08:25a fried chicken roulade with fresh farm vegetables under the bottom visually joe what do you think

10:19panko on the bottom is a sweet japanese yam puree not as differentiated as i thought it would be i'll
10:24give that a three hoping to score big for the women delaware's anaya has prepared a brian chicken with
10:33a sweet potato puree i grew up eating fried chicken so if i don't know how to make no damn fried chicken
10:38we got bigger chicken to fry we got some zip on there it's spicy uh that's a four thank you chef
10:47so i'm feeling four on the dish from the churches man jaden from massachusetts is also hoping for
10:55success with his buttermilk and pickle brined chicken with a little bit of chipotle i give that a three
11:00what do you want dude next jada is hoping to make florida proud with her play on a chicken katsu
11:08underneath is going to be a red eye gravy with some maitake mushrooms so nice and light the chicken
11:15is very well done very tasty the sauce is a little overpowering for that it's a three thank you good
11:21with the score time and only four dishes left to taste henry from texas presents his double breaded
11:29chicken thigh buttermilk brine with a little pickle juice in there and then that's finished on top
11:33with a beautiful uh tomato bacon jam i love the red really pops thank you henry i'm gonna give that a
11:40four a four good job thank you guys from rhode island cara marie i'm confident this chicken is
11:48beautifully cooked today is my challenge day where i get big fat points for my team so they know i'm
11:53not a loser i have a take on a korean chicken and waffle it's a lot i probably would have featured
12:00your waffle a little bit more like it's kind of hard to see and then if i look underneath i i don't know
12:05that it held together the presentation and the execution just weren't there i'm gonna have to give

37:29you know left on an island there for a minute all i did was those last wellies
