00:00How are you? Happy New Year. Happy New Year to you. I feel like it's so healing to see like Mariah Carey's. Well, it is for me. It's going, I was raised there. So it's like, for me, that's going home.
00:11And was it different this year to have, to be away and have a movie in theaters on Christmas Day? Were you able to slip into any theaters? Do you still do that?
00:18Yeah, yeah. It was, it was really, I honestly, there was a lot of nerves. And yeah, because I really want people to go to the theater. You know, I think everybody here that's being celebrated tonight. Like this year was so rich with so many great movies. And people are starting to really get back in the theater. And it's exciting. So when you have a movie like we do, like Song Blue, it's plays so great in a movie theater. And I just want to see, I just want people to go see it.
00:48And so I had those nerves. And then, and then I also had like, because it's such a small town. I had the great pleasure of like walking around and people coming up to me, getting really emotional. And I was like, I've never really had that before where, yeah, where like someone starts to talk about the movie and they start to cry. And I was like, oh, that feels like, you know, it's great when you can hit people's, like tug at people's.
01:15It's great when you can hit people's, like tug at people's heart like that.
01:18And you deserve it because you're so brilliant. You got to go. New Year's resolutions.
01:23I just honestly, I want to read as much as possible. Read, read, read. I try and I, I wish I could read like speed read.
01:33And I go into bookstores and I'm like, it's so weird and awful that I'll never be able to read all of these books. And I want to. But so, just read.
