00:2251-year-old Adnan Bweraheng, died at the scene while his 48-year-old wife, who was riding pillion,
00:29suffered injuries. Initial investigations indicate the crash occurred when the motorcyclist
00:35attempted to overtake on a double line and collided with a Mazda car travelling in the
00:40opposite direction. The victim's body was sent to Basut Hospital for a post-mortem.
00:45The case is being investigated under Section 41, Subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
