00:05i do a fair bit of walking anyway but i just want to make sure that i keep
00:09keep getting my steps in every every week every day if possible so just i think i eat quite well
00:18so and i don't i drink moderately modestly or whatever i haven't got any new year's resolutions
00:24as such i kind of think it's a bit for fad in that if you want to do something you probably
00:29should do it any day of the year rather than just start it for a couple of days at the start of the
00:33year my resolution for 2025 and 2026 is to achieve more to learn more about different topics to get
00:41more knowledge each year and develop myself to get into uni to have a much healthier year for myself
00:48and my family particularly my family yeah because my sons haven't been very well and so i'm looking
00:56forward to good results from hospital for my soul a few cliche ones when i get back in the gym you
01:03know been slacking there put on a bit of muscle get some stamina i think i want to eat more healthy as
01:08well i'm going to be starting digital marketing a uni course in february so when i get that done
01:15and then i think i'd like to fly out in the summer yeah definitely as you can see it's very cold right
01:21now special up leads yeah so yeah just um be healthy spread more love receive some love fly out when
01:30we can and just work hard i don't set new year's resolutions i did previously but i don't know just
01:38recently just kind of if you want to do something just do it you don't need to wait until the new year
01:43i've not taken a new year's resolutions this year but me and my wife we did resolve to do the nc500
01:53touring from inverness around the top of scotland so we did that last august and we're glad we did we
02:02enjoyed it you hear the classics of giving up chocolate and all that kind of stuff if you want
02:07to do it you probably should have done it weeks ago we use resolutions it's usually the same thing
02:13to stop having a few beers and it make me health make my life a bit healthier but then you come into
02:18the city centre you walk around city centre you see all these people with different flags different
02:23things and stuff like that and it just makes me sick because it's like we've got no say now in
02:28your zone country i'm 82 now 83 this year and i want to set my goals do a lot more walking and make
02:38myself a lot healthier so that i can help with my son i look after his dog for him while he goes for
02:45his treatment and he takes my granddaughter back to youngness she's at oxford university doing really
02:52well and just help me family because i've got a wonderful family and that's what i want
