00:00Top 5 Ninja Woodfire Oven Problems and How to Fix Them Right
00:03Number 1. Oven Won't Turn On
00:05If your oven stays completely dead, the issue is usually power.
00:09Press reset on the cord's safety plug until the orange light glows, then test and reset again.
00:14Always plug directly into the wall and avoid low-rated extension cords.
00:18Number 2. Preheat Takes Forever
00:20A sluggish preheat often comes from the wrong power supply.
00:23Cold weather and wind add extra time too, but the biggest culprit is thin extension cords.
00:28Use a heavy-duty outdoor cord rated above 2400 watts, or better yet, go straight to the wall outlet for the fastest heat up.
00:35Number 3. Too Much Smoke
00:37If your oven fills the patio with smoke, fat and oil are to blame.
00:41Trim excess fat, choose high smoke point oils, and spread food out so hot air can move around it.
00:46Fat drips burn faster at higher heat, so consider using mid-range temperatures for rich foods to cut flare-ups.
00:52Number 4. Buttons
00:54Stop Responding
00:55When the panel won't react, reset the cord's safety plug, unplug for a minute, and reconnect.
01:01If the buttons feel sticky, wipe the panel gently with a microfiber cloth.
01:05I've linked the one I use below.
01:07It's non-abrasive, safe for coatings, and keeps the controls responsive.
01:11If the buttons stay dead after cleaning, grease may already have seeped inside.
01:15Number 5. E. Error on the display
01:17Seeing an E means the oven detected a fault.
01:21Unplug, reset the cord's safety plug, and test on a different outlet.
01:24If the error comes back, stop using the oven until it's inspected.
