00:18Now it resets the Hall of Fame clock,
00:20and while I think it's going to take longer, obviously,
00:22because it resets the clock for him to get into the Hall of Fame,
00:25I think there's no doubt after these last couple games
00:28it's a lock that he will be a Hall of Famer now.
00:31He'll just get in five years after Eli and others
00:34because Eli, I believe, will get in in this upcoming cycle.
00:37So credit to Phillip Rivers, but now the 49ers.

00:40They win the game.
00:42Brock Purdy looked good, and now out of nowhere,
00:44they now control their own destiny
00:46because they play the Bears and the Seahawks the last two weeks
00:49for the one seed in the NFC,
00:51and when you look at that playoff picture right now,
00:54and there's been no team that's really emerged as dominant.
00:56No team is scary.
00:58Maybe the 49ers, who are healthier than they were,
01:01if they're able to beat the Bears and the Seahawks
01:04back-to-back weeks going into the playoffs,
01:06maybe they finally emerge as the team to beat
01:09and a team that will actually strike fear
01:11because right now, if I'm a fan of the Packers,
01:14if I'm a fan of the Eagles, the Panthers, any of these teams,
01:18I'm not afraid of any other team.
01:19The Eagles have beaten, for example, the Rams and the Packers,
01:23but they lost to the Bears, and the Bears have lost to the Packers,
01:27and they split with them, and all these teams have beat up on one another.
01:30But if the 49ers were able to beat the Bears and then sweep the Seahawks,
01:35maybe they're the team to beat going into it
01:37because, again, I talked about it yesterday.
01:39I have not loved the way this season has gone.
01:41It's been kind of boring for me.
01:43I want to hate somebody.
01:44I want a big, bad wolf, okay, who can huff and puff and blow the house down.
01:49Maybe it's the 49ers now who sneakily now control their own destiny.
