00:05Taylor Swift'e.
00:08Hey everybody,

00:23I mean, it depends on how far back we wanna go.

00:41Calling around to festivals and amusement parks
00:43to see if there was a spot
00:45for a little kid with a guitar
00:47and a couple of speakers.
00:49It was as basic as you can
00:51possibly imagine.
00:53Dragging guitars through airports.
00:55Piling them into a rental car.
00:59Hit another city,
01:01another city and just keep going.
01:07And she from a very early age
01:09always knew exactly
01:11how she wanted things to be.
01:13And she was always planning
01:15what her headline tour
01:17would be like.
01:19You know I never heard her say
01:21the word fame
01:23or money.
01:25It was always just
01:27about the opportunity
01:31to go sing her songs
01:33and have everybody else singing those same words
01:35back to her.
01:39She would do these theaters
01:41and they kept getting bigger and bigger
01:43and sold out faster and faster.
01:45So it was a gradual thing.
01:49So it was a gradual thing.
01:53But I don't think that
01:55when you are doing that
01:57you ever for a split second
01:59take the time to think
02:01it will become this.

04:49normal human and having a schedule and adulting.
04:54Tried to get life back together.
04:56Four months is a long time to just check out and have fun,
05:01but come back to like, oh reality, my car registration.
05:05Yikes.
05:10Love this, love this, love this, love this, love this, love this,
05:13love this, love this, love this, love this, love this, love this.
05:16Okay.
05:18So we'll just start in show order.
05:21Yeah, let's put on all the, you know, if you want,
05:24we can take these for a spin for the run through.
05:31Sunset.
05:32Hello Miami.
05:33Yeah, this should be first probably.
05:35So pretty.
05:37Nostalgia is a huge part of the Eros Tour.
05:40If you were 12 years old during the Red Era,
05:44you're going to remember certain things that you saw
05:47and certain things that you felt.
05:48It's my job to bring those feelings and those visuals back to you.
05:53Wardrobe is one way to do that.
05:54Oh, I love it.
05:57Oh, I'm so excited.
06:00The costume design for the Eros Tour was undertaken by my longtime stylist,
06:04Joseph Cassell.
06:05He's been with me since I was 16.
06:07The Eros Tour is all about the fans, you know.
06:14The reason I'm able to do my job so well is because I am a fan too.
06:21I love the organic way that Taylor and I work.
06:26It's like this secret language that we have.
06:29She would send me images.
06:31She'll be like, ooh, send me an image.
06:34And I'm like, aha.
06:35I died at Epiphany last night.
06:37You did?
06:38And I pulled about 50 different pictures from online.
06:41Nice.
06:42For the acoustic set.
06:43Awesome.
06:44I want it to be all 50s dresses.
06:46For the tour, we chose to be a little reflective and sentimental
06:51and tie in the designers who had been with Taylor from the beginning.
06:56I mean, dancing all night.
06:59Yeah, my feet ache, but I'm wearing Louboutins.
07:02Like, it is a privilege for these feet to ache like this.
07:06This was designed by Roberto Cavalli.
07:09She puts it on in the dark on stage.
07:11The magic of Velcro.
07:12The video for 22, I remember it like it was yesterday.
07:15Reputation.
07:17These strips are all sequined by hand.
07:20Cavalli, 1989.
07:22I remember meeting with Versace in Milan.
07:25And then I was like, oh, my gosh.
07:27When you see the Versace bodysuit just made of all these crystals
07:33and the light hits it and it's just...
07:35Oh, my God.
07:36Ooh.
07:37So obsessed with this.
07:39This is my new favorite, for sure.
07:41It somehow, like, heals me from having the stomach flu.
07:45It can take me from being utterly exhausted.
07:48I'm just like, nope.
07:50If I'm wearing this, I got to level up.
07:52I got to be on the level of this outfit.
07:54So here's another option of the coat.
08:00It's less overtly military, you know?
08:04When I start working on something with tea...
08:07You want to try the white one?
08:09I'm only thinking about the effect that it has on her.
08:13Oh, my God.
08:15That's amazing.
08:19Until I step into a stadium and I'm, like, blown away.
08:24Listening for the best.
08:26My reputation's never been worse, so...
08:29You must like me for me.
08:31Thousands of people dress in a way that reflects one of Taylor's looks.
08:35Diver on the east side, where you at?
08:37Falling lights at my nightstand in the black.
08:40Come here, you can meet me in the back.
08:42They use tape, they use stones, they use whatever.
08:45I am a lover.
08:47She has an outfit with, like, a lot of rainbow fringe.
08:49That's kind of where this came in.
08:51The commitment the fans have is beyond the music.
08:56There's a connection on a deep soul level with Taylor.
09:02During her New Jersey concert, Taylor debuted a new dress in this beautiful burgundy.
09:07Again, like the jacket.
09:08I really love this one.
09:13The costumes generally mean a lot.
09:17But reputation was monumental.
09:22Is it cool that I said all that?
09:24Is it too soon to do this yet?
09:27Cause I know that it's dead like it.
09:30My favorite part of the show is the reputation set.
09:33My mom made this outfit from scratch.
09:35I have, like, a reputation bodysuit inside.
09:37Like, it tears into a bodysuit.
09:39I'm a reputation girl, of course.
09:44Taylor Swift's most iconic outfit on the Heiress Tour
09:47is, of course, this never-changing reputation bodysuit.
09:51Which we've only gotten one the entire 131 shows.
09:54What we're waiting for right now is to see if Taylor Swift
09:56is gonna come out with a new reputation outfit.
09:59Just the same.
10:00Same outfit.
10:01Yeah, we were clowning.
10:03We keep waiting for a new reputation bodysuit,
10:06just for funsies.
10:08If she were to have a new reputation bodysuit,
10:10what would you want it to look like?
10:15This is the new one.
10:16This is the new one?
10:17Yeah.
10:22Oh, it doesn't look bad at all.
10:25No, it does.
10:26It does.
10:27See this?
10:28Ugh.
10:29It's gotta come up.
10:30It has to come up, because they think my boobs are here,
10:32but they're here.
10:33You know?
10:34The original catsuit was made from a different fabric.
10:38That was all the fabric that there was in the world,
10:41so we had to recreate the fabric for the second one,
10:43and for this one.
10:44I know what you mean.
10:45Yeah, it's just really annoying,
10:46and I have to do really athletic shit in this.
10:48We thought we could fix it,
10:50because there was no time for them to actually recreate
10:52a new one in time for Miami.
10:54They couldn't do it.
10:55They couldn't do it.
11:10Yeah.
11:11Slick!
11:16What other...
11:17Jane, you have a piece.
11:18That's it.
11:22Womp womp.
11:23No.
11:24What?
11:26Action!
11:27Wait, look.
11:28I've never done that before.
11:29Dude, that was great.
11:30I'm gonna get one last time.
11:31Slick.
11:34This is the tour gift wall,
11:36where at the end of each tour,
11:38we get a plaque thanking us for participating in the tour.
11:44This was my first tour with her,
11:46and I started with Taylor in 2009.
11:48In the trajectory of my professional life and career,
11:53yeah, that's probably the zero to 60 right there.
11:57Strapped onto that rocket
11:58and have been able to do all of this with her,
12:01which is great.
12:06Remember this?
12:07Aw.
12:08It was her first birthday present from Taylor.
12:13It's got a little photo of Mommy and Sophie,
12:18Daddy and Sophie, and then Miss Taylor, as she calls her.
12:21Yes, Miss Taylor.
12:22We had both our kids while I was working for her,
12:25so she was kind of around both of the births,
12:29and I think that this was the first child,
12:31yeah, it was the first kid born while in the band.
12:34Yeah.
12:36And so, yeah, I think it was a special moment.
12:38Yeah.
12:39Yeah.
12:42It's so wonderful being able to carry a professional family
12:48with you as you go through phases of life,
12:50as you go through ups and downs and heartbreaks.
12:53There is such a special bond among the touring family.
13:04It's like having another family.
13:06They're the only other people really in the world
13:09who know what this is like.
13:11Before the show, after the show, on the off days,
13:14we are like this, and that's not normal.
13:19It's like she's handpicked these incredible people
13:24to be a part of this family.
13:28Most of the people I'm out here on the road with
13:30have known me since high school.
13:37But also, there are people that I just got to know
13:42in this phase of my life.
13:44Jeslyn is one of the most talented, resilient,
13:48loving people I've ever been around.
13:51She was the newest addition to our backup singers.
13:54I started with her reputation.
13:57I had never done a stadium tour before,
13:59and so the first show was just like,
14:02wow, this is a lot of people.
14:05We've been singing together for a couple of years,
14:07and when Jeslyn got sick,
14:11it was the first blow that the tour family experienced emotionally.
14:17It was like completely unfathomable to us.
14:25Sucks.
14:27While on tour, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
14:30And obviously it was devastating.
14:39But every weekend we had a show,
14:40so I still flew to the next city,
14:42did a show with everyone,
14:43and like in the middle of the week when we weren't doing shows,
14:46I would fly back to L.A. and just have biopsies,
14:49and just poked and broaded to learn really what I had to do treatment-wise,
14:53and then hopped back on stage and pretended like nothing was happening.
15:00I'll never forget when she told us.
15:02Everyone was just in shambles, and it's the not knowing.
15:07Here I go.
15:08When I let Taylor know, she came storming in with hugs and crying,
15:13and just saying, I'm so sorry.
15:15And her mom said, you just take care of you,
15:17and we'll be here when you're ready.
15:20So six months, I had to like take off and go through chemo, surgery.
15:31I had edema, I had like skin issues.
15:35I usually have all this curly hair.
15:41I lost about 75% of my hair.
15:44I felt and looked completely different.
15:47and just kind of watch my friends on live streams in the show.
15:53It was a hard one because we got to come be together for months.
15:59We love you, Jess. We miss you. We love you, Jess.
16:02She was home by herself.
16:04I miss you.
16:06Isolated from the family.
16:09We just wanted her to know that no matter what,
16:12under any circumstances, if she wanted to come back, she could.
16:16Goodbye treatment.
16:26I said, how quickly can I get back on tour after I'm done with radiation?
16:30My doctor said, that night.
16:33But you have to get back into shape.
16:37She literally finished radiation and got on a plane.
16:41I actually have a video of when we saw each other at the hotel.
16:45Oh, I'm touching you.
16:47Just coming back to this joy-filled show and these people just emphasized even more how much we're a family.
16:57I cannot believe that she was back in a few months.
17:10The will to come back and do the hardest show ever.
17:17None of us could believe it.
17:19I still can't.
17:21Blacked out.
17:47Right, you just keep your body still.
17:52In no way do I ever apply this.
17:54I do.
17:55To my...
17:57At any point in the show.
17:59Just want to flag that as I do every time I have to do pull-ups.
18:02There we go.
18:03And 12.
18:04That's it.
18:05Strong dislike.
18:06Two thumbs down.
18:07You have gotten stronger on those throughout the years.
18:08It's from all the pent-up rage and resentment I have for them.
18:09So you have to leave on Thursday night?
18:10Thursday morning.
18:11Go there.
18:12Do a full run-through.
18:13Yeah.
18:14In the stadium, which I'm really excited about with costumes.
18:17I want to be, like, back in it so much that I can, like, not be so, like, remember your stuff that you don't want to forget, like, you know?
18:37You don't want to see me do this without a rehearsal.
18:41Yeah.
18:42That's what you don't want.
18:43Yeah.
18:47There are a lot of things that we pulled off on this tour that I've never even attempted on past tours.
18:52I think the longest show I ever did before was two hours and 15 minutes.
18:57Five.
18:58I never would have believed you if you would have told me we would be doing a three-and-a-half-hour show.
19:03There we go.
19:04Now, saying that is one thing.
19:06Doing that physically is another.
19:08Eleven.
19:09I've never worked out this much in my life.
19:11It's horrible.
19:13I say I'm too late.
19:15Got nothing in my brain.
19:18I really had to up my game in terms of physical training.
19:25Six months ahead of my first rehearsal, running on the treadmill every single day at the tempo of the songs that I was playing while singing them out loud.
19:38You just don't want them to see you panting.
19:411989 and Reputation are very high cardio.
19:45Anything's hard when you're scaling a stage that goes the entire length of an NFL stadium.
19:51I think I run like eight miles in the show.
19:58Once we get to Miami, the turnaround time from landing and performing will be very short.
20:04We leave in six days.
20:06Haven't played the show in a couple months.
20:07And there are some things I want to make sure that I don't mess up.
20:12My ex-man brought his new girlfriend.
20:14She's like, oh, my God.
20:16I'm just gonna shake into the fellow over there with the hella good hair.
20:20Won't you come on with me, baby?
20:22We can shake, shake, shake.
20:24All right.
20:39Oh, we are so back.
20:43Nice.
20:44Can I do a video, like, out in the stadium with my cat?
20:50Yeah.
20:51We'll find a place out in the stadium, but it'll be, like, me walking in with my cat.
20:56Just, like, take my sunglasses off.
20:59And, like, so it would be behind me.
21:02Okay.
21:03And then once I stopped, start going around me like this.
21:06Okay.
21:07It's basically like we're back in the office.
21:09Yeah.
21:10You know?
21:11Yeah, yeah.
21:12For sure.
21:13And I've got my most well-behaved cat for it.
21:23She is my best one.
21:30What an idiot.
21:31Shirts on backwards.
21:33I knew something looked weird.
21:37It's wild being back.
21:40So it's lots of hugging, telling the same story, like, 50 times as far as what you've been up to over the break.
21:44It's awesome.
21:45It's awesome to be back.
21:46It doesn't feel like work.
21:47Florida.
21:48One, two, three, four, one.
21:50We are starting our last leg of this tour.
21:53We have 18 more shows left, which is very bittersweet.
21:57It's very sad.
21:58We're cramming.
21:59Yeah.
22:00Craming for the test at Miami Stadium.
22:01I'm a little nervous.
22:02But, but, you know, it's because we want it to be good.
22:05Oh, man.
22:06Well, we'll see.
22:07We'll see what I remember.
22:08I keep thinking today is a show day.
22:09Huh?
22:10I keep thinking today is a show day.
22:11It is a show day.
22:12It is a show day.
22:13It is a show day.
22:14In my brain, it has to be a show day.
22:15I have got to, like, plan.
22:17I need to do a full run through.
22:18Because my brain just—it's like I can't remember a single part of the show.
22:22We should all treat tonight like a show day.
22:23Show day.
22:24Um.
22:25Fitting time.
22:26Yeah.
22:27Fitting time.
22:28Bu şöykeli bir şey değil.
22:31Bu mal 아니야.
22:34Üçeb olmakla bir şekilde eline yap complain.
22:38Bir sene şu Overwatch için takendiniz.
22:40Evde bu şöykeli bir şöykeli özellikle.
22:42Şöykeli bir şey.
22:44Müzik zorluyeler.
22:47Ölce bir şuyma.
22:50Bir şey öğretmeni?
22:52O zaman gelsin bakma.
22:54O zaman ne zaman bakarım.
22:55Burada göre priceden çıkmak.
22:57I got to see if this can even happen because they put my boob cups on my ribcage.
23:05Either way, I want to see it.
23:07It's so beautiful.
23:09It's not that beautiful the way it fits me now.
23:19Wow.
23:20They fit.
23:21Oh my God.
23:22They fit, they fit, they fit, they fit.
23:25I don't know how you guys manage this.
23:28Put it in for her boobs.
23:30Oh, my God.
23:32Oh, wait, how does it fit so well?
23:34This is beautiful.
23:35I'm really glad they're here to document this because they documented the other the other way.
23:40Oh, it's perfect.
23:43It is.
23:44Nothing's going to pop out.
23:45And look, it's like, it's in the, how it is in the right spot?
23:48Because Diana's a genius.
23:49You guys took the cups out?
23:50What happened?
23:51Connected perfectly.
23:53Oh, it's now my favorite.
23:55I didn't see this coming.
23:57Oh, my gosh.
23:58I'm shocked.
23:59Amazing.
24:00What?
24:01This, I don't know.
24:02I don't know.
24:03I don't know.
24:04I don't know.
24:05I don't know how you did it.
24:08I truly don't.
24:09When I tell you guys that the bra was in a corset here, like a second row of others.
24:18Oh, I'm so excited.
24:20I'm so excited.
24:21I've never had an alternate outfit for the reputation section.
24:25Not once.
24:26People are going to lose their mind.
24:28As we were getting ready to go back into the shows again, Taylor was like, Mom, I'm really worried.
24:54I'm trying to go back in my mind and run through the show.
24:58And I get to certain spots and it just stops.
25:01And I said, don't worry about it.
25:04I said, you're going to get back on that stage and everything will come flooding back.
25:09I guarantee it and I hoped that I was right, but I didn't know.
25:15Performing that show is incredibly technical and hard.
25:20This tour isn't kind of like, oh, we just fly by the seat of our pants around here.
25:23Like we stage manage the shit out of this show and we're dealing with lots of production elements, lighting, screen content, pyro, moving floors, confetti, costumes, choreography.
25:41There's so many moving parts and it has to be no mistakes, perfect timing.
25:48There's a lot going on that happens really fast.
25:54A lot of fast cues from one end of the stage to the other.
25:58See piano lift up.
26:00Go.
26:01It's nerve wracking.
26:023.3 UFO.
26:04Go.
26:05Go.
26:06Go.
26:07Go.
26:08Go.
26:09Go.
26:10It takes a lot taking the right stuff out at the right times.
26:16So we all have to communicate well.
26:19We're always moving.
26:21The wings can be challenging.
26:24We have had incidences where they broke.
26:26If there's high winds, it gets really hard for them because it's super heavy.
26:31Cue 4301.
26:34Go.
26:40She's singing and having to engage and having to figure out what's coming next.
26:47She has some flexibility in where she might go, but there are some times when it's very exact.
26:53And if she's not standing in the right place, it's actually dangerous.
26:57I don't want to fall in a hole and I don't want to have like pyro go off on my head.
27:02I legitimately celebrate like every moment that something doesn't go wrong.
27:07Everybody is firing on all cylinders.
27:10I work in the wardrobe department and I also am one of Taylor's dressers.
27:14There's two of us.
27:15Every alpha change is about a minute and 15 or less.
27:21Our fastest quick change though is 39 seconds with her in the room.
27:22Those quick changes are like nothing you've ever seen before.
27:26It is like watching a NASCAR race.
27:33How many quick changes does she have?
27:3420 quick changes.
27:35Our crew helped us build four quick change booths.
27:36From there we kind of travel for a minute and 15 or less.
27:37Every alpha change is about a minute and 15 or less.
27:38Our fastest quick change though is 39 seconds with her in the room.
27:43It is not a bit of a minute and 15 or less.
27:44It is a bit of a bit of a quarter.
27:45The best of a minute is the best of her in the room.
27:46It is like watching the NASCAR race.
27:47How many quick changes does she have?
27:4820 quick changes.
27:49Our crew helped us build four quick change booths.
27:50From there we kind of travel through the underworld of the stage.
28:06Çok çok çok rápido.
28:11İzlediğiniz için çok çok fazla sürekli.
28:13Bu çok choreografi.
28:15Kaçınca, kaplıca, kaplıcınca.
28:20Bu zamanlar, ben size bir şekilde düşünüyorum.
28:23Bu zamanlar, ben size bir süreçte değişim var.
28:26Ben sadece bir süreçten sonra,
28:27bir süreçten sonra bir süreçten sonra.
28:31Bu süreçte, ben size bir süreçten sonra,

31:21I think it's this one, I reach out for, I can't remember.
31:25Yes, that's right.
31:26Do you want to try that one tomorrow?
31:29He was sunshine, I was midnight.
31:32Yes.
31:33I do want to try it.
31:34Yeah, yeah, just for good luck.
31:36Just so that I can confidently fall.
31:38Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
31:39Eight feet.
31:40Or just sometimes I get like a cat stuck in a tree.
31:43Yeah, but you haven't done it for two months.
31:46Yeah, it's going to be great.
31:47Good morning, South Florida.
31:51We have that full moon.
31:53It is going to cause coastal flooding.
31:55We're also under wind advisory.
31:56We have winds expected to gust up to 35 miles per hour.
31:59And around 7 p.m., Swifties, heads up if you're headed to the concert.
32:02Hang on to your umbrella.
32:03Even the potential for downpours headed through the evening and tonight.
32:07Good to see you again.
32:08Good to see you again.
32:09Nice to meet you.
32:09How are you, Ryan?
32:10Hey, Ryan.
32:11Good to meet you.
32:11Um, let me do a quick review on what we're seeing for weather for these next few days.
32:16All right, sounds good.
32:17The main concern pretty much for every day this weekend is going to be the winds.
32:22Today, we've already had gusts to around 30 across the area.
32:25Chances of wind gusts to around 35 miles per hour.
32:30I don't know what you guys have been seeing in the stadium itself, down in the bowl.
32:34We haven't seen anything over 20 in the last 24 hours.
32:37That's good to know because it has been higher outside the bowl.
32:39The weather element of playing outdoor stadiums is at times delightful and exciting.
32:48At times it is frustrating.
32:51At times it is, feels, uh, really, really horrific.
32:56Looking at precipitation right now, it looks like as you go on later in the day, the chances
33:02for showers start to increase.
33:04Like, that's how much crazy weather we've run into on this tour.
33:07This is the rainiest rain show that ever rain showed.
33:28Weather components I don't enjoy.
33:35Extreme wind.
33:36Do not like it.
33:37Do not love it.
33:38Do not like to see the speakers doing this.
33:41Hate that.
33:42Don't want it.
33:42When you hear the word lightning, that's when we start having to really worry about postponements.
33:50We also have the lightning detection system.
33:54And this, you can come in here, monitor it.
33:57Come and go as you please.
33:59All right.
34:00We're good.
34:00Thank you.
34:01Then you get situations where sometimes it's kind of wonderful.
34:07Just cinema, just drama, just, it adds to it.
34:12It adds to the show if there aren't other weather situations at play.
34:20Hey, did they want to go straight up to stage for the fall?
34:23Yeah, let's go.
34:24Erica's with us.
34:31Oh, hello.
34:32Hi, hi.
34:33Hi, guys.
34:34Hey.
34:34All you do is you twist, and then they'll catch you.
34:40Okay.
34:40Easy.
34:40And no matter which way you go, they're going to catch you.
34:43So if by chance you happen to lift your left, they're still going to get you.
34:48Okay.
34:48Okay.
34:49I will definitely do that.
34:50I always remembered Mike out.
34:52Yep.
34:52Yep.
34:52Okay.
34:53Want to try it again?
34:53Yeah.
34:54Okay.
34:54Okay.
34:56Because he was sunshine, I was midnight.
34:59Beautiful.
35:00Yeah.
35:01That's what it was.
35:03Thanks, guys.
35:04Yeah.
35:04Sorry about that.
35:04No, don't worry.
35:05See you later.
35:10See you later.
35:15First song I'm going to do is, this is me trying, and then I'm going into Daylight.
35:22I've been having fun.
35:26Yeah.
35:26I'm going to do is, this is me trying, and then I'm going to do is, this is me trying, and then I'm going to do it.
35:27I've been having fun.
35:28I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:32I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:33I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:37I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:38I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:42I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:43I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:49I've been having a hard time adjusting.
35:52I've been having a hard time adjusting.
