00:00The title of the book is Truth Without Apology.
00:03So the question came to my mind is why is the descriptor without apology being added?
00:08Because we are the most apologetic about the things that really benefit us.
00:19We pursue something that is wasteful, even harmful and that might even be socially appreciated, let alone accepted.
00:34But if you do something that is really useful, Truth is useful.
00:41So if you do something that is really useful in the sense of being aligned with the Truth, then have you seen how many eyebrows get raised?
00:50And then you are supposed to be apologetic.
00:53And what the book is saying is, no, don't be apologetic.
00:56Don't be apologetic for entering into what is really useful for you.
01:02How do you evaluate them?
01:05The only criteria is, is it adding to my darkness or is it shedding light on them?
01:10Will it confine me even more within my boundaries?
01:16Within my groove?
01:18Or will it empower me to challenge my limits?
01:22To the extent it empowers you, it is valuable.
01:26Sure.
01:27Thank you so much.
