00:00Welcome to the Palm Event Pre-Launch Party.
00:26Hi, Maria.
00:28How are you?
00:29You look beautiful.
00:30You too.
00:31I love this.
00:32Nice to see you.
00:33Gorgeous.
00:35How are you?
00:36Wow.
00:41The Palm Event is like a notorious Palm Beach classic event that everyone wants to be a
00:49part of.
00:50Iconic Ferraris, air kisses, high fashion, maybe a couple hookers.
00:55And it is one of Donald Trump's favorite events of the season.
01:00Wow.
01:01And Robert has gifted this to us for the silent auction.
01:05Oh.
01:06Nice.
01:07He wanted to see if one of you would want to wear it this evening.
01:10Oh, nice.
01:11This is so pretty.
01:12That's like a $3,000 bag.
01:13Yeah.
01:14Ladies and gentlemen, right now we do have a fashion show.
01:17So check out the models and come see Ingrid in the blue dress here if you're interested
01:23in learning more about that fashion.
01:25Iconic Ferraris.
01:26When you go to parties in Palm Beach, the gown is $25,000.
01:31The clutch is another four grand.
01:33The earrings are maybe $20,000.
01:36It's expensive.
01:37Wow.
01:38Look at that.
01:39One gala and you can never wear it again.
01:42Ever.
01:43It's got to go.
01:44Next day, done.
01:45If you're seen wearing it again, then, oh, you poor thing.
01:49Either your husband left you, he's losing his business, somebody's about to go to prison,
01:54but you don't wear the same thing twice.
02:08I can't believe it.
02:09Oh, my God.
02:10Oh, boy.
02:11There's Romina.
02:12Very, very funny.
02:14Oh, my gosh, Romina.
02:15Here we go again.
02:16Skirts that are way too short, vinyl and pleather.
02:19I didn't know this was, like, block tie.
02:21I would have worn, like, a gown.
02:23If Romina wants to fit in, she will have to conform her clothing style to be more Palm Beach,
02:30because if Romina doesn't conform, people will not invite her back again.
02:35Okay, I need a drink, and then I'll be like, all right, let's get money.
02:45Hey, baby.
02:46You look great.
02:47So do you.
02:48So do you.
02:49You look so beautiful.
02:50How are you?
02:51I love the purse.
02:52Nice to see you.
02:53I love the purse.
02:54Nice to see you.
03:00She'll say hello.
03:01David.
03:02You remember Hillary.
03:03Yes, of course.
03:04Good to see you.
03:05I didn't know you were coming tonight.
03:08I mean, do you think that she noticed that she was being rude?
03:11Do you think she noticed?
03:12She just walked right by me and looked at me, and I tried to say hello, and she kept walking.
03:15When the inside is not nice, it doesn't matter what you have on the outside.
03:19Well, I only live, like, four doors down.
03:21Yeah.
03:22It wasn't a long commute for me.
03:23I never had a problem with her.
03:25Yeah.
03:26That's a crazy thing.
03:27Yeah.
03:28It really makes me feel terrible.
03:32It's just an awful feeling, and she says hello to everyone around me, and I just can't even understand it.
03:38She can make you feel like you're invisible.
03:41And when Hillary didn't invite me to her party because she has become friendly with people who I'm no longer friends with, it definitely stung.
03:51What's the saying?
03:52Yeah.
03:53Money can't buy class.
03:54You're so funny.
03:57Hillary can't say what she wants to say, but I didn't gossip about anybody.
04:02How somebody could just make something up and push a narrative that's not true, it's shocking, but now I see that that does happen here a lot.
04:10She said hello to Hadash.
04:11She said hello to Tasha.
04:12I tried to say hello to her.
04:13She just walked right by me, didn't look, like, very mean.
04:15She walked right by.
04:17Oh.
04:18Should we go see the yacht?
04:19Why not?
04:20I did not invite Rosalyn to my party because I already had invited an entire group of people who were part of the group that she's really pissed off.
04:28And she has to stop, you know, putting me in the middle.
04:31I feel like just give her a minute.
04:34Oh, I don't have to give her a minute.
04:36I can just ignore and don't let her do what she did at her house.
04:41Are you sure maybe she'll see you?
04:42Yeah.
04:43No, she did.
04:44We were this close.
04:45Okay, yeah.
04:46She saw you.
04:47It's like the two queens are battling.
04:48It's like the jealousy was always there.
04:49They're both respected.
04:50But I do feel that Rosalyn has a little bit more public social presence, to which I think Hillary actually envies.
04:58Because Rosalyn has made a mark for herself in Palm Beach that would take another person 20 years to establish.
05:06And I don't think she likes it.
05:08I'm so glad we got past Rosalyn.
05:10Forget about that.
05:12Yeah.
05:13I want all of us to have fun tonight.
05:15Right?
05:16Yeah.
05:17I mean, I'm not a robot man, you know.
05:19Because we really do all like each other in some way or another.
05:22I think one of the reasons Rosalyn and I are misaligned is because it's just really hard for me to identify with women who don't work at all and who I don't think have any substance.
05:33We'll get to like each other more and more and more as time goes by.
05:37Rosalyn is like a total farce.
05:39All the poof, you know, and the frosting that she puts on everything, it doesn't pass my sniff test.
05:45Tonight we're going to have fun.
05:47O-P-E.
05:48Only positive energy.
05:50Okay?
05:51Yeah.
05:57I love, as soon as you get her dancing, she doesn't stop.
05:59I'll dance all night.
06:00You just sweep me out with the napkin.
06:02Woo!
06:03What is this?
06:04Check it!
06:05Hilary!
06:06Hilary!
06:07Woo!
06:08Hello!
06:09Did we turn the fire on?
06:11I don't know.
06:12Where's the on button?
06:13Okay.
06:14Oh my gosh.
06:15Well done.
06:16You got this girl.
06:17I believe in you.
06:18Maybe not.
06:19I hear something happening.
06:20Wait.
06:21Nope.
06:22We shouldn't fuck with it.
06:23I'll warm you up.
06:24Okay.
06:25Okay.
06:26Let me just pull myself together here.
06:27So, by the way, I was at Hilary's house a few days ago.
06:28So, she was definitely, like, very thoughtful in the fact that she was wanting to be, like,
06:48a mentor to me and, like, giving me, like, the advice that she thinks that I, like, need.
06:53And I feel like I know, but then I get judged or told, like, oh, you were being too loud or you were dressed inappropriately.
07:03And I'm like...
07:04What did she say?
07:05I wore this, like, really beautiful purple satin outfit to her house.
07:08And she's like, this version of you I love.
07:11As if, like, all the other versions of me were just, like, unsatisfactory.
07:16People like to compartmentalize.
07:18It makes them comfortable.
07:19They need to know, they need to identify what you are, who you are, and they put you in a compartment and it makes them feel comfortable.
07:24This isn't about you.
07:25This is about their comfort.
07:26It's their problem.
07:27When I first came to Palm Beach, it became evident very quickly that the shit that I throw around living in Philadelphia was not gonna fly in Palm Beach.
07:37So I was willing to conform a little bit because, in exchange, I wanted to grow into certain social circles.
07:46So I knew that I needed to dance Palm Beach style a little bit in order to get into the ball.
07:51It's your intricate, you know, part of yourself that makes you, you.
07:55So Romina is the fresh landing, and she has to decide how much she wants to redefine.
08:00What is she sacrificing?
08:01You know, do they have something she wants?
08:03They have something she wants.
08:04She wants in.
08:05She wants in.
08:06She wants status.
08:07But it doesn't mean that you have to sacrifice who you truly are.
08:10You have to understand how to stay true to yourself and follow the rules.
08:15I am interested in people who have achieved something in life.
08:19So if there's something I can learn from someone who has been successful in life, I want to learn it.
08:25It was just so awkward.
08:26I mean, overall, I feel like there's so much I can learn from her.
08:32At some point, you're going to become an inspiration, and you won't be the new kid on the block, and you won't be everybody giving you motherly advice.
08:37You're going to become the mom.
08:39I'm going to be a mom.
08:40I have a mom, by the way.
08:41I have fucking three kids.
08:42I know.
08:52When I walk in the room, everybody's got a light, doom, doom, doom.
08:57With a bang and a boom.
08:58A little bit dramatic, but I'm coming for you.
09:02Watch out!
09:04Hey!
09:05Oh, my God!
09:06Oh, I have to get up.
09:07Wow, you look gorgeous.
09:08Oh, wow.
09:09Let me see this gorgeous outfit.
09:11You look beautiful.
09:12Oh!
09:13I love you.
09:14I love you more.
09:15So nice to see you.
09:16You look fabulous.
09:17I love.
09:18And I love that.
09:20We got our feathers on.
09:23Yay!
09:24I love it.
09:25The pink.
09:26Oh, you always look so beautiful.
09:29Oh, thank you.
09:30You're so gorgeous.
09:31You're so gorgeous.
09:32Oh, you are.
09:33Inside and out.
09:34Oh, thank you, Gail.
09:35I love you so much.
09:36I love you.
09:37I love you.
09:38You are.
09:39Yeah.
09:40You're so sweet.
09:41How do you always get looking better?
09:42Every single day I see you, and it's almost every day I see you.
09:45I know.
09:46You're so sweet.
09:48Gail Brophy is Miss Palm Beach.
09:50She is a fixture in Palm Beach for over 40 years.
09:53She's part of the Old Guard.
09:55She knows everyone.
09:56She is a true icon, and she's just stunning.
10:00I really love Gail.
10:01I have a couple presents for you.
10:03Oh, you're so sweet.
10:05I'm going to start with this.
10:06Okay.
10:07It's very heavy.
10:09But this is the book of legacies of who the real Grand Ams are in Palm Beach.
10:15Oh, my God.
10:16I'm one of the last ones living alive.
10:17Oh, my God.
10:18The legacy.
10:19Oh, my God.
10:20Gail Brophy.
10:21This is incredible.
10:22Wow.
10:23Wow.
10:24It's all the women that made Palm Beach what it is today.
10:29Wow.
10:30Gail Brophy.
10:31You won the Kentucky Derby and all of the events that you've chaired.
10:36I look up to you.
10:37Oh, thank you.
10:38And I just cherish our friendship.
10:40Everybody knows Gail.
10:41Everybody.
10:42And being under her wings has helped me.
10:47So it is important to have a mentor in Palm Beach because the mentor takes you to the
10:54inner circles where most people don't get to go.
10:59And then you're asked to come to other events.
11:02It definitely raised my social status.
11:05Before I won the Kentucky Derby, MC Hammer kept trying to buy the horse and kept calling
11:09my house phone and saying, Gail, I will offer you $10 million.
11:13I want the horse.
11:14Wow.
11:15I said, MC, you can't touch this.
11:17You better hang up that phone.
11:19Yeah.
11:20So the night when I won the Derby, and if you win that, you get to know the Queen of
11:23England and the ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed and just everybody because you won the Derby.
11:29And I won three races that day, and Mary Lou Whitney, who is the real matriarch, you
11:33know, she's just died at 103.
11:36That's why you have to go in the book because they're all dying.
11:38The rose is now like 94.
11:40Yes.
11:41And I don't know what I'm going to do.
11:42I'm up there now, and that's why it's your time to take over.
11:47Really?
11:48Yes.
11:49This is for you.
11:51Oh, my God.
11:52Older groups like myself have to pass the baton to the woman who has to take over the
12:04island so I can retire.
12:06Gail was actually passed the baton by the old guard in Palm Beach.
12:12So for Gail to pass me the baton, it means she really wants me to take her place in all
12:18of the charity work that she's been doing for her entire life.
12:21I see you as the next queen, darling.
12:23Oh, thank you so much.
12:24That baton has to be passed to the younger girls.
12:27I am so proud.
12:29Oh, thank you.
12:30You had no idea.
12:31It's a huge honor, and it's very, very large shoes to fill.
12:36Not only are you beautiful outside, but you are beautiful inside and out.
12:41Oh, thank you, Sue.
12:42I'm so excited about it.
12:43You're so sweet.
12:45You have to pick and choose, especially in your position right now.
12:49You want to be with the A-list.
12:50Okay.
12:51You need to be with the girls that are real Palm Beach.
12:54So speaking of, there's a new girl here who I'm trying to mentor and help as well.
13:00Her name is Romina, and I want to try to help and guide Romina.
13:08We have this fabulous tea plant that I would love to invite you to.
13:14And I have some other fabulous women coming.
13:17Be careful, because some of these girls, you can try to help.
13:20And then you give your kindness and your heart, because I'm like you.
13:24We take strays.
13:25Yes.
13:26And then all of a sudden, these strays come back to bite you.
13:29You know what I'm saying?
13:30Yes.
13:31I do, actually.
13:32Yeah.
13:33Got nothing to prove.
13:34Stuck on you.
13:35A little bit of love, baby, we can't lose.
13:36A new tattoo.
13:37Stuck on you.
13:38Oh.
13:39All right.
13:40All right.
13:41All right.
13:42You're in charge.
13:43I'm giving up full control of this meal to you.
13:59What do we got going on?
14:00Steak.
14:01What kind of veggie?
14:02I have some lettuce and I have some haricot fers.
14:06Ah.
14:07You're such a Francophile.
14:08Why didn't you have the haricot fers cleaned already?
14:10Do you feel like you're a little bossy replete?
14:14You're just cooking them now?
14:17Steaming them.
14:18Five minutes.
14:19I think I have been bossy with men my whole life and I think they all like it.
14:26Are you cooking?
14:29Steak, son.
14:30Well, should I come out there with you?
14:32Just sit on the chair and be pretty like you always do.
14:39I could not have imagined falling in love with the hotel door man.
14:43But he is an extraordinary person.
14:46He's incredibly intelligent.
14:48And that really turned me on.
14:52We've heard a rumor that he is well endowed.
14:57If he wasn't, I wouldn't have married him.
14:59You know what makes us a good team?
15:01He said, I hate to grocery shop and I hate to cook.
15:04And you love to do it.
15:05There's a lot of stuff I also love to do.
15:08Huh?
15:09But you just don't have enough time for it.
15:12You got a dirty mind.
15:15Dirty mind is Joshua Evangel.
15:17You're a bad boy.
15:18I didn't need to marry for money.
15:21And first of all, he's Dutch, so he's cheap, right?
15:24He doesn't spend any money.
15:25He's a perfect Dutchman.
15:27You know, they're very frugal people.
15:29So he's not out, you know, spending my money.
15:33And so long as he was willing to hold his own and work
15:36and maintain his own personal expenses, you know,
15:39so that I didn't feel sort of like he was capped,
15:41then, you know, it works.
15:43Well, I'm stuffed.
15:44Look what I did for you.
15:46Taja asked me to lunch with Roslyn.
15:50Yeah.
15:51Since we're all hanging out together, Taja just thinks it would be more fun
15:55if Roslyn and I get along.
15:57Yeah.
15:58I agree.
15:59Because of Roslyn's behavior to disparage certain, you know, people in my friend group,
16:06she was excluded, therefore, from my event, which I felt I had no choice.
16:10But I'm trying to be mindful of being fair to her.
16:14No, that's an eclair.
16:15You know, did I handle it right?
16:17Is someone else's fight my fight?
16:20It's absolutely not eclair.
16:21Sorry, I'm eating it with my hands.
16:23For all those reasons, I was torn by the whole thing.
16:27And it really bothered me.
16:28And I wanted to hear her side.
16:34All right, we have to talk about the wedding.
16:36We should only have, like, 50 people.
16:38Mm-hmm.
16:39Maybe even 35.
16:41And it's been, like, 30 years since I've had bridesmaids.
16:45And so I asked the girls to be my bridesmaids.
16:49Who?
16:50My girls.
16:51Luke and I set out to get married in Tuscany.
16:54But because it was at the top of a mountain, three and a half hours from Rome,
16:58so it was 13 people, including ourselves.
17:01So I'm really looking forward to having a Palm Beach celebration.
17:05Okay, well, you're taking white.
17:08They should do yellow.
17:12No.
17:13I know.
17:14They look awful in it.
17:19I know.
17:20It's, like, a very weird twist to sit in.
17:21Yes.
17:22Yes.
17:23I'm also wearing, like, a gown with a bustle in the back and ruffles.
17:25So that's why I didn't get up just now.
17:26I love your jewelry.
17:27I love your jewelry.
17:28It is very high-end costume jewelry.
17:29Oh, I love you.
17:30Yeah.
17:31Okay.
17:32Here we go.
17:33Yes.
17:34This is a very weird twist to sit in.
17:35No.
17:36No.
17:37No.
17:38No.
17:39No.
17:40No.
17:41No.
17:42No.
17:43No.
17:44No.
17:45No.
17:46No.
17:47No.
17:48No.
17:49No.
17:50No.
17:51No.
17:52No.
17:53No.
17:54No.
17:55very high-end costume jewelry.
17:57Oh, I love that.
17:58And then the hat is Koken.
18:00My hat is Amazon.
18:03Yes, right.
18:04I can tell, like, I can tell.
18:06But Koken in New York, he has made hats for, like, movie stars.
18:11Yeah.
18:11Oh, it's so pretty.
18:12I'm definitely feeling very unsure about this tea time event
18:17because I really don't know how they're going to react to me
18:21and how they're going to, you know, quote, unquote, mentor me.
18:27Is she going to just be like, girl, you're a mess.
18:29Everything you're doing is wrong.
18:30Is she going to be rude?
18:31Is she going to be mean?
18:32Is she going to be nice?
18:33I have no idea.
18:34My queen.
18:36Oh, you're my queen.
18:37Oh, I love you.
18:38I love you so much.
18:41You look and the necklace and your fascinator.
18:50My Koken.
18:50And your Koken.
18:51Oh, Koken, Koken.
18:52And Marcus.
18:53Koken, Koken.
18:54Marcus.
18:55Look.
18:56We love our Marcus.
18:57We love each other.
18:58This is the Gail Brophy.
19:01Nice to meet you.
19:01The queen of Palm Beach.
19:02I feel like I should come give you a hug.
19:04Yes, come over.
19:05She's my inspiration and the reason that I do what I do is because of Gail.
19:10And we have a love affair.
19:12We have a total love affair.
19:14Say hello to Hermina.
19:16Hi.
19:17You are.
19:18But I prefer Hermina to meet you.
19:20I love your dress.
19:21Oh, thank you so much.
19:21Yes, she did good today.
19:23Thank you for making me proud today.
19:25Oh, of course.
19:26I love you.
19:28I'm honored.
19:29I'm always honored to sit next to my new queen.
19:32Oh, you're my queen.
19:34I'm not the queen.
19:35No, I'm the old guard queen.
19:37You are the queen.
19:37I told you you're a queen.
19:39I'm the old guard.
19:40Queen of Palm Beach.
19:40She's the queen.
19:41No.
19:41She's the original queen.
19:44She has to be the new queen because I have to pass it to a three-under person.
19:48I'm older.
19:48I'm falling into the grand-dame matriarch.
19:53You are a grand-dame of Palm Beach.
19:55You are the real deal, the real queen.
19:58Oh, Rosalyn.
19:59Rosalyn, you're so amazing.
20:02But also, I'm amazing.
20:03And I'm the queen.
20:05And I'm the queen.
20:06And now I want to retire.
20:08So now I have to pass the torch to Rosalyn because I'm the queen of everything.
20:12They're going to hate me.
20:18What was your name again?
20:19I'm so sorry.
20:22Oh, it's Gail Brophy.
20:25I am mortified.
20:26It is very important in Palm Beach society to remember everyone's name.
20:31It shows that you care.
20:32You're interested in them.
20:34You respect them.
20:35If you don't remember people's names, it shows that you really don't care.
20:39She hosted the biggest events in Palm Beach and on the island.
20:45And I'm honored that you have mentored me.
20:48So like what you're doing for me.
20:49Yes.
20:50Yes.
20:51Yes.
20:51You have a great mentor.
20:53Hi.
20:54Hi.
20:55Hi, ladies.
20:56Gorgeous.
20:57Everyone looks so beautiful.
21:00Hi, Cindy.
21:01Rosalyn.
21:02Rosalyn.
21:03Look how spectacular you look.
21:05Always flawless, Cheryl.
21:07I love your outfit.
21:08Oh, thank you.
21:10We're all so colorful.
21:11It's gorgeous.
21:12I love it.
21:13What are we holding a crown for?
21:14I love the crown.
21:15Oh.
21:16Is this a secret?
21:19Kind of cats out the back.
21:20She's already received the baton from me for sharing all the events.
21:24We have a queen gail of Palm Beach over here.
21:27You did that for me.
21:29I did.
21:30Can we put it on your headset?
21:32Queen of Palm Beach.
21:33The official, the original, the OG.
21:36I love that.
21:39Yes.
21:40Sorry.
21:40Was that too loud?
21:42Mm-hmm.
21:43Because Rosalyn was saying that, I don't know which one of you, but one of you was saying
21:47that I was being loud on Mar-a-Lago.
21:49But you were.
21:52One thing you can't be at a private club is loud.
21:56It's hard because you have to regulate it.
21:58My voice.
21:58I can't be.
21:59You can't be.
22:00You just have to know the time and the place where you can be loud or not.
22:04And I'll just tell you that Cheryl said you were too loud there.
22:07In the bathroom.
22:08Yes.
22:09Yeah, I just heard you in the bathroom.
22:10I was in the bathroom and she had her crew.
22:14You know, it makes the wrong impression if someone hears something very loud, they turn
22:17around and it's like, it's just how it is.
22:20Yeah.
22:21I don't want anybody to have a reason to say anything to me, ever.
22:26I don't think that they're trying to completely change me per se, but they are trying to change
22:32certain qualities that make me who I am.
22:36Loud is something I've always been.
22:38You just have to be like so narrow there, so narrow.
22:42I received advice and I took it.
22:45Use your indoor voice.
22:47Trying to change that and talk quieter and into this, you know, appropriate tone of voice
22:53isn't exactly the easiest thing for me.
22:56Ask everyone to raise your glasses a second.
22:59I would like to make a toast to Roslyn.
23:01I was so happy to pass the torch to you for my new queen on the island.
23:07Aw.
23:07Roslyn is the new queen of Palm Beach.
23:11Okay.
23:12Hillary thinks she's the queen of Palm Beach.
23:14So what is she going to say when she finds out Gail handed the baton to Roslyn?
23:20Mirror, mirror on the wall.
23:22We need the marriage affairs of them all.
23:25You are Roslyn.
23:28You're so funny.
23:29Can I be the princess of Palm Beach?
23:30Where's my baton?
23:31And I'm giving her my whole Rolodex.
23:36Here's to the Rolodex.
23:37Here's to the secrets behind the Rolodex that I have.
23:41Can you guys teach me everything?
23:42I want to know it all.
23:43Gail's mentors were the real Palm Royale.
23:47And she was given the Rolodex.
23:50Although now everyone is dead.
23:53Who is in the Rolodex?
23:56It's not easy to put together Rolodex like that.
23:58It's called 40 Years of Running Everything in Palm Beach.
24:02Maybe one day you're going to pass the torch to me.
24:06Can we play a game just because I don't know anyone?
24:13Can we all, can you all tell me like a little bit about yourself so that I can, you know,
24:18know who you are and what you've done and where you're from?
24:22I was a third woman trader on Wall Street.
24:25Then I won the Kentucky Derby in 1991 with Strike the Gold.
24:30I have resorts, 1,200 acres in the Catskills that they now found natural gas and lithium on.
24:35Yay.
24:36Congratulations.
24:37But we're all still going up and we're going to have a party and bring your friends.
24:41I can't wait.
24:42I was born and raised in Manhattan.
24:44I came down here to Snowbird about six years ago.
24:48And then COVID occurred.
24:50And I said, I'm not going back there.
24:52And yeah, I've been here ever since.
24:54I feel like COVID was like a blessing for many people.
25:01Even though it was a weird time, it also like shifted things.
25:06Too many people died, honey.
25:09You were lucky.
25:11Not everybody was lucky.
25:12I lost a lot of people in COVID.
25:14Oh, no.
25:16Please stop talking.
25:17So is it my turn?
25:20So I have three kids.
25:21I have three boys.
25:23But I have three nannies.
25:24I'm an entrepreneur.
25:25I have multiple businesses.
25:28I had a home care agency with my brother.
25:30And then we sold it.
25:32I got into interior design.
25:34But that's not like my main passion.
25:36I've always just wanted to be a singer and a fashion designer.
25:39I have a lot of music.
25:40And I sing in English and Russian.
25:44And all my English songs I wrote.
25:45You'll just be handed the mic and sing when you're at Mara Lago next time.
25:49You can sing the anthem for me.
25:51I would love that.
25:52And you don't even need the mic.
25:54I probably don't.
25:55You want to do something funny for Instagram?
26:16Usually when I show up, all the guys run really fast away from me.
26:20But so far I don't see anybody.
26:21So maybe they're at lunch.
26:22Oh, there are the boys.
26:26How you doing?
26:27How you doing?
26:28I get hugs.
26:29How are you?
26:30I started building homes in 1998.
26:33So nobody that knows me would ever call me a gold digger.
26:37I moved to Palm Beach because I was getting a divorce.
26:40And I had to start my life all over again with money that I had made on real estate developing on Nantucket Island.
26:49Are you really flying a drone in this building?
26:52Honey?
26:54Honey?
26:54Honey?
26:55Honey?
27:01He's like a two-year-old.
27:02Can I play with your toys?
27:03You can play with my toys later.
27:06We need a wet bar.
27:08I mean, we can't sell a $36 million house without a wet bar.
27:14This house is going to be the most premier, exclusive, elegant house in West Palm Beach on the water.
27:21Architecturally, it's outstanding.
27:23I don't think I've seen a house as pretty in the contemporary category.
27:28The price of the house is $36,500,000.
27:32Going upstairs, you have your hidden door here.
27:34Is this, it's locking, right?
27:36Well, there's no reason to get this from Italy then.
27:38If it's just going to be hidden behind this door already, this doesn't have to be the nice door.
27:45Right.
27:45I don't skimp on anything.
27:47Not like that.
27:49Understood.
27:49My brand is, I build houses I would want to live in myself.
27:52I paid $7 million for the lot, then I've paid for the demolition, for the architecture, and every day the budget keeps going up.
28:00If it doesn't sell, I would have to sell assets, and one of them might be selling my own house.
28:05So the stakes are really high.
28:07I'm here to check out the precision port-a-potty.
28:13All right.
28:15Okay.
28:16Oh, my God.
28:22I'm gagging.
28:24I'm going to die.
28:27I just really need my own bathroom.
28:39I just really need my own bathroom.
28:46I'm making, making, making, making, making, cutting a wrench, my damn breath, only it's your anit, anit, anit, anit, anit, anit, anit, aba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba, ba.
28:57Hi.
28:57How are you?
28:58Good.
28:58How are you?
28:59Good.
29:00Nice to see you again.
29:01You too.
29:02You look beautiful.
29:03I'm in my pajamas.
29:05Come on.
29:06I love the feathers.
29:08So fun.
29:11So I guess Hillary will be here any minute.
29:16Oh, boy, it's nice out today, huh?
29:21It's a beautiful day.
29:22Yeah.
29:22So nice.
29:25Nice.
29:29Is she coming or what?
29:31Is she going to come or did she have second thoughts?
29:38I wonder if we should go ahead and order.
29:40Maybe we should.
29:41We're going to share everything.
29:43Absolutely.
29:44Let's see.
29:44You ladies enjoy, OK?
29:47You're very welcome.
29:48I thought it was very rude when Hillary was late for our little sit-down to try to move
29:53past our differences.
29:54And it kind of showed that she really didn't care about our meeting.
29:57And it's just extremely frustrating.
30:00We're all adults here.
30:01Let's act like adults.
30:04Here's Hillary.
30:05Right back in.
30:06Two lanes in this game like a freeway.
30:08Rockefeller sang what it did freeway.
30:10All right.
30:11Hey, guys.
30:12Hillary Musser from The Hood pulls up and got out of the car with her gangster tracksuit,
30:19her hat and her sunglasses and her handprints.
30:22She came with the energy of, like, she wanted to fight.
30:27And poor Rosalyn was, like, shaking under the table.
30:30We got started without you.
30:32We ordered for the table, though.
30:33But you can order whatever you want, right?
30:35I am here for cappuccino.
30:37Do you have stevia?
30:38I do.
30:39Because, like, I don't like juvia.
30:40I wouldn't know the difference.
30:42They do taste different.
30:44So, you know, I kind of feel a little responsible because I'm the connection, kind of.
30:50Like, I did introduce you guys at first.
30:53And you don't have to be besties.
30:55But I just wanted to get back to a positive place for not having her, you know, at the party.
31:02And when you see each other, have good interactions.
31:05Well, from my perspective, I've been incredibly nice to you.
31:11And I really wanted to speak to you about the issue of my having certain people at my event
31:19that I could not put you in the room with for reasons that concern you and them,
31:24that I had nothing to do with, that I was not there.
31:27What I do know is I can't put you in the same room with those people at my home.
31:31You didn't tell me you were having a party.
31:33I told you I was having a couple of events that I was going to be unable to invite you to.
31:39100% I said that.
31:40I don't remember that.
31:41Yeah, because you don't really listen.
31:43It's okay.
31:43Rosalind.
31:46Stop playing victim.
31:48Right?
31:49Because, look, she has to take some responsibility.
31:52If there's so many people that she's really pissed off, she has to own that.
31:58But she wasn't being authentic with me.
31:59So I came in hot to that lunch.
32:02She told me that she felt bad that she wasn't able to include you.
32:06That was not nice.
32:09Hillary and I are very, very different.
32:12It starts from when Hillary was 29 and married a man 35 years older than herself.
32:18I married my husband for love and passion, not dollar signs and money.
32:23So, look, it's obvious to both of us that we're very different people.
32:28We will see each other on a fairly consistent basis.
32:32I don't think we're ever going to have a sleepover.
32:34I don't think we're ever going to be best friends.
32:38I have zero interest in participating in any drama whatsoever.
32:47I don't want drama.
32:51My plan is to be, you know, civil with Rosalind at all events.
32:57But that doesn't mean that I really trust her.
32:5920 years I've been here, I've never had an issue like this.
33:02Okay.
33:02So I'd like not to have another one.
33:05Right.
33:05You know?
33:06And I would really like you to judge me off of me and not rumors, gossips, and lies.
33:36Okay.
