00:00How can suffering and peace coexist?

00:02I was young.

00:04These steam locos would still exist, at least on some routes, not the very long one.

00:10So this was the late 80s.

00:12I was very fond of my Nanaji, maternal grandfather.

00:16So we would go to him by train.

00:18So my sister, she's three years younger to me.

00:21This thing rolls in, the steam loco.

00:24So she starts crying.

00:26Father picks her up and then she's alright.

00:30And then we have a coach that's not too far from the engine.

00:33So we get seated and my tendency whether in the car or in the train was to always stare out.

00:40So I do that and even as the engine is stationary, the wind is blowing that way and I find my face blackened.

00:48And now the thing starts rolling also and my sister again starts crying.

00:53So my father said something.

00:55He said if you have to reach your destination, you must learn to embrace the noise and the suit.

01:02And if there is no noise, no suit, there will be no movement also.

01:06And then what is the destination then?

01:08The destination is the point where this question starts thinning out.

01:13The question is actually coming from a belief, you see.

01:16What's the belief?

01:18Life is full of suffering and I can step out of it.

01:22That was a flawed model.

01:23No, you don't have to step out of it.

01:25You have to dive deep into it.

01:27And you have to go to the very source of it.

01:29Life is the very source of it.

01:30You need to go to the brain of the mind of the mind of the mind of the mind of the mind of the mind of the mind of the mind of the mind.
