00:15First thing that that person should do is never turn it into an either-or. Either-or is tyranny. Never turn it into that. Obviously, your goal is total freedom. Exert yourself and do both the things parallelly, simultaneously.
00:32And for every hour that you spend, just fulfilling your obligations, just denying your heart, remind yourself, I must finish this off as soon as possible. Because this is not where the heart is. Cut down on all the needless things and say, the heart, the heart is the primary thing. It deserves space. It deserves my energy and time. And I'll allot that to it.
00:56And the more you allot your time, energy and space to it, the more disgusted you will feel with the other part of your life. Right? And the more disgusted you are, the more quickly you will run away. And that is freedom.
