're driving a Mercedes
25:19or a Lamborghini,
25:20it is your job
25:21as a public official
25:21to ask,
25:22how did that person
25:23get so rich so quickly
25:25when they're also
25:26collecting a welfare check?
25:27The fact that that's failed
25:29so often in Minnesota,
25:30but frankly,
25:31it failed in California
25:32and other states as well,
25:33means that we have
25:34political,
25:35I would say
25:37political corruption,
25:39welfare corruption
25:40at a very massive scale.
25:41The Trump administration,
25:42by the way,
25:43we've already sent
25:44hundreds and hundreds
25:45of additional people
25:46of resources
25:47that are starting
25:48to investigate this stuff,
25:49get to the bottom of it.
25:51Stephen Miller sent people
25:52who are literally
25:52going door to door
25:53at some of these
25:54fraudulent daycare centers
25:55and trying to understand
25:56just how deep
25:58the rabbit hole goes.
25:59But this is going to be
25:59a long-term effort
26:00from the Trump administration
26:01to root out corruption
26:03and actually look after
26:04Americans for a change.
26:05and they're hard-earned money.
26:06You're sending investigators
26:07to California.
26:09We are sending investigators
26:10to a lot of places
26:11to try to get to the root
26:12of this welfare fraud.
26:13I think what it revealed,
26:14Jesse,
26:15is something I frankly
26:15wasn't aware of
26:16until a few weeks ago,
26:18which is it's not just
26:19that people are getting welfare
26:21who shouldn't get welfare.
26:22That is true, right?
26:23These programs exist
26:24to take care of Americans
26:26who are down on their luck,
26:28not to enrich fraudsters.
26:30But it's bigger than that.
26:31It's that people
26:32take this money
26:33and create whole businesses
26:34around siphoning money
26:36from the American taxpayers.
26:38So again,
26:38you've got poor people
26:40who can't get what they need.
26:41You've also got American taxpayers
26:42who are getting fleeced.
26:43It is the ultimate
26:44lose-lose proposition.
26:46And I think Minneapolis
26:47just really revealed
26:48how ridiculous it was.
26:50I mean, Jesse,
26:51this is the most
26:53low-IQ fraud scheme imaginable.
26:56Like, it's almost shocking
26:57that you would have people
26:58running a daycare
26:59with a quality leering center.
27:02If you're running a daycare
27:03and you can't spell
27:04the word learning
27:05or you can't spell
27:06the word kids,
27:07that suggests that maybe
27:08you should not be
27:09in early childhood education.
27:10And the fact that it was
27:12so obvious and so blatant
27:14does suggest a level
27:15of political corruption.
27:16We're going to get
27:16to the bottom of it.
27:17Well, Tim Walts
27:18should be worried
27:19because you can't
27:21misspell learning
27:22and take someone's money.
27:24He should be worried
27:24for many reasons.
27:25He called you weird.
27:27Remember that?
27:28I know.
27:29Because I don't like
27:29Somali fraudsters.
27:30I guess that makes me weird.
27:32Guilty as charged.
27:33Gavin Newsom, he says,
27:34you guys want to come
27:35look at California?
27:36Bring it on.
27:37Yeah.
27:38Well, we will.
27:39We appreciate that invitation, Gavin.
27:40And we are going to accept
27:41that invitation because, look,
27:43California, more than almost
27:44any other state,
27:45has been so glaring
27:47and obvious about the fact
27:49that they're giving
27:50welfare benefits
27:51to illegal aliens.
27:53Like, that's not...
27:53You go to the California
27:54Medicaid website
27:55and they will advertise
27:56that they are spending
27:58American tax dollars
27:59to give Medicaid
28:00to illegal aliens.
28:01Do you think there's
28:01not fraud there?
28:02Do you think there aren't
28:03people who are creating
28:04fraudulent doctor's offices,
28:06fraudulent payment schemes?
28:08There are.
28:08They're getting rich
28:09off of the generosity
28:10of the American taxpayer.
28:11The political corruption
28:12that enables it
28:13has got to stop
28:14and that's what we're focused on.
28:15Your administration
28:16had a big year,
28:17got a lot done.
28:19Now you're in your second year.
28:20What would be the one thing
28:22economically
28:23you want to achieve now?
28:25Yeah, so the big thing
28:26we did achieve
28:27is we cut the trade deficit
28:28by over 60%
28:30in the president's
28:30first year in office.
28:31That's amazing.
28:32What that means is
28:33more jobs coming
28:34to the United States,
28:35more investment coming
28:36to the United States of America.
28:37I want to build on that.
28:38You know, we talk about
28:39this $18 trillion
28:40of new investment
28:41that's coming
28:42to the United States.
28:43I want to build
28:43as many factories
28:44as possible,
28:45give as many Americans
28:46high-paying jobs
28:47as possible,
28:47and make as much
28:48of our own stuff.
28:49I think while we do that,
28:50we've got to tackle
28:51the housing issue
28:53for a lot of young Americans.
28:54They feel like
28:54they're priced out
28:55of the housing market.
28:56The president's about
28:57to make some really
28:58big announcements
28:58on that stuff
29:00in the next couple of weeks.
29:02And what we're going to do
29:03is we want to preserve
29:04the wealth
29:05that a lot of people
29:07have accrued
29:07in their homes
29:08while also making it possible
29:09for young people
29:10to afford their first home,
29:13make it affordable
29:13for young families
29:14to raise young families.
29:16And I think we can do that.
29:17I think that we've actually
29:18got some good policies
29:19that are going to
29:20thread that needle very well,
29:21be very good
29:22for young Americans
29:23and young American families.
29:24That's what I'm most focused on
29:26economically over the next year
29:27because I think
29:28if you really give people
29:29a sense of ownership
29:30in this country,
29:31a sense that they can
29:32build something,
29:33build a nest egg,
29:34build a family,
29:35that is the trick
29:36to reinvigorating
29:38the American dream.
29:39That's what the president's
29:40most focused on
29:40and we're going to do it.
29:41Are young Americans
29:42getting married?
29:43Are they settling down,
29:44having babies?
29:46Not like they used to
29:47and that's a big problem, Jesse.
29:48I mean, think about it.
29:49What really makes life worthwhile,
29:52it's not your job,
29:54it's not what school
29:54you went to,
29:56it's falling in love,
29:57it's building a family,
29:58it's having kids.
29:58Those are the things
29:59that I think really bring
30:00meaning to most people's lives,
30:02certainly to mine,
30:02I imagine yours too,
30:04unless you're a crazy person,
30:05but I think you're a Republican.
30:06But that is happening less.
30:09And part of the reason
30:09it's happening less
30:10is what happened to housing
30:12under Joe Biden?
30:13It literally doubled
30:14in four years.
30:16Young Americans are telling us
30:17they can't afford to buy a home,
30:18they can't afford to start a family,
30:20they can't afford daycare
30:21because Somali fraudsters
30:22are ripping off the money
30:24that we're trying to put
30:25into the system
30:26to help people afford child care.
30:27We've got to do a better job
30:29of giving young Americans
30:30a shot at the American dream.
30:32I think that we've made
30:32so much progress
30:33over the past year,
30:34but look,
30:35we're digging out
30:36of a massive hole
30:37that Joe Biden left us.
30:38There's so much more work to do
30:40and we're excited
30:40to get it done.
30:41And if you get the immigrants
30:41out of the country
30:42that came here illegally,
30:43that's going to bring prices down.
30:45Are we getting these illegals
30:46out fast enough?
30:48We always want to get them out faster.
30:49A lot of the ICE agents
30:51that we have hired
30:51in the past six months,
30:52they're not even done
30:53with training.
30:54So all of the big investments
30:55that we've made
30:56in border security,
30:57what we've done
30:58is actually gotten
30:59two and a half million
31:00illegal aliens out
31:01without any of the really
31:03big marquee things
31:04that we've been working on.
31:05That was just simple willpower
31:06and the President of the United States
31:08coming in and saying,
31:09this is done.
31:10I think we're going to see
31:10those deportation numbers
31:11ramp up
31:12as we get more and more people
31:14online,
31:16working for ICE,
31:17going door to door
31:17and making sure
31:18that if you're an illegal alien,
31:19you've got to get out
31:20of this country
31:20and if you want to come back,
31:22apply for the proper channel.
31:23If things don't work out
31:24for me at Fox,
31:25could I work for ICE?
31:27You never know.
31:28You could work for ICE,
31:29but look,
31:29you're a very compelling
31:31communications guy.
31:32You can be a speech writer,
31:33assistant speech writer
31:34in the Vice President's office
31:35if you ever find yourself
31:36unemployed.
31:38A transgender hammer attack
31:41at JD's house.
31:42The VP responds.
31:43Next.
31:48Gavin Newsom,
31:50Kamala Harris,
31:51J.D. Vance
31:52and a secret California trip.
31:54Here's more from my exclusive interview
31:56with the Vice President.
31:58Gavin Newsom,
31:59obviously running for President.
32:01Have you seen this guy
32:02cross his legs?
32:05Have you ever seen anyone
32:06cross their legs like that?
32:07My legs don't cross like that,
32:08Jesse.
32:09I'll leave.
32:10You can interpret that
32:11however you want to.
32:12Gavin and Kamala
32:16are on a collision course.
32:18Yes.
32:19Who's going to win?
32:20The dumbest candidate
32:21will probably win.
32:22That's my guess.
32:23It's probably true.
32:24With the Democratic Party.
32:25I mean, look,
32:25the Democrats have
32:26a couple of big issues.
32:28And one is that
32:28they lean so far
32:30into wokeism
32:31that they can't see
32:32the obviousness of the fact,
32:33which is that Kamala Harris
32:34is not qualified
32:35to be President of the United States.
32:37That's why she got
32:37the vice presidential nomination.
32:39That's why she got
32:40the presidential nomination.
32:41This is who Kamala Harris is.
32:43Now, the flip side is
32:44I think you have
32:45an unbelievably corrupt
32:47and incompetent governor
32:48in Gavin Newsom.
32:49The fact that those
32:50are the two frontrunners
32:51just suggests
32:52how deeply deranged
32:54the Democrat Party is.
32:55Let them fight it out.
32:57We'll figure it out.
32:57May the dumbest candidate win.
32:59May the dumbest candidate win.
33:00The Democrats are running
33:02in the midterms
33:03on the cost of living.
33:06Are you worried about that?
33:08Pot meat kettle.
33:10No, I'm not worried about that
33:11for the simple reason
33:12that the cost of living crisis,
33:14and it is real
33:14for a lot of American families,
33:16was caused by the Democrats.
33:17You had the highest inflation
33:18in 40 years
33:19under Joe Biden's administration.
33:21We haven't even been
33:22in office for a year
33:23and you've already seen
33:25prices start to come down.
33:26You've seen rent
33:27start to come down.
33:28You've seen groceries
33:28leveling off.
33:29Is there more work to do?
33:30Absolutely.
33:32But the people
33:32who are going to do that work
33:33is the Trump administration,
33:35is the President of the United States
33:36who is solving
33:37the Democrats' affordability crisis.
33:39You don't give power back
33:41to the very people
33:41who set the House on fire.
33:43You give more power
33:44to the person
33:44who put the fire out.
33:45If the Democrats
33:46do win the midterms,
33:48is Trump getting impeached again?
33:50I'm sure he'll get impeached.
33:51Look, they have nothing
33:52to actually run on
33:53or govern on.
33:54Their entire obsessive focus
33:57of that party
33:57is they hate Donald Trump.
33:59So if they ever get power,
34:01are they going to
34:01lower Americans' taxes?
34:03No.
34:03Are they going to make
34:04your life more affordable?
34:05No.
34:05Are they going to solve
34:06the crime crisis?
34:07No.
34:08What they're going to do
34:09is they're going to spend
34:09all their time
34:10and all of your money
34:11trying to get Donald Trump.
34:13I think it's ridiculous.
34:14I think it's ridiculous.
34:15That's what they're running on.
34:16But the American people
34:17are going to make
34:17this determination.
34:18I think the American people
34:20should vote for the people
34:21who want to make
34:21their life more affordable
34:22and want to make
34:23their neighborhoods safer.
34:24That's what we're trying
34:25to deliver every single day.
34:26Have you been watching
34:27this New York mayor
34:28Mondani guy?
34:31The guy who wants
34:32to take all property
34:33away from white people?
34:34Yeah.
34:34Yeah.
34:35He seems pretty out there, huh?
34:36Is he a threat?
34:38I mean, you live in New York.
34:40He's a threat to you, I'd say.
34:41He sure is.
34:42But politically.
34:43Is he politically a threat?
34:44He's got some traction.
34:45You know, I actually
34:46really admired
34:47some of his messaging
34:49because he focused
34:50not on the woke, crazy stuff.
34:51He wasn't running on
34:53white people shouldn't
34:54own property.
34:54He was running on
34:55bread and butter issues,
34:56which is what I want
34:57politicians to focus on.
34:58Even if you disagree
34:59with their solutions,
35:00I would love it
35:01if the debate
35:02among Democrats
35:03and Republicans was
35:04how do we deliver
35:05prosperity to the
35:06American people?
35:07But he runs on actually
35:08some pretty common sense
35:10bread and butter issues.
35:11He gets in there
35:12and he sounds like
35:13a total crazy person
35:14who wants to take
35:15your house away
35:16because you have
35:16the wrong skin color.
35:17That's not a threat
35:18to me politically.
35:19I think it's a threat
35:19to our country,
35:21but it's not a threat
35:21politically.
35:22You were almost
35:23Paulie Pede.
35:24Someone came to your
35:25house, trans guy,
35:27with a hammer.
35:28I don't know what that
35:28means.
35:29Paul Pelosi
35:30smashed your windows.
35:32Sorry.
35:33Can you believe
35:34these people?
35:36Well, I can't believe
35:37these people.
35:38I've never heard
35:39Paulie Pede.
35:39I'm going to steal that
35:40one in the future.
35:41Thank you, Jesse.
35:41Just a nickname.
35:42But, you know,
35:43when it happened,
35:45I think everybody had
35:46the same reaction
35:47that we did,
35:48which is it's probably
35:49a deranged left-wing
35:50person who wanted
35:51to cause terror
35:53or maybe worse
35:53among my family.
35:55Look, we're grateful
35:55the first responders
35:56did their job,
35:58the person's in custody,
35:59and we're still kind of
36:01getting to the bottom
36:01of the motive a little bit,
36:03but my guess is
36:03the same as yours.
36:05And, look,
36:06left-wing violence
36:06is a problem
36:07in this country, Jesse.
36:08We've said this
36:09time and time again.
36:10My dear friend
36:10Charlie Kirk
36:11was murdered
36:11by a left-wing radical.
36:13The President of the United States
36:14was almost killed
36:15a year and a half ago.
36:16And then again,
36:17a few months after that,
36:19we have a real crisis
36:20where there are
36:21far too many
36:22left-wing people
36:22who don't want to debate,
36:24who don't want to disagree,
36:25who don't want to try
36:25to persuade
36:26their fellow citizens.
36:27They want to try
36:27to kill their fellow citizens,
36:28and that's a real problem.
36:29You feel safe?
36:30I do feel safe.
36:31And look, Jesse,
36:32I signed up for this.
36:34My attitude on this stuff
36:35is whatever God wills
36:37is whatever God wills.
36:38I'm going to do the job
36:39I think I have to
36:39for the American people.
36:41And, you know,
36:42hopefully they're happy with it,
36:44and hopefully we do some good,
36:45and whatever God has in store,
36:47I accept it.
36:48How was your first Christmas
36:49here as Vice President?
36:50What did Usha get you?
36:53Usha always gives me
36:54very practical presents.
36:55She got me some sweatpants,
36:56some exercise clothes.
36:58Is that a hint?
37:01Probably,
37:02but I'll take the hint.
37:03Some socks,
37:04things like that.
37:05You know,
37:05I actually,
37:06I got her a surprise party
37:07because she turned 40 yesterday.
37:10So we went out to California
37:12to visit her family.
37:13Gavin Newsom did not assault us
37:14or send any Somali fraudsters
37:16after us.
37:17But we did a little surprise party
37:19with her parents,
37:19and that was really fun.
37:20We had a great Christmas,
37:21and the kids,
37:22look,
37:22they love their life,
37:23and that's one of the great things
37:25about this is,
37:26yes,
37:26it's an important job,
37:27and yes,
37:28there's a lot of sacrifice
37:29that comes along
37:30with public service,
37:31but our kids are young enough
37:32that they're able to just
37:33have a normal life as kids,
37:34and that's all I could ask for
37:35is a dad.
37:35That's great.
37:36Happy birthday to Usha,
37:37and good to see you.
37:38Good to see you, man.
37:39Take care.
37:41So should you have a martini
37:43for breakfast?
37:45RFK Jr.
37:46out with the new food pyramid.
37:48I think you're going to love it.
