Cracked section of Tondo Church in Manila raises concern ahead of Feast of Sto. Niño

A cracked section of the Minor Basilica and Archdiocesan Shrine of Santo Niño is seen days before the Feast of the Sto. Niño, raising worries among workers from Manila LGU over the possibility of falling debris, in Tondo, Manila, on Thursday, Jan. 15.
