00:00I wonder if anyone else is in this position.
00:04Here we are, almost 10 days past Christmas,
00:08and are you still waiting on a package,
00:11or did you get something for Christmas and it's gone missing
00:14and you don't know where it is?
00:16704-570-9595.
00:20My wife says she's got an extra package for me
00:22and she won't tell me what it is, but it still has not arrived.
00:26I had three packages.
00:28One came yesterday, and then I had to email the other two companies
00:32and they had to resend it out.
00:33No way.
00:34I don't know if it got snatched.
00:35I don't know if it didn't get sent to begin with.
00:38I have no idea.
00:39Who was it for?
00:40My girlfriends.
00:42And the one that came yesterday was for Dallas, so that was good.
00:45Did you give it to him?
00:46Yeah.
00:46Did you wrap it?
00:47No.
00:48I was like, this is an extra Christmas present.
00:51Okay, so on Christmas morning, Amanda's like,
00:54you got these presents, and she brought them over to me.
00:56And she's like, this is dad's stack.
00:59Also, babe, there's one that should be coming tomorrow
01:01or should be coming in the next day or two.
01:04And she kept checking it, and I forgot all about it.
01:08And then we were hanging out with some friends the other day,
01:10and she's dying laughing.
01:11She's like, oh, my God.
01:12My package, the one package I have left for me is gone.
01:19Still out there in the abyss.
01:20Yes.
01:22Yeah.
01:22And she's like, it's delayed again.
01:24Yeah.
01:25At one point, it was in North Carolina.
01:27Then it got shipped back to another state, and then it went back to North Carolina.
01:31It was in Tennessee for a little bit.
01:33Like, what?
01:34Yeah.
01:35Things go missing, man.
01:37I don't know what it is, but, you know, one of the packages I had actually placed right,
01:43I want to say Black Friday.
01:46Like, it was in November.
01:47Right.
01:47And I had forgotten all about it, and then I saw an ad come up on my Instagram feed yesterday,
01:52and I was like, oh, yeah, what happened to that package?
01:57You don't know?
01:58I have no idea.
01:59I mean, I emailed the company.
02:00They're sending it out again, but.
02:02Somebody texted in and said, my husband got me an awesome necklace that I've wanted forever.
02:07I can't find it.
02:08I know I opened it.
02:09I have no idea where it is.
02:11Sometimes when you do the cleanup, I hate to say it, Christmas cleanup,
02:15I think this has happened to everyone in the past.
02:17The present gets accidentally thrown out with a box that you thought was empty.
02:21You'll be so proud of me because I brought my kids a video game.
02:24Oh, good.
02:25I bought my boys old school Game Boys.
02:28Like, the old school ones.
02:29Oh, that's cool.
02:30They have, like, the, like, regular Super Nintendo on it and, like, the old school retro games, right?
02:37And the one I had set up prior to them opening it because I wanted to make sure it worked and whatnot
02:44and make sure it was age-appropriate, too.
02:48Well, the other one I didn't set up, and when Cash opened his,
02:51we somehow lost the SD card in all of the stuff, and we had to rip all of the garbage apart to find it.
03:00Hey, by the way, just real quick, you were, you on Christmas Day surprised the kids that morning.
03:06They didn't know that they were going on the Disney cruise.
03:09No.
03:09So you quickly opened your packages, and did you have them secretly packed already?
03:17Oh, yes.
03:17Yeah, yeah, yeah.
03:18They were packed.
03:19I had already, so my stepdad drives back and forth to Florida,
03:24and we were going out of South Florida's port,
03:28so he was going down for Christmas to see my mom,
03:30so I prepackaged a suitcase and gave it to him to take down.
03:35Okay, okay, so that when you got on the boat.
03:37Yes.
03:39Oh, my gosh.
03:41I forgot to tell you this.
03:43When you got on the boat, though, all your packages, everything was there.
03:46Everything was there.
03:47Yeah, everything was ready to go.
03:48Okay, so that horn, that is the actual horn in the Disney cruise.
03:52When we got to Nassau, it was like, that's not the only one they have.
03:57Oh.
03:57They have, like, probably 10 different horns that are Disney, like, songs that you know,
04:04and it's 8 o'clock in the morning, and our boat is just like,
04:09one after the other, after the other, after the other.
04:12I was like, oh, my gosh, these people on the carnival cruise are like, shut up.
04:15We get it.
04:18I'm like, I'm on this boat, and I'm like, we get it.
04:21Did they play the Lion King?
04:22It's good to be king.
04:24I'm telling you, there were so many of them.
04:26I was like, who knew they had this many horns?
04:29That's awesome.
04:30Yeah, that's crazy.
04:31On top of, like, Loren having regular Christmas, she then has to get the boys and get everybody
04:36to the airport to go on their flight to get onto the boat, which is so cool.
04:40Dallas kept saying, do we have this?
04:41Do we need this?
04:42Did you do this?
04:43I was like, my magic is seamless.
04:45May I say this, Dallas?
04:50Here's what we want to know from you guys, though.
04:52How many people out there are either missing a package from Christmas or you're still waiting
04:57on a delivery?
04:58Can you give us a shout?
05:00And she was, like, trying to lick the shampoo that was coming in.
05:05Luckily for me, like, there wasn't a jet that, like, shot right through the window.
05:08It was one of the ones that have the turning sponges, the spinning wheel, and it was, like,
05:16at that part, so the spinning wheel was, like, kind of whipping into the car, but there
05:20was no damage or anything.
05:22I asked them for the footage, and I'm going to ask them again to see if we can get the
05:25footage of me panicking in the car wash trying to get the window down.
05:29I love it.
05:30But it happens.
05:31Car washes are a scary thing.
05:32Somebody said that they got stuck in the car wash when they were a kid, and they'll never
05:35go in and use one again.
05:37Only hand washing for them.
05:39Michelle, good morning.
05:42Michelle?
05:44Hello.
05:44Hi, Michelle.
05:45How are you?
05:46Hi, good.
05:47How are you?
05:48So you had a dog issue also.
05:50Maybe we should just make a standard generic statement, don't bring your dog to the car
05:53wash.
05:55Yeah, it was terrifying, because all the windows were locked, but the driver's side front
06:01does not lock, you know, because it's not child safety proof or whatever.
06:05So she pressed the button, and the window went down, and I went to pull it back up.
06:11And, you know, if you push it, if you pull it too hard, it'll go up automatically.
06:15So I didn't realize that that was going to happen.
06:17So it was going up automatically, and her head was, like, you know, almost got chopped off.
06:23Like, I had to push it down manually to, like, try to not get her head chopped off.
06:30It was literally terrifying.
06:32And the car wash keeps going.
06:33That's the thing is, like, the car wash doesn't stop while you're having your panic moment.
06:37Thanks, Michelle.
06:39Kristen, your brand new car, you took it into the car wash, and what happened?
06:45Yeah, I had a Mini Cooper, and I took it into a convenience store car wash where they, like,
06:52have, like, a bar that, like, senses how long the car is and stops and then washes the back
06:57of the car, and I'm in my Mini Cooper, and all of a sudden I just hear down my bumper
07:02just metal scraping because they couldn't figure out how long my car was.
07:08And when I got out, yeah, my whole bumper was ruined, but the convenience store owner
07:14paid for my repair.
07:15Oh, my gosh.
07:16I would hope so.
07:17You would think he has some insurance or something that could help cover the cost.
07:20That would be good.
07:21Hi, Marlene.
07:23Hey.
07:23How are you?
07:24Good.
07:24Sometimes these car washes can be a house of horrors.
07:29Yeah, I just moved here, like, two years ago.
07:31I bought a brand-new Jeep Compass, and I had to have running boards installed because I couldn't
07:37get in it.
07:37And so I went to the car wash, and my daughter was bringing it in, and she got it in, and all
07:43of a sudden we hear this big bang, and they adjusted some about the tire wash, and it took
07:49out my running board, which I just had installed.
07:53It cost them $400 to replace it.
07:56Okay.
07:57But the car looked nice, which was a good sidebar.
08:02The running board, yeah, the thing you step up on.
08:04Yeah.
08:05Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
08:05It was ruined.
08:06Well, I'm glad they fixed it.
08:07Rachel.
08:07You might not be able to drive it if it's pulled into the wheel.
08:10Right, right.
08:11Rachel, did you get stuck in the car wash?
08:15I did.
08:17So, again, Jeep problems.
08:20So I – and I actually asked – I always hand wash my car because it's a lifted Jeep
08:26with bigger tires, and it's just – I'm kind of OCD when it comes to cleaning.
08:31I don't like it when the automatic car wash misses spots.
08:35So I always hand wash it.
08:37But it was a time, like, last summer when it was just raining constantly, and it was
08:41just filthy, and I'm like, let me just send it through to get it good enough for the next
08:45time.
08:46Mm-hmm.
08:47And when I pulled up, I said, hey, are these tires going to – are my wheels and tires,
08:52are they going to fit?
08:53Right.
08:53Like, am I going to have a problem?
08:55Right.
08:55Because they're 37, so they're bigger.
08:58And they're like, yeah, we have bigger tires that come through all the time.
09:02And I'm like, oh, okay.
09:04And I got halfway in, and the – I guess it's a – they call it a roller.
09:11Yeah, right.
09:12Yeah, but it pulls your car.
09:14And I got into where it started soaping, and all of a sudden I wasn't moving anymore.
09:21And the roller – they sent, like, three different rollers through to try to get my
09:28car to keep moving.
09:30And I see the car behind me coming, and I'm like, dude.
09:34Yeah.
09:34And I'm like, hey, excuse me.
09:36And I kind of had to put my window down and holler.
09:39I'm like, yeah, I'm not going anywhere.
09:41But they're on a roller, too.
09:42Oh, my gosh.
09:42So how do they stop their car?
09:45So they manually stopped the car behind me, and basically I had to back out.
09:52I'm like, now what do I do?
09:54Right.
09:54How long do you think you were in there?
09:58It was pretty fast.
10:00Like, it didn't seem like a long time because I hollered at them.
10:03I'm like, I'm not moving, and there's a car coming.
10:06Yeah.
10:06Okay.
10:08But, yeah, it wasn't long.
10:10Like, I didn't – you know, I wasn't like, hello, did somebody forget about me?
10:13But, again, Rachel, to your point, you're stuck in there, and the car wash is doing what it's supposed to do.
10:19It's spraying foam.
10:20It's spraying soap.
10:21It's washing undercoat.
10:22It's doing everything, and you're stuck, and it's crazy.
10:25I get it.
10:26Yeah.
10:27All right.
10:27Yeah.
10:27Thanks for sharing, Rachel.
10:28We appreciate it.
10:29Thanks for being here.
10:30So I guess, like, the thing that we should say here is just use Loren's new auto detailing company that she's going to start in 2026.
10:38Yeah, I am not.
10:39Loren's auto detailing.
10:40Meet Big Al and Loren.
10:41We'll come to your home and detail your cars for you.
10:44Mm-hmm.
10:45Yeah.
10:46I got to it.
10:47Yeah.
10:48I'll come to your home.
10:49I got to it.
10:52I got to it.
10:54Yeah.
10:54I got to it.
11:06I got to it.
11:07I got to it.
