00:00welcome to a special edition of jesse waters prime time i'm your humble host charlie hurt
00:13kaboom kaboom another boat off of the coast of venezuela just got blown to smithereens
00:24and these weren't fishermen on a shipwrecked crew they were bad hombres narco-terrorists
00:31secretary of war pete hegseth ordered the lethal kinetic strike earlier today as part of operation
00:37southern spear two narco-terrorists are reportedly dead this comes just after trump gave maduro
00:44a late christmas gift a missile to venezuela's drug loading docks there was a major explosion
00:51and the dock area where they load the boats up with drugs they load the boats up with drugs so
00:57we hit all the boats and now we hit the area it's the implementation area that's where they implement
01:03and that is no longer around maduro thought trump was bluffing when he threw around the idea of land
01:12strikes guess not the docks are about as close to home as it gets guess the dictator should have
01:19listened to all of the warning shots you have to understand what he's done they've sent billions
01:26of dollars of drugs in but maybe just as bad they've sent hundreds of thousands of people in from jails
01:32from prisons from mental institutions and insane asylums uh the drug lords the drug dealers every boat
01:40that we take out we save 25 000 lives of americans oh maduro you've been a naughty fellow and your country now
01:51isn't so mellow because strikes are falling on land you my good sir are outmanned it's not just christmas for
01:59old dictator nick there are a few others on the naughty list who deserve a big old kick we're not just talking about you ilhan
02:07our eyes are on the state of iran i hope they're not trying to build up again because if they are
02:15we're gonna have no choice but very quickly to eradicate that build up so i hope iran is not
02:21trying to build up i hope they're not doing it because we don't want to waste the fuel on a b2
02:26it's a 37 hour trip both ways i don't want to waste a lot of fuel
02:31when trump says don't he means it if hamas doesn't stop the shenanigans they're getting wiped
02:39out too if they don't disarm as as they agreed to do they agreed to it and then they'll be held to
02:46pay for them trump's calling the shots around the world right from his mar-a-lago escape
02:53not only did trump throw his swanky christmas party but he had lots of visitors too today bb came and gave
03:01his favorite president the grandest of gifts we decided to break a convention to or create a new
03:07one and that is to award uh the israel prize which in almost our 80 years we've never awarded it to a
03:15non-israeli and we're going to award it this year uh to president trump this was announced formally
03:22uh over lunch uh by uh our minister of education who's responsible for the uh israel prize is going
03:31to be awarded to president donald j trump for his tremendous contributions to israel and the jewish
03:37people and trump is reminding the world who got the job done put it this way every hostage just
03:46about that's been released was released because of me uh steve whitkoff jared kushner my whole team
03:53marco rubio pete hexeth they were all released because of us none were released in the biden
04:00administration none that is true families are together for the first time in three years just in
04:08time for the holidays and all trump wanted for christmas was peace zelensky came by for christmas
04:15dinner and even wore his best suit trump was in thought it was such a great he was in such a great
04:22mood that he even threw some food at the press outside and have some food would you like to have
04:30food or do you consider that a bribe and therefore you cannot write honestly or therefore you have to
04:35write a bad story okay because if you'd like would you like something to eat at this time yes or no you
04:42can speak yes okay margo take him outside tell the chef serve him a little lunch okay
04:49and they were so thankful he offered them lunch again today you'd like you can come up and have
04:57lunch like you did yesterday would you like that or not do you want that because some of them think
05:02it's terrible it's a bribe but you know a bribe for 25 dollars i don't know if you'd like you can go
05:09and if you don't you can stand in a driveway and melt z loved palm beach too so much he's starting to
05:17ask dc who he walked in he said this place is gorgeous i don't think he wants to go to the
05:23white house anymore that's the problem i'm ready to go to the white house i know
05:27it is the white house is a very special place and so is this i hope you enjoyed it
05:34trump loves being the gracious host especially when he had a peace deal ready for dessert
05:42sources say a deal between russia and ukraine is closer than ever
05:46if trump has to go to kiev to get the deal through he will
05:51i've offered to go and speak to their parliament and you know if that would help i don't know that
05:57would help i think it would probably help but i i don't even know if that's you're welcome
06:01yeah no i know i think so i'm not sure that it would be really necessary but if it would help
06:07save 25 000 lives a month or whatever it may be i would certainly be willing to do that
06:13and putin might be ready to salsa dance too i saw a very uh interesting president putin today i mean he
06:24he wants to see it happen he wants to see it he told me very strongly i believe him don't forget we
06:32went through the russia russia russia hooks together i think we're going to get there i know i know him
06:36very well i was on the phone with him for almost i guess two and a half hours they're just telling me
06:40now it's a long time we discussed a lot of things we didn't talk about the weather
06:44although zelinski isn't so sure is there any indication that you see that vladimir putin
06:53wants peace by what he's doing or saying me not be honest and uh i don't see it because uh first of
07:03i don't hear it publicly his messages they go they i mean this the he he doesn't speak about peace
07:11now he doesn't speak he says that he can go further it's not the signals of peace
07:17trump knows the war is a lose-lose for both sides and the longer it goes the worse it gets
07:26what happens in a few weeks if things sputter uh what are you prepared to do
07:30they keep fighting and they keep dying no good but if things don't happen they keep fighting
07:37and they keep dying and we don't want that to happen he doesn't want it to happen president
07:43putin doesn't want it to happen either the president's ready to get his war this war over
07:49with so he can shift his full attention back to where it matters our own backyard and he has
07:55his a team handling it even msnbc knows it i think the establishment in washington is something to
08:03learn from trump's unconventional diplomacy totally blake breaking diplomatic precedent look at his
08:08diplomats i call them cowboy diplomats jared kushner steve whitkoff they have no experience
08:14and yet sometimes they get stuff done the biden doctrine who there's a new sheriff in town
08:21and everyone knows his motto mess around and find out medal of honor recipient david bellavia
08:29joins me now david thank you for joining us uh great to see you this evening so this is what uh
08:35america first peace through strength looks like i guess this is what it looks like and you know you
08:44almost need like that lamb before the the mint before you eat the lamb you need that cleansing
08:49four years to truly appreciate what american power looks like i mean we've got on capitol hill we've
08:55got democrats talking about this 20 point peace plan with ukraine and russia and they're still bringing
09:01up crimea i mean you want to talk about shelf life you've got a better chance of changing the ending
09:07to rocky four than you do of negotiating crimea at this point and and remember when when the belorussians
09:14and the russians came over the borders of ukraine the javelin missiles that the ukrainians were using
09:20that was a gift from trump first administration the obama was giving away the blankets and the mres
09:28biden was was playing hamlet uh the absurdity of of what we were even dealing with with foreign
09:36policy with our border with all the issues that we're seeing domestically with this economy with
09:41energy exploration i mean this all has to do with national security from the top all the way down
09:47to the bottom and we're getting a lesson right now in real time so give people an idea about what this
09:55means for people um like yourself who served and who are currently serving and i often think about the
10:02gold star moms who um who grieve over the loss of their sons and daughters in in the united states
10:10military what is this kind of uh renewed focused foreign policy mean for them well there's not a
10:18piece of dirt outside of the united states of america that's worth your son or daughter
10:23there's there's there's no geographical terrain feature that's worth going to arlington cemetery
10:29and bowing your head in prayer saying goodbye to someone there has to be something more that
10:35you're asking of the men and women who serve this country the constitution the way of life our families
10:40we fall in love with our hometowns before we love fall in love with our country and that's what we're
10:45fighting for each and every day and so when you have a president that is telling you that i'm not going
10:51to send 50 000 101st airborne soldiers into into venezuela if we can do it smart if we can do it
10:59the right way if we can punch back if we can tell the iranians hey hey listen your adventurism is over
11:07no one's playing games anymore the iranians have thousands of american soldiers blood on their hands
11:14what they did in iraq what they did in afghanistan how does trump handle these situations this president
11:20talked when he ran for president about not starting new wars that's exactly what this foreign policy
11:26is demonstrating right now you don't have to put men and women in harm's way to send a message that
11:33the american people uh will not be intimidated and we won't back down and the other side of that is
11:38that actually prevents more hostilities showing what you're capable of sending a message you know stops
11:47uh adventurism like we saw in the bush administration quite frankly yeah well a realm where red lines
11:56actually mean something you know i was struck by the images today of zelensky at mar-a-lago with the
12:01president um and it was such a uh striking difference from uh 10 months ago when zelensky was at the white
12:09house and got a full dressing down what do you make of that uh transformation in that relationship
12:15oh it is well first of all his his english has gotten a lot better too i don't know if you
12:20noticed that but there's something to be said that that february 25 meeting was a disaster
12:25and and clearly that message resonated in ukraine but look zelensky alleges that we're two points
12:32two issues away from having a deal we've got 91 drones over the weekend over the last 24 hours that
12:39allegedly went towards putin that came from him he wished putin's death over christmas we get it this
12:46is a war right and the russians are going to throw as they have for 200 years their military machine is
12:53is a machine of attrition they will they will hemorrhage young lives just to take you know two
12:59two kilometers zelensky's got to make a decision and this decision has to be end this war right now
13:05and the terrain argument is nonsense right right well it's going to be a uh a crucial couple of
13:13weeks for sure and i just am always reminded i'm so grateful it's trump and not uh somebody else
13:18uh handling man david bellavia thank you so much for joining us
13:22now let's bring in outkick.com founder clay travis uh great to see you this evening clay you know it's
13:31really interesting to look at these images today out of mar-a-lago and think about the previous
13:36administration you had joe biden who is probably the most experienced and qualified foreign policy
13:44expert diplomat that has ever been uh invented by washington dc and he managed to screw up everything
13:53he touched in the world including uh allowing two new wars to start and handing massive swaths of
14:01countryside where we we lost our you know own blood and treasure for 10 years over 20 years over the
14:08taliban what is it about president trump that allows him to be so much so brilliant at this game
14:16where the greatest expert was such a monstrous failure
14:19because ultimately trump understands that getting peace is about making deals and building coalitions
14:28and i i was struck when you showed the clip earlier uh charlie uh on the on the show where
14:36jared kushner and steve whitkoff were even praised a bit by msnbc it's because trump not only is a builder
14:43and a deal maker he's enabling builders and deal makers to get deals done and that's why happy new
14:51year merry christmas to everybody out there i really legitimately feel like charlie we are seeing the
14:57greatest first year presidency in any of our lives i mean when you consider the number of peace deals
15:04that trump has brought around the world we're getting closer and closer in ukraine uh the the president
15:09of uh netanyahu netanyahu just came uh and gave trump the first award in 80 years to a non-israeli
15:17remember for 10 years we've heard trump was hitler if you look at the growth rate 4.3 percent if you
15:24look at inflation 2.7 percent all-time record highs in the stock market nobody's even talking about this
15:32murders are going to decline 20 percent this year trump has saved thousands of lives of americans
15:39and the economy the border is completely shut down i just don't think we're getting enough
15:45recognition for what has been accomplished and when i saw both of these with netanyahu and with
15:51zelinski it just further epitomizes trump's incredible first year 2.0
15:56and you know clay i think you put your finger on the most important thing
16:01and that is that he's a builder and the thing about builders yes and you know builders i know
16:06builders we've worked with them we've worked for them in our lives you can't put like a brick on
16:11thin air you actually have to put a brick on another brick and you've got to get them to hold
16:16you have to deal with reality and this is you know everything about trump is dealing with reality
16:22and building something out of it that can withstand uh the you know the the realities of
16:31physics and science i but it does kind of make me wonder whether or not in time we won't see more
16:39people like the guy on msnbc starting to reckon you know will will history give trump the credit that
16:46he deserves yes a hundred percent i wish we could read the history books from a hundred years from now
16:53uh they'll be writing about the 2024 election the fight fight fight response of trump will become
16:58iconic after everybody watching this right now is dead uh i think it will take generations for trump
17:04to get credit for what he has accomplished and that's because so many people have trump derangement
17:09syndrome and their brains are broken and they refuse to acknowledge all of the positivity that's
17:14going on charlie so yeah look merry christmas happy new year i can't imagine things going much
17:18better i don't know about you but i can't wait for 26 yeah and i think you're right it'll take the
17:24passing of every single tds journalist uh to go by the wayside before history starts to
17:31recognize trump for who he is uh clay travis great to see you tonight and merry christmas and happy new
17:36year to you thank you thanks everybody all right prime time goes inside minnesota daycares
17:45are move over pirates nick shirley is the captain now he's investigating minneapolis and it's not
18:02pretty this building alone quality learning center is a daycare yet they spelled learning wrong and they
18:09said leering this daycare alone in 2025 has received 1.9 million dollars from the government and the
18:17strange things about these child care centers is there's no one here right now it's midday on a
18:24weekday if you were to try to go inside it's completely closed and the windows are all blacked out
18:30that learning center racked up 95 violations it somehow walked away with millions in your taxpayer
18:42money shirley infiltrated more daycares but nobody wanted to talk i would like to check a child in the
18:50daycare i would like to see if i could bring little joey hit my son little joey here is there a paperwork
18:56kind of check out the daycare and you got 2.66 million dollars this year in funding
19:01and 2.5 million last year we're just wondering where the where the kids are hello we'd like to ask
19:08where the money's going
19:09this guy's been investigating fraud for years he's been to 50 daycares every one a ghost town
19:20no kids aboard just pirates and treasures missing the ones that i've that i've gotten data on they
19:29average about 2.5 million dollars a year and a lot of them will say they have anywhere from 80 to 120
19:36children i've been to literally 40 or 50 these child care and there never has been a single child
19:44at any one of them ever morning afternoon evening primetime decided to give one of the daycares a
19:51call instead of a front desk we got tim waltz's office that's strange the fraud is no surprise
20:00a year ago waltz bragged about how easy he made it to open a daycare as far as child care on this we
20:08have to make it easier for folks to be able to get into that business and then to make sure that folks
20:13are able to pay for that we were able to do it in minnesota and i'm still telling you this
20:17boy did he make it easy so easy any pirate with paperwork is allowed to cash in no children
20:27necessary timmy doesn't seem too concerned though his ship's taking on water but hey it's
20:36caturday in tim's world he's not the pirate he's the hero quote the governor has worked for years to
20:47crack down on fraud and ask the state legislature for more authority to take aggressive action he has
20:54strengthened oversight including launching investigations into these specific facilities
20:58one of which was already closed pirates always need a fall guy and msnbc's eager to provide one
21:07and this is what happens when you weaponize and politicize federal agencies that are not meant to be
21:13um you know politicized but of course the other factor here is that because uh it looks like the
21:21somali population in minnesota the somali immigrant population may have been at some in uh involved in
21:27some way those people are being scapegoated so why did it take years for the fraud to surface
21:36captain shirley says they're afraid of being called the r word racist because it's somalians are
21:44committing this fraud people are scared to be calling is islamophobic racist in which has nothing to do
21:50with what's going on because fraud is fraud but 47 isn't afraid he says it's all hands on deck
21:57gnomes already got boots on the ground and they're going door to door americans are on board they see
22:05fraud in their state and they want it gone ohio's already calling for the captain nick shirley i hope
22:13you see this video please come to columbus ohio the reporting you did in minnesota was amazing
22:21thank you for that and if you come to columbus ohio you will find the exact same fraud you will see
22:30the exact same things daycares everywhere the home health care senator ron johnson joins me now great to
22:38see you senator thank you for joining us so what does it say what does it tell you that tim waltz claims
22:44that he has spent years cracking down on fraud in his state and then we're looking at this rampant
22:52fraud in his state well you obviously can't believe a word that comes out of his mouth
22:59that's the first thing you have to recognize but charlie the other thing you have to understand is
23:03what we're seeing in minnesota is just the tip of the iceberg i've said it before the somalis that
23:08they're new to this country they're amateurs when it comes to welfare fraud we've got organizations
23:13who've been at this fraudulent game for decades and we pretty well legalized fraud i mean just take
23:19obamacare a couple examples the the obamacare expansion to medicaid you know medicaid expansion
23:26but because for every dollar the state spends on an adult single-bodied able-bodied single adult
23:34childless adult the federal government matches at nine bucks versus a disabled child for every
23:39dollar we match at a dollar thirty three that's allowed that's provided provider taxes uh provider
23:44fees uh massive fraud tens of billions of dollars uh you take a look at the enhanced subsidies the
23:52the temporary co-release uh covet era subsidies that's resulting in no premium policies something
23:59somewhere 20 to 30 maybe higher 30 billion dollars worth of fraud per year and yet you have democrats
24:06who just want to extend it no reforms whatsoever just clean extension they they're happy to perpetuate
24:12that fraud and you have to understand these programs were set up to make fraud easy they don't
24:17check eligibility it ends up being a ticket to voter registration so they want to sign up as many
24:22people as possible make them dependent on the state program after program after program and they're
24:27fleecing the american taxpayer they're fleecing the government uh to the tunes of literally hundreds
24:32of billions of dollars a year and i don't think you can separate it from the part of the democrat
24:38parties joe biden tim waltz uh kamala harris the democrat parties uh open policy of open borders either
24:46and when you have a country like somalia which i think has a gdp of about 14 billion for the entire country
24:53and then you have nine billion dollars in fraud just in minnesota alone it's really not all that
25:01surprising that you're drawing all of these illegals or legals across our open borders into the country
25:09to commit fraud because it's it's it's more profitable than staying in somalia
25:16that was the game plan open up the borders flood blue states with more people would be counting
25:20the census that gives them more members of congress uh make them more dependent on government that
25:25grows government that gives them greater power again that is what the democrat party is all about
25:30power now again the shutdown wasn't about uh literally the enhanced subsidy was about
25:35making sure that president trump has no success uh they want they're they're happy to take anybody
25:40hostage whatever collateral damage uh bad economy so that they can win in november and retain power
25:47well senator johnson we look forward to having you back on uh many times as congress digs into this
25:55and gets to the bottom of all of it and uh holds everyone accountable and hopefully we see a lot of people
26:02rot in jail over this uh senator ron johnson thank you for joining us
26:09breaking news on tyler robinson be right back
26:18fox news alert a judge just ruled a secret hearing in the charlie kirk murder case
26:24will be unsealed matt finn has more charlie the now unsealed transcript from that private
26:31october 24th hearing is not earth-shattering but there are a few interesting moments and portions
26:37that were redacted at one point in the hearing there is a line redacted right before one of tyler
26:42robinson's attorneys talks about robinson's right to confidentiality about his medical records
26:48the transcript reads when mr robinson was first arrested and then the rest of that line is
26:54redacted it continues and i think it's interesting that the sheriff's department hasn't provided the
26:58court with any information as to why that is that he has convinced the sheriff's department that that's
27:03not necessary so it's not clear what may have happened or what was said that was redacted shortly
27:09after robinson was first arrested perhaps it had something to do with any medications he was
27:14taking or something related to his health that he revealed to law enforcement now in another portion
27:19of the transcript robinson's defense discusses why it wants the utah county's attorney's office
27:24removed from the case arguing in part that one of the attorneys had a family member present
27:29at charlie kirk's assassination the transcript reads the utah county attorneys have advised us that
27:34a family member of one of the attorneys was present at the incident at which mr kirk was shot and killed
27:40this child was present observed it was within 85 feet of mr kirk when he was killed he had to flee
27:48now most of the hearing also had to do with whether robinson can wear civilian clothing
27:52and any security concerns around robinson having one hand unshackled to take notes during the trial
27:59also the utah county sheriff's office pointed out on the record that it was not the agency that first
28:04released robinson's booking photo and that it was concerned when that photo got out charlie
28:13thank you matt sure
28:16jonathan turley is a george washington university law professor constitutional law attorney and fox news
28:21contributor and he joins us now uh professor turley thank you so much for joining us um you know
28:26i'm struck by the fact that uh this assassination it was i think probably the most public graphic
28:34and gruesome assassination that i can think of in history why would there be redactions of anything
28:42in a case like this you know there's an interesting dynamic to a case like this charlie i'm speaking
28:49as a criminal defense attorney uh that this is one of the most complete cases for prosecution i've ever
28:55seen i've said before that the prosecutors could lose 90 percent of the evidence in this case
29:01and likely still secure an easy conviction uh so the it actually puts more pressure on the judge
29:08because the the best avenues for the defense is to see errors occur at the trial to create appealable
29:15issues because right now they don't have a lot to play with so this judge is being very deliberative
29:22he's trying to be very cautious now in some of these early motions they've got to make decisions
29:27as to what evidence can come into the trial and that means a lot of raw stuff is discussed in these
29:34hearings and until the judge makes a final decision on what that evidence will be he's going to be very
29:40cautious and and not having some of this get out now when it comes to the medications of robinson
29:47it's coming in i mean i there's not going to be a really uh a strong basis to say that the jury or the
29:54public uh should not know what medications he was taking that's relevant uh to to the crime and to the underlying facts
30:05do you think that uh and you know i'm always hesitant to endorse uh television cameras in courtrooms
30:12although i'm i'm a uh you know i like to open the books on everything but i i think sometimes
30:18cameras have a negative effect on uh certain uh ceremonies such as trials um but in a case like
30:26this where you have you already have a lot of conspiracy theories and a lot of questions that are
30:31swirling i do think openness is the only way you deal with that kind of thing and openness in a trial
30:38like setting is the best way to answer most of those questions for the public not just to guarantee
30:44a fair trial no i think you're absolutely right charlie what this the kirk family is dealing with what
30:52people at uh this organization have been dealing with has been horrific these these these uh conspiracy
31:00theories are really grotesque and they're re-victimizing many of the people involved in this crime but also
31:08i've been an advocate for for cameras and courtrooms for many years the framers not only believed in
31:14public trials that's embodied in our constitution they were great believers in technology and i think
31:20that they would love cameras in the courtroom uh it makes no sense that a couple dozen people can wait
31:26in line all day and they get to go in when the rest of the public could view what is a political
31:32assassination trial that impacts us all yeah yeah i guess i am partly biased by uh having seen what
31:40cameras in congress uh did to congress uh and i'm i'm highly skeptical but i love your approach uh to
31:49openness and i think that it is uh desperately needed a professor turley thank you so much for joining us
31:55thanks charlie nancy pelosi breaks your silence that's next
32:09so can you guess this person he's illegal a gangster and a daddy no it's not brian kilmeade it's kilmar
32:19he's on tick tock now the maryland dad's home for the holidays but someone might want to tell him
32:26homan's boys are hitting their new quotas border patrol applications are up 70 from one year ago
32:33even the washington post admits ice is bagging bad hombres at a record rate and latinos are loving it too
32:43they're not protesting they're applying and now cnn is getting rare access inside the process of
32:50training border patrol agents many of them are latino so this is a morning inspection
32:56and there's about 1100 recruits you all are a tremendous part of national security and
33:02we sincerely appreciate that you've you've taken the first step and that you signed up
33:06latinos joining the force sounds like progress unless you're crying karen bass well uh in a way
33:16i think it's it's sad i think that those border patrol agents are going to have a difficult time
33:21when they're out in the field and they see what actually happens in real life
33:26separate from their training but i do understand that their primary incentive is financial i think it
33:32just speaks to the financial situation that millions of americans find themselves in and
33:40i definitely am concerned about that report hey hey hey now democrats are missing out on the golden age
33:49americans are starting to reap the rewards and they're opening their wallets the amount spent you
33:56know through the thanksgiving weekend on you know friday black friday cyber monday through all the month of
34:02november and the first part of december it's it's up four four and a quarter four and a half percent versus last year
34:09and this is just the appetizer mag is already preheating the oven as i've described it 2025 was
34:17setting the table and i especially on the economy i think the the feast and the banquet's going to be in 2026
34:24we're going to have a gigantic refund year in the first quarter because no one chains their
34:31working americans did not change their withholding so i i think households could see
34:37depending on the the number of workers one thousand two thousand dollar refunds
34:44while the white house fights for your future democrats are stuck in the past nancy pelosi's reliving her greatest hits
34:51people like the tearing up of the speech i didn't intend to go to speech to tear it up but i just the
34:59first part of it i tore page because he was lying and then the next page and then the next page i thought
35:05it was a manifesto of lies all throughout so um i better just tear up the whole speech now the speeches are on
35:14uh strong paper there yeah so you have to do it a few times to get it done but i had no intention
35:23of doing i thought my staff is going to die so is nancy going to risk it all one person who was
35:31responsible for the impeachments of donald trump is donald trump it's not something you decide to do it's
35:38what violation of the constitution he engages in so that's not something you say oh we're going to
35:45impeach him well but you can have the power of subpoena to get information from these agencies of
35:53government who are not supplying any information oh close he still needs to warm up to the idea
36:02but swalwell's eyes are lighting up like you just saw fang fang for the first time congressman it
36:08sounds like you're saying that inherent contempt holding these officials in inherent contempt or
36:13even the possible uh a vote on impeachment of someone like pam bonnie yeah or restricting funding
36:19it sounds like though that may not happen until or if democrats actually win the house in 2026 is
36:27that right yes and so we have to telegraph that that's what we are willing to do if we are
36:32given the majority andrew colvin executive producer of the charlie kirk show joins us now great to see
36:39you andrew um you know i you know i i'm still sort of amazed at the whole concept that there's nothing
36:48more racist than the idea that that democrats and democrats alone espouse which is that if you're a
36:56legal hispanic voter in america you love open borders even though that brings all of the problems mostly to
37:06your neighborhood i can't think of anything more racist than that yeah thanks for having me charlie and
37:13i totally agree with you the the hispanic community wants law and order they want uh a strong border they
37:20want to keep out the problems and the crime that they fled from i mean it's 101 it's basic and it's
37:25it's the soft bigotry of low expectations and they do this with voter id and the black community
37:30and so many other things uh it it just makes a lot of sense they know it and they they trust donald trump
37:37we saw that in the election results in 2024 they love what they're seeing on the border and they're
37:41flocking to to apply for border patrol jobs because of course they want to protect their families and
37:46their communities as much or more than we do you know and i remember uh one of the last conversations
37:54i had with charlie uh we talked about that very issue and he talked about how important the fairness
38:00issue of enforcing immigration laws how important that was in particular to young people who feel like
38:08the system is kind of rigged against them and then this is the most glaring you know the the open
38:13borders policies was the most glaring unfairness that they saw yeah a hundred percent i talk with
38:21charlie a lot about that same thing charlie and you know what what we always saw when we saw this on
38:27college campuses is young people felt betrayed by their own country they felt like they are american
38:33officials were making way and making subsidies whether that be through ngos or taxpayer funded debit
38:39cards or whatever for uh illegals and for people that weren't born here that we don't have a
38:45obligation to take care of and meanwhile native-born american sons and daughters are getting left by
38:49the wayside and this was a huge animating issue in 2024 it remains a huge animating issue they want a
38:56country that is committed to them and their well-being and they don't want to feel like an afterthought
39:01they don't want to feel toxically masculine they want to feel believed in they want to feel
39:05spoken for and president trump and this administration is doing that and they're delivering win after
39:10win after win and i agree with scott besson that we're going to see the feast in the banquet in 2026
39:15because we are in a race against the clock and we need to get this done for gen z in the next generation
39:21well uh andrew colbert thank you for all you all do to uh get that word out and thank you for
39:26joining us tonight great to see you all right more prime time straight ahead
