00:00Sunday night football, two teams at 11-4.
00:02Those two teams, the Chicago Bears and the San Francisco 49ers.
00:06Joe, you love this.
00:07Opening line, minus three.
00:09You take a look now, three and a half across the board.
00:12Understand this, Joe.
00:13Ticket counts, about 65% of the tickets coming in still on the Chicago Bears
00:17with that line going with the San Francisco 49ers.
00:20Key indicators in this game are George Kittle.
00:22Looks like he's probably not going to play in this game with an ankle injury.
00:24Ricky Pearsall, Joe, fighting to get back for this one.
00:27Maybe a little bit under the weather, San Francisco,
00:30in terms of the injury conditions.
00:32But the total of this game, we're expecting points.
00:3451 and a half to 52 is on where you're shopping at, Joe.
00:36Big ball game tonight.
00:37It really is.
00:38And I guess this would be the measuring stick to see if Chicago is really legit
00:43as the team to potentially maybe be that dark horse to make an NFC championship.
00:49Everybody talking about the Rams.
00:51Everybody potentially talking about the Eagles, and rightfully so.
00:54I get that Seattle's in that mix.
00:56But can the Bears pick up the win on the road in San Francisco,
01:01contain Brock Purdy that shook off the ring rust a little bit,
01:04and that offense is humming.
01:05They put up 40-plus on Indianapolis.
01:08Can you contain Christian McCaffrey defensively,
01:11and can you put up a 30 spot the way you've done now in big matchups?
01:15That is going to be the question mark.
01:17Or can the defense contain San Francisco enough where you grind out a road win
01:21the way you did against Philadelphia?
01:23I still like San Francisco here.
01:25I think it's a huge step-up spot.
01:27They've over-exceeded.
01:29They've done a great job with Ben Johnson.
01:31I think Caleb is coming back into his own.
01:33But I'm still not bought in that Caleb is, you know, under, I want to say,
01:40disciplined enough in this type of spot to pull out this victory against a veteran team
01:46that's looking to potentially make an NFC championship run.
01:49And if they pick up this win, right, and pick it up, and maybe they are the number one seed,
01:55they're going to be right through the playoffs, potentially the Super Bowl for San Francisco.
01:59Yeah, I'm a little, I'm not as high on San Francisco as most people are at this point,
02:03because I do think that defense eventually is going to collapse,
02:06but they're winning football games.
02:07You've got to give them credit for that.
02:08And also, it will be different.
02:09George Kittle's been an absolute beast right now.
02:11Ricky Pearsall might not be the end-all be on that offense,
02:13but he has a pretty key component as that deep weapon to sort of open it up.
02:16Your guy Jennings today, probably going to be a prime target, chance for a touchdown,
02:19and certainly his receiving props would always fall right on Christian McCaffrey in this game
02:23to see how it turns out.
02:24If we look at that total, Joe, because this does have the playoff feel,
02:27the winner of this game could get a leg up on who's actually going to be the number one overall seed.
02:31And if we look at those price points on the number one overall seed, Joe,
02:34plus 100 on the Seahawks, because they control their destiny there.
02:37The San Francisco 49ers at 2-1 price, Rams 6-1, and the Bears at 6-1.
02:41And obviously, how this game ends, if the Bears win,
02:43that number's going to be cut at least in half with a legitimate chance to be the number one overall.
02:48But look at that, Joe.
02:49Three NFC West teams in the top three here to be the number one seed.
02:53That's impressive.
02:54It really is.
02:55And more impressive on what McDonald's done with Seattle, right?
02:58And Sam Darnold, you know, we saw those two performances at the end of the regular season last year
03:04and in the playoff loss to the L.A. Rams where Darnold wasn't the answer for the Vikings,
03:09and they moved on from him, but he's been a great addition to Seattle.
03:13Love him or hate him, he's still got his team in a position.
03:16I actually think they get this win today over Carolina.
03:19Carolina picked up the win over Tampa Bay last week, 23-20, but you have to bet.
03:24I keep saying it.
03:25Go back to the Bills game for Carolina, the game where they got smashed every other week.
03:31Carolina steps up.
03:32Now they're catching more than a key number now at home as a home dog.
03:37You know, I just, that seems too good to be true.
03:41I think Seattle wins, and I think potentially even money isn't bad.
03:45I mean, to get a team that controls their destiny at even money is still not bad.
03:50I mean, it would only be Seattle and San Francisco for me.
03:54I can't buy into the Bears or the Rams.
