00:00So many things have happened as we have progressed down the fab lane.
00:03Ring and Aoki ran the 25-year anniversary baby fab shoot.
00:07I want them to work together like a team.
00:10You have to help me. I don't want to help me.
00:12No, you have to help.
00:15The tracksuits will be a trio and then we can shoot singles.
00:17Girls, okay, you guys are in charge.
00:20We're ready.
00:22You did a very good job.
00:24I just felt so proud.
00:25One, two, woo!
00:27Did I miss anything? That's kind of it in a nutshell.
00:30We are back in the fab lane.
00:35Wake up, wake up.
00:41I'm in a self-driving car for the first time.
00:44And I'm like a little creeped.
00:46Oh my goodness, I'm terrified.
00:49So I can't drive and I'm scared to get a drive.
00:52Not scared, I'm just kind of busy.
00:53So I thought I'd try the Waymo.
00:55Just me, myself, a car that's moving that I'm not driving.
01:04Casper the Friendly Ghost, the chauffeur.
01:07Yes.
01:07Don't forget your phone, keys, or wallet.
01:11Oh.
01:12There are more drop-off options in the app.
01:14Well, self-driving cars.
01:16This was cool.
01:17I like this.
01:18We're parked.
01:19Hell yeah.
01:20You're here.
01:21Please make sure it's clear before exiting.
01:23Okay, thank you Waymo.
01:25You're so cutie-patootie.
01:27Do your response.
01:32Okay.
01:32Hi, pretty.
01:43Hi.
01:44Me and Scarlet have been friends for 16 years.
01:46We met in the fourth grade at a French school.
01:48We really matched each other's energy.
01:50She goes on almost all of our family vacations.
01:53She's allowed in my mom's room.
01:55That's a big one.
01:57She's my bestest friend.
01:58Hi there, ladies.
01:59Hi.
01:59Do you want to get some drinks started?
02:00I kind of just want a matcha.
02:02Okay, let's get matchas.
02:03Matcha mommy.
02:04Good, I'll send these and I'll come back for you, okay?
02:06I wore these sneakers today.
02:07So we're matching?
02:08Wait, I think mine are cheetah and yours are leopard.
02:10Yeah.
02:11I like this.
02:11I'm going to take a photo.
02:13We're so cute.
02:14Scarlet is like a sister to me.
02:15Like, she's a large part of my support system that I have around me.
02:18I'm going to put it in our 2025 album.
02:21It's really easy to talk to her and I feel like you have to have someone in life to talk to.
02:25Otherwise, you're going to go crazy.
02:26Matcha's here for you.
02:29Oh yeah, this one also has like vanilla beans in it.
02:32I need that menu back so I can fan myself.
02:38Toby, what is it?
02:39I want to know.
02:40This is German on Salt Lake.
02:45Oh my gosh.
02:47Should I go say hi?
02:49No.
02:50He's going to be like, I love your movie.
02:52Oh my gosh.
02:53It doesn't matter.
02:54It's not Paul Mezcal.
02:56Paul Mezcal is hot.
02:57He's hot.
02:58I want that.
03:01So what are we doing after this?
03:02I'm going to my gynecologist office to talk about my PCOS.
03:06Oh really?
03:07Yes.
03:08I was diagnosed with PCOS which is polycystic ovarian syndrome five years ago when I was like 20.
03:14It's a hormonal disorder and it causes imbalance.
03:17It used to have extremely horrible painful cycles and I had really bad fluctuating weight
03:23and it can lead to infertility.
03:25Is it like just a checkup or is it like did she see something?
03:28We're supposed to be talking about freezing my eggs.
03:31Really?
03:32This soon?
03:33I'm 25 years old.
03:34I'm not having any kids right now.
03:35But you only have a certain amount of eggs.
03:37Yeah, you're going to have a certain amount of eggs.
03:38My egg count was like, she was like, it's not great for someone your age because of your PCOS.
03:42No, you should definitely do it.
03:42And it would be helpful to like preserve the really healthy ones.
03:45So many women don't know until it's too late that they can't have kids.
03:49So this is like actually better that you're being proactive about it.
03:51Like I don't even know how many eggs I have.
03:52Women, we never think about what will happen in the future because we're usually living in the now.
03:58But this is one of those things where it's really important to know what's going on with your body.
04:02Well, this is like really serious.
04:03Are you like, are you scared?
04:04I'm trying not to make it serious in my head.
04:06Except for I'm really scared.
04:08Yeah.
04:08It will affect things that I want to do later.
04:11I don't want to have babies right now, but I want to have options.
04:14But I have to say, you're going to have the cutest babies.
04:18I'm done, let's close out.
04:20I'm so excited.
04:21I'm so excited.
04:32Hi, Kimora.
04:32Hi.
04:33I think you're supposed to say, hey, hey.
04:36Hey, hey.
04:37Ready to make your drink?
04:39Okay.
04:40Since it is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Chris, who owns Hey Hey Smoothie,
04:46approached me to make my own custom drink.
04:49How we kind of came up with the menu is just kind of an homage to Asian heritage.
04:55And so we wanted to work with you to create a drink that also pays homage to your culture.
05:01Asian culture.
05:02Asian culture.
05:02Flushies are kind of my thing, or Icy's.
05:05I love lychee.
05:06I'm not so good at making drinks, but I've spilled a lot in my life.
05:09My mom would always yell at me.
05:10I absolutely love my mom.
05:12But there were times I was scared to death of my mom because Asian moms.
05:16Well, just because Asian moms.
05:20Wait, that too much?
05:21My mom is Korean Japanese.
05:24She was a single mom.
05:26I am an only child.
05:28I wasn't so close to my dad at all.
05:30So my mom was like my everything.
05:33She was super supportive, hardworking, sacrificed her whole life for me.
05:37My drive and what motivates me.
05:40That's where it comes from.
05:40Yeah.
05:41What's that?
05:42It's just a glass rinser.
05:45Now I'm a freak.
05:47First things first, you want to ice this.
05:49Okay, it's like I work here.
05:51We have our fruit syrup, our lychee right here.
05:53So I pour this in here.
05:54Yeah, so I shake it away from.
05:57Okay, I don't want to mess my hair up.
06:00That's good.
06:00That's a lot for me.
06:02That is a lot.
06:03And then we'll just taste it.
06:04If you want it more carbonated, we can do that as well.
06:07No, I think it might need a little more sweet.
06:09I think I'm addicted to sugar.
06:11You want to get that for you?
06:12Yeah, hey, hey.
06:13Oh, oh, hey, hey.
06:17Hi, can I help you?
06:19My name is Kimora.
06:20We close at 7, but if you come a little earlier,
06:22I'll let you taste my lychee drink.
06:24You can tell your girlfriend that.
06:26You sure can come right now.
06:28Did you set this up?
06:29No, I didn't.
06:30Oh, yeah, you can come right now.
06:31I'll make you a drink.
06:33Kimora, let's practice.
06:34Okay, we should call Aoki.
06:36Aoki should come in for this.
06:38Yoki.
06:38Hi, Mom.
06:39I'm at a tea house called Hei Hei,
06:41and I'm making a drink.
06:42Yeah.
06:42I want to know if you can come by and taste my creation.
06:45Stop over.
06:46Okay, great.
06:47I'm a little nervous.
06:50Coming up, I want to speak to you about what you think is best.
06:52This is the time to freeze your eggs.
06:55If you were my daughter, I would say it's non-negotiable.
07:03So I pour this in here.
07:04Let's shake it away from.
07:05Ah!
07:07Oh, hi, honey.
07:08Hello.
07:09Hello.
07:09Welcome.
07:10You're my first customer.
07:10How did you get back here?
07:12I work here.
07:12Oh.
07:13She's our newest team member.
07:14Do you regret allowing that at this point?
07:16I'm making a drink.
07:17See, look.
07:17She's doing pretty well.
07:18My mom, she can convince anyone to let her behind their counter.
07:21We were at Red Lobster, and she almost got in the back and made key lime pie,
07:24because she wanted key lime pie.
07:25I think people would be surprised to find out that Kimora Lee Simmons likes Red Lobster.
07:29Oh, we love Red Lobster.
07:31We're the reason that they almost went bankrupt from that all-you-can-eat lunch special.
07:35That's us.
07:36That's why.
07:37She's going to be the pro at making her own drink.
07:39Just tell me what you think of this before I make another one.
07:42Can we try a Just Butterfly PT?
07:44You want to just make it blue and make it lychee?
07:46A beautiful blue snow, yeah.
07:48Do you want the fruit still, or...?
07:50No.
07:51You don't want fruit.
07:53I like more lychee.
07:54Oh, Kimora lychee!
07:57Oh my God, that's it!
08:03Oh my God, I love lychee as well.
08:05We all love lychee.
08:06So now, if I worked here, I can't lick the side for the customer.
08:09My mom has cans of lychee in the pantry that say,
08:11Kimora only, do not touch.
08:13We're pro-lychee.
08:14And I like it.
08:16It's yummy.
08:16It's fresh.
08:20Hey, hey!
08:23Hold on, I'm new here.
08:24Just bear with me.
08:25Wait, do you like lychee?
08:30I made a drink called Kimora lychee.
08:31Would you like to try that?
08:32Do you like lychee?
08:35There you go.
08:35It's icy.
08:36It's a Kimora lychee.
08:41It means so much to me making this Kimora lychee,
08:44because I try to honor my family heritage.
08:47Like, my kids, all of their name has a Lee as a part of the first name.
08:51Ming Lee, Aoki Lee, Kenzo Lee, Gary Lee, Wolfie Lee.
08:55And it was my mom's Korean last name which became part of my first name.
09:00This is going to take off the nail, but don't worry, it won't be in your drink.
09:03This is a lot for me.
09:05I don't even know if that's right.
09:06This thing's tricky.
09:07I don't put lids in because it's not pretty.
09:09It's her first day.
09:10I'm sorry, I just started working here.
09:11There you go.
09:12Have a good day.
09:13I quit.
09:25Okay, thank you so much.
09:26You're welcome.
09:26Nobody ever likes to go to the gynecologist.
09:28It's not fun.
09:29How are you?
09:31But Dr. Ali Abadi is a really good doctor.
09:33She's really easy to talk to.
09:34She's one of the best and most sought after OBGYNs in the country.
09:40Oh my god, you look so good.
09:42Very different from a few years ago when you were in so much pain when I first met you.
09:46Oh, I know.
09:46So how are you feeling?
09:48I have almost no pain now.
09:49I feel like I have a regular amount of pain.
09:51Before it was 10 out of 10 every period and now it's like a two or a three.
09:55Do you remember our PCOS talk?
09:56I do.
09:57I feel like you were like, it's polycystic ovarian syndrome.
09:59Syndrome.
10:00So when I met you, luckily you were so young and I think we caught you in time.
10:04And during the surgery, we put a progesterone IUD in you to suppress the symptoms of it.
10:11It's really, really a hard thing when your hormones are not balanced.
10:14Because it was affecting me mentally.
10:16It was affecting me physically.
10:18And it's something that affects a lot of women that no one really talks about.
10:22And it's one of the top causes of infertility.
10:24So PCOS and endometriosis are two of the top causes of infertility.
10:29I have both, right?
10:31Right.
10:31Because I feel like when I first came in to you a couple of years ago,
10:34that was the first thing that we spoke about.
10:35And now I'm 25.
10:37And I'm going to speak to you about what you think is best.
10:39PCOS is tricky because PCOS patients have lots of eggs,
10:43but the quality goes down after age 30.
10:46And we talked about endometriosis, which pushes quality and count down.
10:51This is the time to freeze your eggs.
10:54Your egg count is great and your egg quality is great.
10:58I don't want to wait until your egg quality starts going down and the egg count goes down.
11:03I just want to freeze these eggs in case you show up to my office at 38 and you just met your partner.
11:09I don't want to worry about egg quality, but 10 years from now you're going to thank me.
11:15Okay.
11:16Freezing my eggs is definitely not something I want to think about in this moment
11:19because it's planning for a future that I'm not necessarily sure if I even want or I'm ready to have.
11:24If I freeze my eggs, when should I freeze my eggs? Sometime this year, do you think?
11:28If you were my daughter, you would be in a fertility clinic right now.
11:32It's just an insurance policy.
11:34It's expensive.
11:35The problem with egg freezing is I wish it was covered.
11:38I always say when patients are young and they have good healthy eggs, they don't have the money.
11:42They don't have the money.
11:44But if you have the privilege of doing it, then I think you should do it.
11:48Okay.
11:49Freezing my eggs is something that I want to go back to my mom and talk about.
11:54Not only is it taxing on the body, but it is expensive.
11:58So I'm a little nervous about telling my mom.
12:01If you were my daughter, I would say it's non-negotiable.
12:03Coming up, I'm looking for a British Asian Asian man on this red carpet.
12:10Tonight, it's going to be all Asian men.
12:12Yes.
12:13I just realized that we should switch to a more lower neckline.
12:16It does a funny little buckle thing.
12:31We have been invited to the gold gala tonight, which celebrates Asian excellence.
12:36It's kind of like the Oscars for the Asian community.
12:40This is a lot of wisdom. What is this? Why are they doing this?
12:45Events like this are important to me because family lineage and heritage are such a big part
12:51of my life. And for me, it's so exciting to be able to be with both of my girls.
12:56I think I'm in here. I hope I'm in here.
12:58This is the shoot that we did when I was literally passing away after Coachella.
13:02Girl, I'm not running my life with no drunker child. Let's go.
13:06I'm coming out right now. She's in IV.
13:10You're giving a People Magazine pose?
13:12I'm right here. I found it. Here I am.
13:15So pretty.
13:18This is People's World's Most Beautiful.
13:20I look great. I'm looking for a British Asian Asian man.
13:24My mom always says that we have to manifest.
13:27Tonight, it's going to be all Asian men.
13:29Yes. I just realized that I really should, maybe I should switch to a more,
13:34like a more lower neckline.
13:36It's fun to check out men on the red carpet.
13:38Like it's fun for men to check out women in a magazine.
13:40I just like to look.
13:42I'm window shopping and I don't necessarily want to purchase anything.
13:46So what are we going to do for jewelry?
13:49They go on top, like fairy ears. I love it.
13:52Like we'll do three on each side.
13:53Amazing.
13:54I feel like you are starting to look a lot like your mom.
13:58Yes.
14:00Okay, which earring? Look.
14:03That one's a little more Asian.
14:05I feel very connected to my Asian heritage. The culture, the food, the languages,
14:10is a large part of who I am and who I was growing up.
14:12Yeah, this is like gold gala. Isn't it gold?
14:15But we can vote.
14:16But isn't it Asian influence?
14:17Yeah.
14:17I mean, not that I'm not influenced enough.
14:20Which one looks like the Asian goddess of love and prosperity?
14:25You do.
14:26I feel like there's a lot of Korean and Japanese cultural influence in my house growing up
14:31because it comes from my mom and my grandma who lives nearby or used to now.
14:34She lives in Mexico and she loves it and it's amazing.
14:37Live where you want to live. See, I got it from my grandma.
14:40Come on, we have to hit the red carpet.
14:47Shout out to Asians everywhere.
14:48It's not on.
14:49Hello?
14:49Shout out my name.
14:50What?
14:51I'm looking for a husband on this red carpet.
14:53It's like Patriot Asian vibes.
14:54Ming likes a French wasion.
14:56Ming likes a what else?
14:58There's no Australian wasion.
15:00I've never had one of those.
15:01Excuse me, excuse me.
15:02We will not talk here on these three girl pros about territories of the world and what we have
15:08or haven't had.
15:09We are not going to do that, girls.
15:11What is even a wasion?
15:12A white and Asian?
15:13A white Asian?
15:13Yep.
15:14So what if you're a white, black, and Asian like Wolfie?
15:17You're a wobbler Asian, a wablasian.
15:20I'm just telling you to keep an eye out.
15:30Okay, ready?
15:32Wait, mom, I need help.
15:33The Gold Gala is a big deal.
15:35It's a really big event.
15:36It draws a lot of big names like Megan Thee Stallion, Chrissy Teigen, Sandra Oh, John Chu, and the Lee Bunch.
15:44Don't tilt your head too far.
15:46Step up a little touch, Yoki.
15:48Step forward.
15:51Not too much.
15:53I'm really short.
15:55I'm really short.
15:58It's so important for me to be able to be with both of my girls.
16:01Just because Aoki says she's leaving again.
16:04She's here to think.
16:05I'd rather being Bali.
16:06I'm leaving two weeks.
16:08I kind of think I hate it, but I also think it's great that she's spreading her wings.
16:15And so this is just a great night for us to have fun and be all together.
16:19People Magazine.
16:21Oh, that's right.
16:22What TV show are you really obsessed with right now?
16:27I'm a little distracted right now because I know I have to talk about freezing my eggs tomorrow
16:30with my mom, but I'm also trying to stay focused.
16:34I want to do that on the hot men on the red carpet.
16:40What's fun about getting to work together as a family?
16:42To get it together and all get dressed and take our pictures and go down the carpet,
16:46it's always fun.
16:46Last time we walked to the red carpet together probably was when we were a lot younger.
16:51I remember we would be like matching outfits, matching little coats, not like triplets,
16:57but like coordinated.
16:58And they were so, so cute.
17:00And then as they started to grow older, then I stopped.
17:02And we're all together.
17:03Yoki's home.
17:04We're all together.
17:05So we're very excited about that.
17:06It's hard to get everybody together.
17:07And the older they get and they have responsibilities and jobs.
17:10What makes you smile?
17:12Hi, Mom.
17:12I'm just very grateful that my kids love me so much.
17:17I think that's great because sometimes you don't have your kids like that.
17:20And I think that's because of how I was raised by my mom.
17:27Coming up.
17:28If I want to have a kid, 10 years probably the closest that you have to me wanting to even try that.
17:3310 years?
17:34Yeah.
17:35I don't want to wait that long.
17:42I want to get to the guy out of your tooth.
17:53What is that?
17:54Disgusting.
17:58It's gone.
17:59I feel sick.
18:00I feel sick.
18:01Everybody can't feel sick.
18:02I feel sick.
18:03I'm sick and tired of all of you.
18:06I'm sick and tired for real.
18:08I just wanted to talk to you because I went to the doctor.
18:10Okay, what'd she say?
18:11Dr. Ali Abadi said the IUD that I got really helped.
18:14That's good.
18:15Um, but she wants to withdraw eggs.
18:20Oh my God.
18:21Are you serious?
18:21Yeah.
18:22It's to have just in case my eggs are not viable because of my PCOS.
18:26She wants to take them out now.
18:28That's crazy.
18:29She said it's very costly, but I don't have any money.
18:32What?
18:33So wait, do I have to pay?
18:35Yeah.
18:36Wait, is that covered by insurance?
18:38No.
18:39I think probably of all my kids, ming is the most expensive on my credit card.
18:46There's been some Yves Saint Laurent items I've seen.
18:48They're a little pricey.
18:50I've seen accessories that rhyme with twerking.
18:54Look at the end of my bag.
18:56But the eggs, absolutely.
18:58I would do anything that I could do for my kids to be okay.
19:01If I'm that mom, like Mother Teresa.
19:06I'm not that old, but kind of like, yeah.
19:09The doctor did say if I didn't take out my eggs right now, that I might have trouble getting
19:14pregnant later.
19:15Oh, and that's like sad.
19:16But I don't know.
19:17Again, I don't know how I feel.
19:18I might be one of those people that have like dogs and then have no children.
19:22No, it won't be a possibility because we're going to take them out now.
19:26No need to worry.
19:27We're going to have a baby.
19:29No problem.
19:30Give me those eggs, girl.
19:31I will take the eggs myself.
19:32I'll harvest them myself and I'll make a million grand babies.
19:35It's okay.
19:36With whom?
19:37And absolutely not.
19:39If I want to have a kid 10 years, probably the closest that you have to me wanting to even try that.
19:4410 years?
19:45Yeah.
19:4510 years from now, I'll be...
19:47You'll be an actual age of a grandma.
19:49I don't want to wait that long.
19:50Well, I'm not ready to have a kid right now, which we know because I am a kid.
19:54Now that I've spoken to her about it and it's in the forefront of her mind,
19:58my mom will bug me about having babies for the rest of my life.
20:01But I think I'm very lucky to have a mom that is as supportive as she is.
20:05It's always better to have a mom that's more involved than not caring.
20:09Okay, so we're going to have a baby.
20:11No, we're not having a baby.
20:13I'll just take all the eggs.
20:15Yeah, I'm giving you the eggs, but you can't use them right now.
20:17Okay.
20:18Okay.
20:18I feel conflicted that my baby is having to go through pain or that she's having any trouble at all.
20:24But Ming has impressed me with her strength dealing with all of this.
20:28She's really brave, very brave.
20:32I'm not having a kid.
20:33Wow.
20:35Okay, we're having a baby.
20:36This is exciting because I should be a young grandma.
20:39I have to go.
20:40Take it easy.
20:41You should cleanse your system to prepare for my grandchildren's arrival.
20:45Oh my God.
20:48On the next Kimora back in the fat lane.
20:50You hitchhike?
20:51No, but like...
20:52Have you ever hitchhooked?
20:53I know Aoki is an adult, but adulting is not her specialty.
20:57Good luck, soldiers.
20:59I don't like this.
21:00I don't like it.
21:02Modeling won't always be there.
21:03You guys have to think of something else.
21:05Your baby fat is blue lingerie.
21:07Oh wow, my baby fat.
21:08That's a really high bar for me and what I'm trying to do.
21:10This looks cool-toned.
21:12This looks way too orange.
21:13I'm a little nervous.
21:14I'm doing this to prove to my mom I'm serious about building this business.
21:17What if I fail?
