00:10Through an official statement, Caracas denounced the incident and constitutes an extremely
00:15serious terrorist act that openly violates international law and directly threatens regional
00:20and international security.
00:21In addition, the Venezuelan government stressed that the deliberate use of long-range weapons
00:27against facilities linked to the head of state reveals reckless and criminal behavior aimed
00:31at solving chaos, political intimidation, and global instability.
00:35In this context, Caracas closed the official communication by expressing its full solidarity
00:39with the people and government of the Russian Federation, demanding an immediate end to terrorist
00:43actions that endanger the lives of civilians, the security of nations, and the balance
00:48of the international system.
