08:07today Reem is at the club's desert camp

08:11preparing for a flight

08:12that will take us out

08:13over the dunes

08:15I'm very excited for today

08:17my first time on a gyrocopter

08:19I bet you're going to be amazed

08:22by how this thing works

08:24and how this thing flies

08:25it'll be different

08:25than any flying experience

08:26we've ever had

08:27from up here

08:34everything feels different

08:35the desert stretches out

08:37in every direction

08:38and the sense of scale

08:39is incredible

08:40flying with Reem

08:43I feel completely at ease

08:45her calm approach

08:46and confidence in the air

08:49feel safe and relaxed

09:14a lush green space

09:15in the middle of the desert

09:17Torba Farm is one of Qatar's

09:20most unique hidden gems

09:22it's a place for organic farming

09:24local produce

09:25and sustainable living

09:26all come together

09:27I've come here to explore

09:30this magical space

09:31there are also animals

09:34that call the farm home

09:35visitors can get cloaks

09:36and even help with feeding

09:38friendly and curious

09:39they're surprisingly gentle

09:41and relaxed

09:42inside the farm's greenhouses

09:45produce is grown by the staff

09:47for the on-site restaurant

09:49visitors like me

09:51can also get hands-on

09:52and today

09:53I'm picking some vegetables myself

09:55there are even chicken coops

09:57where you can collect fresh eggs

09:59the food you collect

10:01can be taken straight

10:02to the restaurant's kitchen

10:03creating a true farm-to-table experience

10:07Mohammed Ali Al-Khattah

10:09is the driving force behind the farm

10:11and I meet him

10:13just as the farm's lights come on

10:14we are currently

10:16in the edible garden

10:18across every part of this

10:20this road

10:22we see

10:22diverse

10:24plants

10:25aromatic plants

10:26medicinal plants

10:26and ornamental plants

10:28and we've built the lights

10:30in a way where

10:30they're subdued

10:32they're part of the language

10:33of the landscape

10:34and not intrusive to the eye

10:37Mohammed's passion for the farm

10:39is clear

10:39as we walk through the gardens

10:41Mohammed shares more of his vision

11:33everything I've seen here
