00:00:00My mans, how's it going? Welcome to, uh, welcome to my country. Canada. Cold, cold place. You don't

00:00:05want to be out here. It's freezing. This is a frozen wasteland with, uh, little food, shelter,

00:00:12or resources. And I've installed several mods to make this even more challenging. First is a

00:00:17temperature mod. Okay, this thing, if my temperature drops too low, I'm going to get hypothermia and

00:00:22die. And it's over then. I'm just a dead, frozen man. So I need to find a way to keep myself warm.

00:00:26And the second thing to make this even more challenging, it's a dynamic season mod. Yeah,

00:00:30so over the course of the next 100 days, winter's coming. It's going to get progressively colder and

00:00:35colder as the days go by. It's, uh, wow. Let's just say I'm a man who needs a really good shelter.

00:00:41Otherwise, he's going to be very, very cold and, uh, dead. Before I start, though, I got to say one

00:02:17North, where I will survive for the next 100 days.

00:02:25Day one, my man's things, uh, wow. They started out real rough for me. Let me just say that. I thought

00:02:30I'd start things off by looking around and admiring the beauty of the surroundings, uh, but no,

00:02:35it was, uh, attacked by a bear right away. Oh, Jesus. I didn't know there was bears in this.

00:02:41Oh, wow. That was, that was good. Okay. No time to waste, my man. Just had to get to work right

00:02:45away. That was not going to be a man who was stuck out in the cold. So first order of business was to

00:02:50find flint. You need flint to make a knife so that you can get plant fibers, and then you can make a

00:02:55flint hatchet with those. You need that to get wood and a lot of work just to get a little bit of wood,

00:02:59you know? You know what else I needed? Wool. I needed a lot of wool, let me tell you. Uh, but luckily,

00:03:04look at these little wolves. Help me out. Oh, those wolves are going for that sheep. Hey,

00:03:11thank you. Hey, there we go. Hope they're not going for me. You guys are, you guys are good.

00:03:20So I had some wool, but I still needed to find something hard that I could smash my flint on

00:03:24to get shards. Everything I tried, it didn't work. I was running around smashing flint on everything I

00:03:29could find, and, uh, nothing was working. I was getting very worried that I was going to freeze to

00:03:34death on the very first night out here. Whoa, okay. I know what you're thinking. Sean, my man,

00:03:38where's the glaciers? Where's the penguins? Well, I based this map off the show alone.

00:03:43Never watched that show? They, uh, spend like a hundred days in the Canadian Arctic and try to win

00:03:47like a million dollars or something. This is what that looks like. I based the map off this version

00:03:51of the Arctic instead of the Arctic Circle because, uh, there's more to explore here. I originally tried

00:03:56doing this on a glacier, and, uh, wow, there was, there was no trees, no caves, uh, nothing. Just ice and snow as far

00:04:03as the eye could see, and, uh, it was boring to play and would have been even more boring to watch.

00:04:08But then luckily I found a village. I was so happy to find this village. And you know what? The village

00:04:11had a goose. Look at this man. Oh, king goose. Hey, how's it going? Shortly after arriving to the

00:04:18village, I, uh, realized I was a bit of an idiot. You see, I, I did not need flint. No, I could just

00:04:24break trees normally. I did not have that mod installed that required me to do all this, so I wasted an

00:04:29entire day doing nothing. Anyways, I, uh, made a wool chess piece in a bed and, uh, went to sleep.

00:04:35All right, day two. There, there was a lot of questions I wanted answered. Like, what do these

00:04:40villagers want to trade? What was going on with that goose? What's the guy doing in the village?

00:04:45Ooh.

00:04:50Golden goose egg. Golden, maybe you can melt it down for resources.

00:04:53Okay. Hey, what do you got? Oh. Oh. See that? I almost died to a goddamn goose on day two.

00:05:04I took that man's golden egg and, uh, melted it down and got a golden bar. Pretty good. The next day,

00:05:09I had only one thing on my mind. Getting as much goddamn wool as I could, because it was going to

00:05:14get very, very cold very soon. So, I went out to do that. But you know what? There was a, of course,

00:05:19there was a problem. Of course there was. My man, the, uh, goose was, you know, still pissed at me.

00:05:25I'm scared about these geese. They're still pissed at me.

00:05:30Oh, that is!

00:05:34Not dying by a goose.

00:05:36This is the first three days dealing with a goose. You know what? I don't want to be doing this.

00:05:40Don't want to be spending time with geese in the game. Anyway, so I ran the other way and, uh, went back

00:05:44to where I spawned and I found all the sheep. I got a ton of wool. Very happy to get all those wool.

00:05:48There's going to be one toasty man, you know? Got a bunch of food, too. I was not going to be hungry.

00:05:53Uh, but while I was out there, I found this brick house. It had a bunch of stuff inside of it,

00:05:57so I decided I was going to make this where I was going to live for a little while. Hey,

00:06:00you can't turn down something like this, you know? Already ready to go for me. So, I crafted, uh,

00:06:04some wool armor. No need to be cold anymore. And I went outside and just looked around.

00:06:08Oh, pretty, pretty nice out here. And look at this! I found some stuff frozen in the ice.

00:06:14What's all this?

00:06:15Oh my god!

00:06:20There's a lot of stuff down there.

00:06:25A lot of stuff I just found. Golden boots, golden pickaxe, these crystals, a leather tunic.

00:06:33I also found some copper ore, too, but, uh, I wasn't sure how good copper was.

00:06:36In the morning, uh, I used it to make a copper saber. Yeah, look at this thing. It was good for

00:06:41killing turkeys. Tons of them. I want a little bit of a turkey killing spree. I really needed to

00:06:45stock up on meat because, uh, when the winter comes, some animals won't spawn anymore. They're

00:06:49going to hibernation or something. And I had no idea which animals would hibernate, so I just

00:06:52killed everything, just in case, you know? And I found some more stuff frozen in the ice.

00:06:57Oh my god, more stuff.

00:06:58A diamond!

00:06:59But then I found even more. And you know what? That's, yeah, that's too much. As much as I would

00:07:05have loved just to take all this and continued on, yeah, I know the comments that you all would

00:07:09have left. So you know what I did? I went into the mod settings and I lowered the probability of

00:07:13finding loot in the ice by 600%, alright? And you know what? That would end up being a decision that

00:07:18I would later regret way into this playthrough. When I was sitting in my shelter, freezing down,

00:07:22you know what? Anyway, more on that later. Anyways, I found three diamonds and a half-broken

00:07:27pickaxe. Not bad. So the thing about the brick house is that it's technically a dungeon. There's

00:07:32a staircase that leads down to it, and on day five, I went down. It's spooky down there, let me tell

00:07:37you. But you know what's also spooky? Ghosts. And you know what I have to tell you about a video that

00:07:42I recently made with my good friend Robert? It's kind of like this video, but we played

00:07:46Phasmophobia in VR. Now you might have seen the first one where we played for the first time.

00:07:50This is a sequel to that, alright? This time we went to a prison, and let me just tell you,

00:07:54you gotta watch this video after you finish this one. Now we're going somewhere new.

00:07:57A prison. New to me, not new to Robert, okay? This guy did seven years in federal prison for

00:08:03something he did in an UNO lobby on Xbox Live in 2006. Okay, so I went down to the dungeon,

00:08:08and I cleared out several floors. I found this sword that had mending on it, and oh wow. Last time I

00:08:14found something that had mending on it, I didn't know what it meant. Just left it in the chest and

00:08:17walked away, and a lot of people got very angry with me. Very, very angry. Freaked out, so this time I

00:08:23got it, alright? Day six. I made some purified water because I'm going to need to drink it at

00:08:28some point. I was also getting stressed about making an Aussie liner. Now you don't know what

00:08:32an Aussie liner is. It's a beautiful thing you can add to your armor that keeps you warm or cold

00:08:36depending on where you are. Self-adjust your temperature. But to make one of those, I needed

00:08:40magma, ice, slime, and string. And I was a very long way off of getting all of that, so I just kept clearing

00:08:46the dungeon. The following day, I went exploring, and I found a village. Look at this. There's a

00:08:51Fletcher there. So I knew it was going to be good for arrows. No need to worry about those.

00:08:56Day eight. Alright, yeah, I'm going to tell you about day eight. So here's what happened. I was

00:08:59starting to think about leaving for leaving the brick house, you know? Build something else. But

00:09:04to do that, you need supplies to do that. So I went out and gathered some supplies and did that for a

00:09:09little bit, but then I continued clearing out the dungeon. And this, yeah, I like this. Okay, so I was

00:09:13having this problem where sometimes I would strike a zombie, and it would damage me. And then there

00:09:18was a whole bunch of them, so I didn't know which zombie to attack and which one not to attack. So

00:09:21I came up with a plan. I called it Zombie Hole. When you got a bunch of zombies like this, dig a hole

00:09:27and just lure them into it. And once they all go in the hole, you just seal it up. Boom. No need to

00:09:32worry about those guys anymore. They were down there for like a hundred days. I spent pretty much the

00:09:36entire day and night in the dungeon doing that. Day nine, I came back up, and I wanted to trade with

00:09:42the Fletcher, so I headed back to the village. This, yeah, this was a big mistake, because by

00:09:47the time I got there, it was night, and I was a very cold man. So cold that I almost froze to death.

00:09:53Told myself, you know what, I'm not doing this again. I'm not gonna risk freezing to death out

00:09:57here. Then the very next day, I did it again. I went out exploring, and I found a village. But

00:10:01yeah, problem was, was that despite marking my path there, I was totally lost. It was a man who had

00:10:07no idea how to get home, no idea where to go or what to do. And wow, this was, I really thought I was

00:10:11gonna die here. But then I was so relieved to see the glowing lights of a village. I stormed right

00:10:16in there, and you know what happened? It was the first village that I went to, and the goddamn goose

00:10:20was still there. Oh my god, they're still mad at me. The geese are still mad. The next day, I

00:10:29continued exploring, and I found another village, which had a blacksmith with lava. This was good,

00:10:34so I grabbed it, and I headed home. But for the third consecutive night in a row, I nearly died to the

00:10:39cold. But this was the worst one yet. I had no idea where I was, and honestly, I know I said the

00:10:44night before that I thought I was gonna die, but no, this time I really, truly thought I was gonna

00:10:48die. But then I saw a torch, and I was like, ah, you know what? I'm going home. Lead me home. I

00:10:53followed the torches, and I barely made it home, but I did it, right? It's nice and safe. I took a break

00:11:00from exploring, and went back to the dungeon, which was somehow safer than being outside. I went deeper,

00:11:05and I found a floor that had tons of obsidian, and magma blocks. I was so happy to see these

00:11:10magma blocks. 37 magma shards. Okay, hell yeah. That's what you gotta do. I stuck around and got

00:11:16some XP and additional loot. Ooh, now that I had magma shards, that was very good. Very, very good,

00:11:21because it meant that I could start building a heating coil, which I could use to build... I could

00:11:26heat a house that I made. Very good news to get these magma shards. So I spent the entire day going out

00:11:30looking for where I was going to build the house, and getting supplies to do it. Day 14. I went mining.

00:11:36I was going to need some rock to build, and obviously some iron. Coal, copper, all that stuff.

00:11:41So I went mining, but my copper axe, it sucked. When I found redstone, which I needed, I could not get it.

00:11:46No, I needed an iron axe for that. So the next day, I went back down there, and I found a bunch of iron.

00:11:52You know, a man really needs iron. So I used that to make a new iron pickaxe, which then I used to get

00:11:58the redstone, so I could build the heating coil. You know what I also found? I found some diamonds.

00:12:03Okay, see, is that diamond? Or what is that? I swear, if this is that winter ore, I'm going to be really mad.

00:12:11See? Polarium. This better not be polarium. Ah, it's diamond!

00:12:16All right. But on my way home that night, I nearly died to a skeleton.

00:12:20All right. You want to play?

00:12:24Okay. Okay. Okay.

00:12:32Look at that. Look how close I was at. Immediately.

00:12:37I'm going to die like that. I'm going to die if I keep doing stuff like that.

00:12:42Oh my god.

00:12:44Yeah, I was becoming a very risky man. Way too risky, if you ask me.

00:12:47Okay. So the next day, I solely focused on building my new house.

00:12:51I like this location. It seemed peaceful and safe, you know?

00:12:55Two things a man really needs on a day like this.

00:12:57So I spent the day digging it out.

00:12:59That's going to be a nice little spot right there.

00:13:02It's going to be pretty nice.

00:13:03I did the same thing the next day, but this time, I built a little campfire.

00:13:07Keep warm while I was working. Look at this.

00:13:09It's so nice, you know? A little campfire, building your little house.

00:13:12This is something I like right here. This is good.

00:13:14But by the next day, yeah, my opinion changed on the house.

00:13:21I was not liking the way it looked. It just looked bad.

00:13:25It's not looking good anymore.

00:13:27So the following day, I thought I'd lower the floor by one block and see if it would make it look any better.

00:13:31And this was a big mistake because, you know what?

00:13:34I spent way too long doing this, got way too focused on it, and I was outside too long.

00:13:40I did not realize how cold it was getting, and I came very close to dying to hypothermia.

00:13:46Oh my god, that was close.

00:13:47Since I didn't like the look of the cabin, I thought, you know what?

00:13:55Maybe making a brick might look a little bit better.

00:13:58So I stole some brick from the house that I was staying in and brought it with me to test.

00:14:02On my way back, I walked along the frozen river.

00:14:05You know what? It reminded me of something.

00:14:08This is like a frozen river.

00:14:10It reminds me of River Boys.

00:14:13The thing I used to do in high school.

00:14:15Okay, River Boys, let me tell you about River Boys.

00:14:17So it was a game we used to play back in high school, in winter.

00:14:21So our school backed onto a forest which had a river that ran through it.

00:14:26What we would do on our lunches, we would go down to the river and walk along the frozen ice

00:14:31until either one or more of us lightly fell through the ice, you know?

00:14:36Like your foot or your leg goes through the ice.

00:14:39Real cold. It was freezing.

00:14:41Then you'd have to sit in class for the rest of the day with a frozen foot, soaking wet pants.

00:14:46It got so bad that our...

00:14:47I remember our science teacher was like, hey, you've got to stop doing this, all right?

00:14:50Stop doing this.

00:14:51I'm not going to let you into class if you come back soaking wet again.

00:14:54But you know what? We loved River Boys.

00:14:56We loved it so much that we just started bringing an extra pair of socks or pants or something like that.

00:15:01Loved River Boys. It was so much fun.

00:15:03But then it all changed.

00:15:04See, we were going down to the river every single day for like two weeks.

00:15:10And what happened was that we broke so much of the ice from falling through and breaking it with sticks and stuff

00:15:16that we had to go further and further upriver every day just to find new unbroken ice.

00:15:20And the problem was that the river got deeper the further you went up.

00:15:24It was no longer just a little shallow stream under where we were breaking.

00:15:28No, it was a full flowing river at this point.

00:15:31But we kept playing the game.

00:15:33It was getting riskier and riskier, you know?

00:15:35But then it got bad.

00:15:36Because we were out on the ice one day and the ice cracked and my friend dropped through.

00:15:44It wasn't just his foot or his leg or anything like that.

00:15:47It was his entire body that dropped through the ice.

00:15:49And he just barely managed to grab on before he got sucked under.

00:15:54At the time, I didn't even realize what had happened.

00:15:57I remember laughing because I just saw this man drop.

00:16:00And then it struck me how dangerous of a situation this was.

00:16:03He was about to be pulled under the ice.

00:16:05And the current would have carried his body way downriver under the ice.

00:16:09And that would have been it.

00:16:10But this man was holding on.

00:16:13So we pulled him out.

00:16:15But to this day, I still remember seeing the terror in his eyes.

00:16:20Anyways, that was the last time we played River Boys.

00:16:23Look at this.

00:16:23I found a reindeer.

00:16:25Oh, reindeer.

00:16:27Hello.

00:16:29How's it going?

00:16:31You guys are cool.

00:16:32I like you guys.

00:16:33Can I ride you?

00:16:34I can ride it.

00:16:36I can ride a reindeer.

00:16:37I rode this man home and I brought him in my house.

00:16:40Which ended up being another decision that I would soon deeply regret.

00:16:44The next morning, I was worried about my man.

00:16:47I had lava in my house.

00:16:48And I did not want this man to go walking into it.

00:16:50So that would be heartbreaking, you know?

00:16:52But as is tradition, I named the man.

00:16:54Okay, this man needs a name.

00:16:56You know what I'm going to call him?

00:17:01Mucknuck.

00:17:03I actually like that name.

00:17:05Yeah, that's a good name.

00:17:06Mucknuck.

00:17:06All right, you're staying in here, Mucknuck.

00:17:08Couldn't stop thinking about where I found him.

00:17:10That area looked good.

00:17:11It looked way more like the Canadian Arctic than where I was building.

00:17:14So I thought, you know what?

00:17:15I'm just going to build there instead.

00:17:17On this nice little plot of land right next to a lake.

00:17:19This is going to be good here.

00:17:21So I built a little campfire and I started clearing it out.

00:17:24Then I rode another reindeer home.

00:17:27The following day, I went back and continued building.

00:17:29But yet again, I made a big mistake.

00:17:32I stayed out way too long building.

00:17:34And I had to desperately dash home.

00:17:37I was on the verge of freezing to death.

00:17:39And it became clear to me that I wasn't going to make it home.

00:17:42So I had to think quickly.

00:17:43Otherwise, I was going to die.

00:17:44My first thought was, I'm going to kill this reindeer and crawl inside of him.

00:17:48But there was precious time.

00:17:50And I wasn't sure that this would be a function included in this mod.

00:17:53So my second option was to just dig a giant hole and build a fire at the bottom of it.

00:17:58So I did that.

00:17:59But there was a new problem.

00:18:00Yeah, look at that.

00:18:01I was thirsty.

00:18:02So I had to climb out of the hole once I was warm to try to get some water.

00:18:06And wow, I immediately was attacked by several mobs.

00:18:09So I had to run.

00:18:10And with just one heart left, I ran home.

00:18:13Holy crap.

00:18:31My hands are shaking.

00:18:32Holy crap.

00:18:34Holy crap.

00:18:36My hands were shaking and I thought I was going to die.

00:18:38But I didn't.

00:18:40I made it home and I put some meat on the furnace, drank some water and started to warm up.

00:18:44I was safe.

00:18:47Or so I thought.

00:18:48Remember when I said that bringing the reindeer into my home was a decision that I would soon regret?

00:18:53Well, it's time to show you why that is.

00:18:56So after cooking the food and warming up,

00:18:59this man kicked me into a wall or something.

00:19:06So there I was, laying dead.

00:19:08Cause of death, kicked in a wall by a reindeer.

00:19:10And I thought, you know what?

00:19:13That's not my fault.

00:19:14I was murdered by a reindeer.

00:19:15How can you blame a man for that?

00:19:17So I decided I'm just going to continue on.

00:19:19I'm going to convert the world to survival and that's that.

00:19:21And I don't want to hear any comments about this, all right?

00:19:24The only comment I want you to leave is,

00:19:26Wow, on day 22, I feel so sorry for you.

00:19:31That reindeer murdered you and it's not your fault.

00:19:33And it's good that you switch to survival mode.

00:19:37All right, leave a comment like that.

00:19:38So after I brought myself back from the dead,

00:19:40I told myself that I would not die again.

00:19:43And that if I did, no matter what happened, it was my fault.

00:19:48Which also became a decision that I would later regret.

00:19:52Day 23, I spent the entire day looking for wool since I had lost everything.

00:19:56Most of my stuff landed in the lava or despawned and it was gone.

00:19:59So I made iron weapons and found enough wool to make a jacket and boots.

00:20:03The next day I had an idea.

00:20:05You know, I don't want to be stuck outside freezing to death ever again.

00:20:08So what I'm going to do is I'm going to build a bunch of warming stations

00:20:10between the old house and the new house I'm building.

00:20:13So that if I inevitably, when I do stay out too long,

00:20:15I can just stand by one of these warming stations and everything will be okay.

00:20:19So that's what I did.

00:20:20To build them, I needed the lava.

00:20:21So I went down to the dungeon and I got some and boom, that was good.

00:20:26Also got some carrots and I learned that I could feed them to the reindeer.

00:20:29Let's see if my theory is right.

00:20:30Do you like carrots?

00:20:32Yeah, he loves them.

00:20:34Nice.

00:20:35I built the warming stations and returned home and I tried to sleep,

00:20:39but I couldn't because there was a monster outside.

00:20:42You know what?

00:20:42It was, it was a trap.

00:20:51Oh my God.

00:20:53I like the look of the black cobblestone I was using, but I needed more of it.

00:20:56So I went into the mine and I mined two stacks of it.

00:20:59Additionally, I got some more wood.

00:21:01Day 26.

00:21:01I was back to working on the house and you know what?

00:21:04I forgave my man, Muck Nuck.

00:21:06We played jump the river.

00:21:08Oh, that's a huge jump.

00:21:09So you can jump over this.

00:21:10Ready?

00:21:13That was good.

00:21:15Wow.

00:21:17Oh.

00:21:19Apparently made it right here.

00:21:20You can make it.

00:21:20I made the floor out of slabs.

00:21:26It looks good.

00:21:27It makes the, it makes the windows look a little better, you know?

00:21:29But you know what?

00:21:30Uh, I stayed out way too late again.

00:21:33It was dark and cold and I would never make it back alive.

00:21:35So I dug a hole and I just stayed there throughout the night.

00:21:39In the morning, I climbed out of the hole and kept working.

00:21:41I built a double-ended fireplace in the center,

00:21:44which made the house look nice and also kept it warm.

00:21:47Uh, but the sun was setting and I learned my lesson, so I went home.

00:21:51The next day, look at this.

00:21:53I found an eel.

00:21:55Whoa.

00:21:57What is that thing?

00:22:05Raw eel meat.

00:22:06I needed sand to make the glass, so I followed a river until I found some.

00:22:10But the problem was, was that it was underwater.

00:22:12So it was going to be a cold, cold man.

00:22:15But, you know, I jumped in anyways and started getting it.

00:22:53Um, I also brought the bed with me back to the new house and set it up.

00:22:58I, I wasn't a fan of where I put it, but it was temporary.

00:23:01So it was fine.

00:23:02I did not do much on day 32 besides get wood and work on the deck of the house.

00:23:07I did notice though that it was getting colder and that, that scared me.

00:23:13The following day, I had to go back to the old house to get some stuff.

00:23:22So I just grabbed another one and, uh, moved on.

00:25:07It was a man relaxing in his house.

00:25:09Little did I know that absolute misery was waiting for me.

00:25:13Turns out that this entire time that I was playing, I didn't even have seasons enabled.

00:25:18The whole winter thing?

00:25:21It wasn't getting colder.

00:25:22This was just the default temperature.

00:25:25I, I fixed it.

00:25:26I got the seasons mod installed.

00:25:34My first priority now was getting a season clock so that I could track how far along the winter was, you know?

00:25:40I, there was not, there's nothing worse than not knowing how many more days it's gonna snow.

00:25:44But to make a season clock, you need, uh, you need nether quartz, which meant I was going back to the dungeon.

00:25:49I figured it would be somewhere down in that lower level that I got to, and uh, it's dangerous down there.

00:25:54So I made a, I made a diamond saber, and yet again, I immediately regretted it.

00:26:59and exploring more of the dungeon.

00:27:01I killed a wither skeleton, and, uh, I got diamond boots, yes.

00:27:09And then, uh, look at this.

00:27:40which meant that I had a small amount of time

00:27:43before things got absolutely brutal, but not much.

00:27:45So, uh, I went out and looked for wool,

00:27:48because I was gonna need a lot of it.

00:27:50But sadly, I could not find any.

00:27:53No wool for a man like me.

00:27:54I did, however, find a beach.

00:27:56So at the very least, I got some more sand.

00:27:58But my man's, whew, it was getting cold.

00:28:01Getting very cold.

00:28:01I had to make a fire to warm up and, uh, run home.

00:28:04The next day, I went out again, uh, looking for wool,

00:28:07because I, you know, there was a man who wasn't ready to give up,

00:28:10But by the time that happened, it was very cold out.

00:28:12I was very, very, very cold, and it was getting dark,

00:28:15and there was absolutely no way I was gonna make it home alive.

00:28:17So I went to this village, went in the house,

00:28:19and realized I gotta, gotta use a little bit of wool.

00:28:24so that I can survive the night.

00:28:25So I did just that, and yeah, that was, that was that.

00:28:29The next day, I went straight home,

00:28:39So I made it, set it up, and boom,

00:31:11when I finally came back up

00:31:12out of the dungeon,

00:31:14So I ran home as fast as possible

00:31:16and pretty much went straight to bed.

00:31:20This was, this was a good day.

00:31:21So, I made my first two pieces

00:31:23of heating goo.

00:31:25Heating goo, you gotta have it.

00:31:27You gotta have it when it's cold out,

00:31:28and this, uh,

00:31:29you need a lot to make an Aussie liner,

00:31:30but just getting two,

00:31:31that was, that was good for me.

00:31:32I was happy with that.

00:31:33But I needed more,

00:31:34and, uh, slime was the one thing

00:31:36preventing me from having it.

00:31:37So I went back to the crypt,

00:31:39and, uh, this time, though,

00:31:40I went down there with a plan.

00:31:42A foolproof plan.

00:31:43You see, all of the chests

00:31:45are in the crypt,

00:31:47in, uh, in these little caskets here.

00:31:48So what I did was,

00:33:21and I thought that I could, uh,

00:33:22put water blocks under the carrots

00:33:24that I wanted to grow.

00:33:25I had no idea if this was gonna work or not,

00:33:27but I thought, you know what?

00:33:27If this works, I'm the smartest man alive.

00:33:30The next day, I worked on the mine entrance more,

00:33:32and I put these logs up

00:33:33to make it look like they were supports.

00:33:34I like the look of this.

00:33:36But I was running out of wood and black cobblestones,

00:33:38so on day 53, I went out and got more.

00:33:41I also set up a window next to my farm

00:33:43so that I could get some natural light.

00:33:45I don't know if that's required or not for farming,

00:33:47but, uh, you know what?

00:33:48I tried anyways.

00:33:49I was running out of food,

00:33:49so I went out and did some ice fishing, my mans,

00:33:52and, uh, yeah, I wasn't catching much,

00:33:54and I was very, very hungry,

00:33:56so in a moment of desperation,

00:33:58I killed a reindeer for meat.

00:34:00I did not want to do that again,

00:34:02so the next day, I went out hunting

00:34:03to solve my food issues

00:34:04before it got out of hand,

00:34:05but it was very, very cold.

00:34:07I was even taking damage inside my house,

00:34:09so this is winter starting, you know?

00:34:42I couldn't just go back up to the surface.

00:34:45I had to get more and more stuff,
