Hey operators, it's Eric from the development team, and I'd like to welcome you to Season 4 of Arena Breakout Infinite Airport Hunt.
00:07
This season we'll see the release of the brand new Guayapos International Airport Map,
00:11
some big changes to the existing Northridge and Trophy Room content,
00:14
and the introduction of encrypted files, gold bounty assault, and melee-only combat modes,
00:19
as well as a raft of never-before-seen weapons and system upgrades.
00:23
Your contacts have announced new missions, complete 60 missions to get 3x3 titanium case,
00:28
and after all that, there'll be 15 more hardcore missions to really test your skills.
00:33
And who knows, maybe there's some extra surprises in store throughout these missions,
00:37
like brand new Capsule TV and EEG collectibles. Sound interesting?
00:41
Okay, I think it's time we take a closer look at these new season updates.
00:45
Launch Rewards

Take part in the S4 launch mission to get a free Arctic Borealis skin worth 5,250 bonds.
01:11
And there are also exclusive skins up for grabs in the new Fortune Challenge extraction mission,
01:16
and the upgraded Battle Pass has exclusive weapon skins and outfits for you to collect.
01:20
This is another season where you'll have the chance to win big.
01:23
Map Updates
01:24
Guayapos International Airport used to be a Kimonen Logistics Hub, located on Guayapos' South Bank.
01:31
When the North-South conflict broke out, it was commandeered for use as the command center for the front line,
01:36
until the line collapsed.
01:37
The airport was abandoned and has been sealed off ever since.
01:40
The side is shaped like a ring.
01:42
The outer circle has more room for maneuver with only a few scattered buildings,
01:46
so the likelihood of enemy contact is low and the risks are manageable.
01:49
The inner circle is more enclosed, and is built around a central control tower,
01:53
which used to be the center of operations during the war,
01:56
and as such, is a treasure trove of valuable supplies that were abandoned when the airport was.
02:01
This is where every faction wants to get to,
02:03
so get ready for close-range combat and be on high alert at all times.
02:08
There may also be other operational objectives once you get inside the airport,
02:11
so be prepared for plans to change at the last minute.
02:14
The central control tower in the middle of the map has a number of different entry points,
02:18
so feel free to choose the route you want.
02:20
There's a ton of good stuff in the second floor break room,
02:22
but you'll need a key to get in, unless you can find a more direct way inside.
02:27
According to the investigation report, there appears to be a secret corridor somewhere within the tower.
02:31
We have no idea how to get in there, so keep your eyes peeled for any clues.
02:36
Also, keep an eye out for safes and new types of containers.
02:39
You can play the slot machines in the outdoor exhibition area if you feed them enough model airplanes,
02:43
and it might also be worth searching car trunks, trash cans, and even cookie jars to see if there's anything good inside.
02:50
Don't ask me how, but some operators have reported finding some extremely high-value collectibles.
02:55
Who's been putting them in there?
02:56
In summary, the airport is expansive and has plenty of room for maneuver,
03:00
allowing you to pick the route that's best suited to your own particular style.
03:04
Map Adjustments
03:05
In addition to the new airport, there have been some changes to some of the maps you already know and love.
03:10
Temperatures have plummeted in the Onotos Mountains, and snow has come to Northridge.
03:15
Now, as you walk through the area, you'll leave footprints for five minutes,
03:19
making it easier for other people to track you.
03:21
The mountain winds are also more biting than ever, and their howl makes it harder to hear audio messages.
03:26
The water in the central lakes has completely frozen over,
03:29
and the ice is thick enough for you to walk on, opening up new routes and extraction points.
03:33
All of the regions, Northridge included, have new safes to find.
03:37
There are also some new smaller models that contain less valuable items than regular safes,
03:42
but are more numerous and widely distributed, so are still worth checking out.
03:46
What's perhaps more important is that in the Dark Zone, there are now clues to the whereabouts of encrypted files,
03:52
which are new, high-value supplies with built-in pre-war GPS transmitters.
03:57
This means that when an encrypted file appears, we can track its container,
04:00
and if it's not picked up within 10 minutes, its precise location will be broadcast.
04:05
Of course, the enemy is going to see that broadcast, too.
04:07
Once an encrypted file has been picked up, the signal will also be broadcast to everyone,
04:12
and all teams taking part in the raid will see on the map where it was taken from.
04:16
The signal is broadcast immediately upon pickup, refreshed once after 30 seconds,
04:20
and then disappears one minute after the initial pickup.
04:23
So what'll it be? Get the perk, but put a target on your back? Or keep your head down?
04:27
Once an encrypted file is successfully extracted, everyone in your team will receive one.
04:31
Visit the Intel Broker to decrypt it, and obtain coins and new crystal coins,
04:35
which can be used to buy exclusive skin rewards.
04:38
All-New Mode
04:39
When searching the airport, don't forget, the airport hunt season has two brand new event modes
04:45
that will be online soon.
04:46
Gold Bounty Assault and Melee-Only Combat
04:49
Gold Bounty Assault will take you to a partial map of the TV station,
04:52
and during the raid, there will be a secret Gold Bounty airdrop, but you're going to have to be patient.
04:57
In addition to the secret airdrop, the map also has three encrypted safes
05:01
and a small number of premium containers.
05:03
We're anticipating a brutal fight for that airdrop.
05:06
The Melee-Only Combat Mode will take place on a Northridge Hotel mini-map that must be played solo.
05:11
You can't bring in your own equipment, and you'll have to pay tickets or coin to get in.
05:15
When you enter the raid, you'll be given the same equipment as everyone else,
05:18
and will have to rely on melee weapons only to fight other militants and operators.
05:23
Don't worry, they'll all be in the same boat as you.
05:25
You can bet Rolf wouldn't pass up the chance to show off his skills in an event like this.
05:30
The map contains a total of four encrypted safes,
05:32
but secure cases are not allowed to be used in this mode,
05:35
so if you want to extract with a big chunk of money,
05:37
you're going to have to punch your way to the exit.
05:39
Raid Adjustments
05:40
We've also made some tweaks for the raid experience this season.
05:44
Our server tick rate has been upgraded to 72, which should make for a smoother combat experience.
05:49
We've also had some operators requesting that Dawn be available as a wall decoration.
05:54
Now it's an oil painting you can find on your wall.
05:56
The map system and marker function have also been optimized.
05:59
When you open a map, the icon for your current location will also show dynamic effects
06:03
to give you a better idea of your position in the raid.
06:06
The marker system has also been adjusted.
06:08
Your own marker is now more prominent than those of your teammates,
06:11
making it easier to understand what's going on at a glance.
06:14
Map coordinates will also be displayed on screen during a raid,
06:18
but only you will be able to see them to ensure information is user-friendly and secure.
06:22
We've also added special animations for some weapons,
06:25
and removed ammo is now put in a more logical place
06:28
without taking up extra space for streamlined supply management during battle.
06:33
New Weapons
06:33
New Market Weapons
06:35
Hey operators, we've imported some exotic new products for you to try.
06:39
AMB-17 Assault Rifle
06:41
The latest assault rifle from Gord Industrial
06:43
with improved noise suppression.
06:45
Using 9x39mm ammo, it's the weapon of choice for Tabila Special Forces.
06:50
T-191 Assault Rifle
06:52
The latest iteration of the T-951.
06:54
This rifle has returned to its classic buttstock design,
06:57
but now made with the most advanced materials
06:59
for improved performance, modularity, and scalability.
07:02
U-191 Marksman Rifle
07:04
A precision rifle based on the T-191.
07:07
It features a free-floating heavy barrel, long sight radius, and tactical versatility.
07:12
As well as these, Kimona has unveiled a new kind of tactical item.
07:15
Improved multi-burst flashbang.
07:17
Multi-stage detonations when thrown, with each detonation emitting a blinding light.
07:22
The blueprints have already been sent to your workbench.
07:24
System Updates
07:25
We have also optimized the system in various ways.
07:29
You can now export your game's basic settings using a sharing code
07:32
to make it easier to have the same experience across multiple devices.
07:36
There are also new post-processing presets for graphics,
07:39
one-click color adjustment,
07:40
and a new VRAM usage window in image settings
07:43
to make performance bottlenecks easier to spot.
07:46
We've also introduced ray tracing for more detailed and realistic visual effects.
07:50
The preset build feature has also been expanded.
07:52
Now you can save the status for multiple weapons,
07:55
including the weapon itself and the ammo in its magazine,
07:58
as well as the supplies and cases
08:00
to shorten the time needed to get ready for a raid.
08:02
It is now possible to directly compare contact exchanges and workbench items
08:06
with prices on the market
08:08
for a better idea of an item's actual value.
08:10
You've all been asking for a return of the Mix and Match Outfit feature,
08:14
and it's back.
08:15
Go to the Outfit screen to mix and match purple-tier jackets,
08:18
pants, boots, and masks.
08:20
Gold bounty collectibles have been removed from the market,
08:22
and the trophy room has been extended.
08:24
The collection room is now available for free
08:26
and can be used to store warehouse loot,
08:28
which can be inspected outside of raids.
08:30
The warehouse can also be upgraded up to LV6
08:33
to provide up to 150 storage slots
08:35
for more effective resource management.
08:38
A record display has been added to the lobby
08:40
and can be used to change the background music
08:42
in strongholds and the lobby itself,
08:44
so you can stamp your personal mark
08:46
on every corner of your trophy room.
08:47
While we're on the subject,
08:49
optional statues and flags have been added
08:51
to the middle of the stronghold.
08:52
Complete the season's hardcore missions
08:54
to unlock the airport landmark
08:56
as proof that you've conquered this season,
08:58
and to give your space a sense of ceremony and belonging.
09:01
Your thoughts and opinions are very important to us.
09:03
