00:00very different if it's a marker then there's at least one other what's pointed wait look at this
00:05another marker stone what this was found on lot 15. it's an engineering tool and that may be the
00:13most sophisticated item that's shown up we have the core gentlemen the core could be the core
00:19yeah i got something right here that is pretty much what we're looking for incredible
00:26there is an island in the north atlantic
00:30where people have been looking for an incredible treasure for more than 200 years so far they have
00:38found a stone slab with strange symbols carved into it man-made workings that date to medieval times
00:46and a lead cross whose origin may be connected to the knight's templar to date six men have died
00:54trying to solve the mystery and according to legend one more will have to die before the treasure can be found
01:14okay guys i9.5 here we are we're looking to get to the deeper sections of the solution channel that's
01:23right as the sun rises high above the money pit area on oak island rick and marty lagina's team
01:32move forward in their quest to solve a 230 year old mystery we've picked up the points where it's deepest
01:39and this is going to be one of them destination for this hole is 210 to 220 right steve yeah that's
01:43right 220 maybe even 230 feet deep dr spooner and dr michael fully believe that those metal deposits
01:50are placed by man not natural in the waters themselves exactly so very exciting hall yeah
01:57today they are drilling a new borehole known as i9.5 which is on target to reach an unexplored
02:05area of the solution channel and based on new water tests that reveal gold silver and other metal
02:12objects may be in this area the team has renewed hope that they are narrowing in on the elusive treasure
02:20when we get down there we should be looking for really soupy material yeah hopefully we'll drill through
02:27some loose coins at the bottom of a very loose soupy area yep i am a little bit disappointed by the
02:34initial speed of drilling in the solution channel but the significance of the precious metals and
02:41others dissolved in the waters has never been diminished we have a core gentlemen there's lots
02:47of indications that there is a great treasure here still 168 yes
02:57at this point it looks like we've got fairly loose material but it's not as really as watery and washed
03:03out as we would like to see thanks adam it's kind of what we want it's loose but there's just too
03:09much volume here it wouldn't allow things to fall through them it looks like we're into uh a little
03:15bit of gypsum now it's not solid stuff but if he starts out and starts getting into very firm material
03:22he's probably into the bedrock plateau i think that's kind of what we're hoping for because so far
03:29most of the collapses we've observed have been right on the edge of the bedrock plateau so if
03:35we're looking for a cavity underneath that that maybe remained open long enough to swallow up the
03:39money pit then it should be right there i think that bodes well as you say now let's hope that this
03:45is just the edge of the most distant protrusion out into the solution channel we've just caught a little
03:50boulder at this point i would assume it would have tagged into something but those metals still come back
03:55positive and they give me a lot of hope that we are in the right spot we just haven't tagged it yet
04:00every core could be the one that breaks through and then we're into the solution channel and
04:04potential treasure death absolutely as the drilling operation continues
04:10several hundred yards to the west on lot five hopefully we find something cool soon yeah members of
04:18the team search for new clues in the round stone foundation one of several mysterious structures
04:25that have been uncovered on this lot and which could help identify just who occupied it before the
04:31discovery of the money pit oh wow
04:37we got more pearlware oh nice you can bag it up and clean it what's satisfying for my job is when we find
04:46a piece of pottery like this it proves for us that people were on lot five doing work in the early 1700s but
04:55things like the different buttons we're finding indicate that this feature could potentially be a lot older than we thought
05:03so we're starting to perhaps build a picture of a very early occupation on oak island
05:09hey they owned a bead oh wow good eyes
05:30hey laird come check this bad boy out already what is it it's little
05:38oh nice it's a bead and it's from venice it's from murano you can tell just from looking at it
05:48stylistically and we've done analysis on the other ones so how old would one like that be well
05:55the tradition of bead making in murano goes back like hundreds of years but the beads could speak
06:02more to theories about the knights of malta having a presence on oak island
06:09this is now the sixth venetian bead that the team has found in this feature and curiously these ornate
06:16beads which were also used as currency between the 12th and 19th centuries have been potentially linked
06:23to a group known as the knights of malta a religious order related to the knights templar
06:30who established a stronghold just 15 miles south of oak island in 1632
06:36it's got red and blue inserts the base glass is white it's great that we're finding this variety
06:43of beads three of the same type kind of makes you think someone's necklace bro yeah and there's more
06:49out there they were used for trade but but they were also worn by the people that brought them over
06:57so that's pretty cool i don't find a lot of beads so i'm always excited when you get a bead cool
07:03like it a lot good job good eyes keep up the good work
07:11later that afternoon
07:14so what you see before us it's curious i don't know what to make of it rick and marty
07:20join other members of the team in the research center to discuss another curious discovery on lot
07:26five a man-made stone marker found just three weeks ago gary was metal detecting
07:34and we came across this and we both went well that's strange and to help their investigation
07:40laird has created a 3d model of the feature they did a drone based 3d model of the split stone feature
07:50i fly the drone around at different angles different heights and take a lot of photographs and then i bring
07:56all of those photographs back into the lab and i have a program that will reconstruct everything
08:03very similar to the reconstruction the ct scanner and in the end we have this beautiful 3d model
08:09so we can show all angles and all heights and get a really much better idea of what this split
08:16stone looks like laird what can you tell us about it well it was the stone sticking out that much from
08:24the ground it looked like a standing stone and then we found a much larger rock beside the standing stone
08:35if we flip it up you can see how the rock was sitting
08:38yeah i don't see a natural way for that to happen no no so the hole was dug it was placed in the hole
08:47propped up and then surrounded by rocks i don't have the expertise to say that it was 100 placed
08:56but the people who do have that expertise tell me that so the scientific finding is that that boulder
09:01was placed okay to me there's only two alternatives it was placed to cover something up
09:05or it was placed to be a marker of some sort we need to figure out which of those it is
09:11we did get this dark organic soil underneath the rock and as i was removing that i got this
09:18lone piece of wood that is being sent for c14.
09:21the dating on that will be important it could be quite significant to figuring out who was on lot
09:27five because i went back through some of my old survey stuff last night and this structure is very
09:33different and so i had to go way way back in time to find structures like this this formation was
09:39typically used by the romans or later by the vikings really wow
09:45this formation was typically used by the romans or vikings as a marker really yep in the research
09:56center steve guptill has revealed that the man-made stone formation near the middle of lot five could be
10:04an ancient surveying marker of european design this marker could go back hundreds if not thousands of
10:11years and so it's used for two things it's used as a marker stone to say you're on a you know like
10:17a roman road you're at 100 mile point or it's used to claim land so they put it on an area of
10:22significance to say this is ours which one use it to claim their land the romans the vikings were more
10:29so we were here right so it was purposeful yeah oh yeah 100 what else has been found so far in that
10:37area we've got six roman coins within 250 foot radius of this yeah you know one thing we learned
10:43on our research trips tracking templar movement all over europe oftentimes viking settlement sites had
10:50roman coins associated in those settlement sites in 2023 but there is a cave that i would like to show
10:57you absolutely members of the team traveled to reykjavik iceland to investigate the theory that
11:04descendants of vikings and members of the knights templar hid sacred treasures on oak island as early
11:11as the 12th century as you can see there is a cross with a circular top oh wow we've seen that before oh
11:22yeah and while visiting sites where some believe the two groups traveled together they saw not only a
11:29carving of a cross that matches the 14th century cross found at smith's cove you know the years
11:36the coins were issued yeah this is fourth century fourth century yeah blood's great yeah but we're
11:44also shown a number of roman coins found at the same site matching the six coins that were found on lot
11:50five is it possible that the stone marker which steve believes has a connection to both the romans and the
11:58vikings may be another clue that could support this theory is this oriented to north right now yes
12:07it's just common knowledge too you would never put your next marker out of sight you have to see
12:13between the two should be another one exactly yeah yeah i went out and surveyed the orientation of
12:20the six foot diameter with the rock sitting in the center and that's the orientation of the face on top
12:25if you project that line does it hit anything nothing as of yet okay when we were out there on
12:31the site you said let's walk it i think we should yeah yeah yeah yeah there might be another one of
12:35these or something even more important i know and then that would really clinch it wouldn't it it could
12:40be highly relevant to some of the early work that was done on this island might have some association to
12:47nolan's cross into the five stone cairns but a more valuable aspect of this find is this how many other
12:55structures like this have we walked past how many other structures are there yet to be found how many
13:02other things have we missed in our ongoing daily efforts to try to solve this mystery i think we've got
13:08a little bit of work we can do let's walk that line and then follow where it leads yeah and of course
13:14we'll bring gary and we'll detect it okay let's go all right see you later
13:24the next day all right back at the marker stone so what i'd like to do is walk south east okay steve
13:34and other members of the team prepare to find out if the possible stone marker on lot five
13:40might point them to an even greater discovery because we're in pretty thick woods what i'm going
13:46to do is i'm going to set my control point behind the stone and we're going to run a line of sight
13:51until ethan can't see us anymore then what we'll do is we'll move him to that location and we'll keep
13:56going on that line and what is this station what does it do a total station it does the exact same
14:01thing my gps does it just doesn't use satellites it uses ground control and it's great for situations
14:06like this where you can't get a signal because of the trees okay we'll get set up yeah okay you need
14:11this yes yeah i do need to hold that ethan what i plan to do is use my total station create a control
14:19line we'll call it i plan to move it every couple hundred yards so we can survey a perfectly straight
14:26line looking for another control point or marker stone this is essentially a land version of my gps
14:34so this is the satellites essentially and this is my what you'd see me run around with the gps
14:41and i gotta tell you mate i'm a little bit jealous i've got my magic one but that looks better
14:46all right i'm ready to go when you guys are
14:53you tell me where ethan yeah more right more right there you go perfect
15:00all right gary here's our first location okay mate so you know we go a couple hundred yards
15:06we've got peter and i cutting line we've got gary metal detecting and that's important because if
15:11this truly is a line of significance anything he finds could really be a big clue of what this marker
15:17stone could have been or who could have walked this line
15:19pete got a target over here mate we're not too far off the line
15:32iron right yeah
15:47a little little piece of strap you see that square roll in it well it could be a barrel loop looks
16:02pretty thin yeah i like this little piece of strap we've had some amazing results from pieces of
16:09strap that we found around the island and of course if you're looking for treasure and it's
16:15in a large barrel they would have had iron straps around them just put in my pouch sounds
16:21good it's going back to the lab keep following the line all right gary i'll keep moving okay
16:29as the team continues their search for clues you know the item in front of us i think could be
16:36highly informative in the oak island lab rick and other members of the team meet with laird and emma
16:43regarding a possible compass found one week ago on lot 15. yeah so this was found closer
16:51to the beach so you found it up on the bank yeah when we pulled it out i mean we originally thought
16:57it was a compass of some sort you weren't wrong yeah it's what we call a compass just like someone
17:02navigating on a map would use exactly it's a a tool either for navigating or it can be used in
17:10construction really dating back more than 2 000 years a compass is an instrument used for measuring
17:20distances on maps and to design various kinds of structures on land such as buildings and even
17:27make a lithic formations so these are images with all the corrosion also what you're seeing is what's
17:35on the screen right now the side views back view but this is what you can see in the interior
17:45you see one arm a pin
17:47this is the other arm so there's two components with one pin holding them together but it's hand
17:58forged and i got a fairly good comparable of this specific design oh i see what you mean yeah
18:07what data are you putting on this so no signs of modern alloying elements so it kind of takes it away
18:15from the mid 1800s onwards oh wow that's interesting pictures are fantastic so 18th century or the
18:231700s very comfortably fits within there but i mean there's nothing to say that it's not from mid to
18:30late 1600s possibly older that's interesting i mean there's nothing to say that it's not from mid to late
18:431600s approximately older wow in the oak island lab laird and emma are revealing that the compass
18:51found on lot 15 could date back more than a century before the discovery of the money pit that's
18:58interesting very interesting you said yourself it's construction tool yep lot 15 is in close proximity
19:07to the boulder of this beach and the stone cairns to me the stone cairns are made by the hand of man
19:16the stone cairns were a formation of five pyramid shaped mounds that fred nolan documented in the early
19:231960s on lot 15 before they were destroyed by treasure hunting activities
19:28in 2023 archaeoastronomy expert professor adriano gazpani shared peer-reviewed research suggesting the
19:38cairns had been designed to perfectly align with stars in the night sky during the 13th century
19:46and when the team visited a site in born home denmark possibly connected to the knights templar and
19:52descendants of vikings i have the picture here of the stone cairns i'd say it's almost identical they
19:58were stunned to find a petroglyph of the exact same formation i think in order to create the stone cairns
20:07which are just uphill from the find you would need measuring devices you would have to draw a map
20:15of what you intend to do to accomplish with distances measurements orientations alignments while this
20:24is a measuring device a device such as this would have been needed to actually create these constructions
20:32here we have a construction on top of the hill that needed to be laid out rather precisely and we have
20:38a tool that would have assisted in devising a plan to create these constructions we've always seek to
20:45connect the dots in terms of what's found here so it's a great find but i think i'd really like
20:53carmen to take a look at that yeah but at the end of the day the search agenda continues and thus we
21:00have work to do as do you in the lab we do so we really appreciate it all right thank you folks good
21:06as rick ends the meeting in the lab steve look at this what's that this rock right here would it be
21:13any sort of marking it could be near the bottom of lot eight steve and the team continue searching
21:21for clues along a straight line from the possible marker stone on lot five for me there'd be some
21:28type of a mark on it because again we have so many boulders and stones on this island and this doesn't
21:34have any okay but uh over the next 20 or 30 feet we're at the highest point so if we're gonna find a
21:40marker stone in line of sight it could be somewhere in here so good eyes peter let's keep going okay
21:47anytime i see a boulder you have to take a double look because some of them have turned out to be
21:50substantial pieces of evidence left by somebody so anytime that we come across something that
21:56looks like it's been placed by man we have to investigate it so we are now moving into i would
22:02say lock 27 keep your eye out through rocks okay i'll turn around here wait look at this oh man i just
22:17walked straight over that that looks like a drilled stone yep and they found drill stones like this before
22:23in the money pit a drilled stone found on lot 27 in 1895 treasure hunter frederick blair found a drilled
22:34stone just north of the original money pit over four decades later in 1937 gilbert hedden found another
22:43near smith's cove on a perfect east-west alignment from blair's discovery steve do you know anything about
22:52this what looks like drilled stone actually i do so a few years ago rick and i were doing some work
22:58out here he found it came out and surveyed it but we had nothing to tie it to but now we do yeah
23:06is it possible that the team has just found a connection between the feature on lot five
23:12and this drilled stone every time we found a marked stone or a drilled stone it represents something
23:19and it's a point of interest that usually is followed up by another point of interest and
23:24if they project to an area yeah so this is a really important spot but i suspect that we'll find an
23:30artifact or a marker stone anywhere between where we are now and just up over the hill perfect okay
23:36all right guys follow me we'll keep moving okay this drilled stone connects to the lot five marker feature
23:43so it makes the marker feature way more important and i'm excited to see where it might go
23:52all right guys so i get us back online and i can actually do with my gps now that we're in the open
23:56okay what lot are we on steve now we are currently standing on 28 on the western side of the island
24:02do we know any features in this area oh absolutely we're heading right towards kingdom stone okay so
24:08kingdom is part of the tree of life a lot of theorists work with the tree of life and no one's
24:13cross yeah the kingdom stone there is a code and map i found and it will lead to the ultimate point x
24:21in 2013 norwegian freemason and researcher petter amundsen proclaimed that the six megalithic boulders
24:30that form nolan's cross may actually be part of a larger feature that included four additional buried
24:37boulders known as the tree of life an ancient religious symbol comprised of 10 points or sephirat
24:45that was highly revered by the knights templar yeah this is it good to prove his theory petter along with
24:54marty and alex uncovered the sephirat at the base of the formation known as the kingdom stone it was only
25:03half of a small boulder that appeared to have been precisely cut in two and because it was such a
25:10potentially historic vibe the team reburied it for preservation i mean as you can see we've done a lot
25:18of work in this area over the years yeah
25:20so kingdom stone is buried here okay so you can see along our projection it's pretty close actually
25:30it's probably on the projection from the drilled stone what we're seeing here is if this lines up
25:37with kingdom it could have been a reference point for building out nolan's cross and the tree of life
25:43is that possible absolutely usually when you can line two or three items up on a linear projection
25:49it was done on purpose yeah okay i'm gonna get my uncle rick to come meet us at that drilled stone
25:55i think that's a good idea sure he's gonna love it
26:02here comes ricknell yeah you remember this don't you rick i do
26:06on lot 27 of oak island rick joins the team to investigate a stone with a curious drilled hole
26:15and which sets on a perfect southeast line from the stone marker on lot five so the question then to
26:23you is were you able to project any lines off other drilled stones or features in the area yes if you
26:30project this line from lot five to here we cut through kingdom stone what yeah isn't that crazy to
26:37think of i mean who would have thought the kingdom stone was connected to that monument marker there
26:43on lot five huh this drilled stone is near the middle of the island at one of the highest points that's
26:52right you want your survey points at high locations because it's line of sight so this becomes
26:59a piece that you pivot on maybe we project to no one's cross maybe we project to the cairns maybe
27:04we project to the drilled stones and the money pit and look for more clues so it becomes a big network
27:10for me to work with this line from the marker stone through the drilled stone it hits kingdom stone
27:16that ties to nolan's cross which could be part of a bigger network and something significant to
27:21figuring out where this treasure is so right now it's pretty exciting it's difficult to put your mind back
27:28and say men in white robes with red crosses and blazing on their chests were here on this island
27:34but the kind of planning information and network of infrastructure needed it conjures up the idea
27:42that it was significantly important to whomever was designing it digging and drilling is part of the search
27:51agenda but only part we're building a body of evidence that someone went to a lot of planning
27:57logistics and effort to create possibly an island-wide map on the ground that reaffirms my belief all these
28:06many years that digging and drilling alone will not solve the oak island mystery well maybe the answers are in the ground
28:14everything builds on something else and sometimes it's the most innocent observation it presents
28:20some stunning opportunities to learn more to do more see what we find see what we find absolutely
28:26yeah let's say we get going all right sounds good follow you
28:29as another exciting day begins on oak island how you doing rick where are we i think we could see
28:43an open washed area with effectively a void down below and that's what we're looking for for sure right
28:49rick arrives at the money pit area where borehole i9.5 may be close to entry the solution channel
28:58we have a core gentlemen the core could be the core let's hope it's the core okay
29:05he went from 185.5 to 209 ish so he's going to have probably about 20 feet in the core barrel
29:13so we got an anaconda coming our way every time you open a car what you're hoping is that you will find
29:20the one thing given the fact that you know there are detectable levels of precious metals at the depth
29:27with that pin point already charles right there that's really what we're looking for really loose
29:35material do you like to see that that's just falling out let's hope we get some gold in the mud
29:41okay okay don't get off here but what is most important is the soil meaning would a treasure
29:49fall through the type of soils that we've encountered that's the hope so
29:54so it's an interesting location but at the end of the day something has to come up from the core
30:05which one do you want you want that terry when they cut yes
30:07so that's 209 carrie 209 let's be hopeful
30:17that is pretty much what we're looking for it is yeah it's very loose very loose
30:25if uh if nothing else this is proof that the soft material hangs out right under the ledges
30:30in the solution channel yep spread this apart for you charles and then we'll let you get that with
30:36the pinpointer now that's probably the start of our dead rock right there okay okay i'm gonna run the
30:42pinpointer over this
31:00i got something right here guys you know you get fooled sometimes by the screws in the table let's take it
31:06over yeah watch yourself good good nicely done here we go yeah i got something right here oh wow right here okay whoa
31:28i have something right here oh wow okay while the team investigates a drilling core taken from 209 feet deep
31:40in borehole i 9.5 charles is detecting a possible metal object
31:49right there whoa
31:50somewhere it's gone just give this another sweep through
32:01i got nothing it is what it is
32:05well you know to be safe we could have cut you come up and just run the manticore over here yep
32:11and you know for certain absolutely let's do it it's exciting in the moment there's something here
32:17that is making the pinpointer react but i don't understand how the signal disappeared it's very
32:25curious i don't know what it means so we need to call in katya and test the entire sample the entire
32:33drill core hey guys how you doing good what do we have here well katya i was getting a hit but then
32:40i got a harder signal right here more stronger signal if you could go over it again just to confirm
32:46see if there's something there sure yeah let's just lift it up and put it on the garbage cans
32:56start with the pinpointer
33:05there we go here we are if you want to start separating it out you can use that
33:11so there was something there
33:16see this is what happened to us yeah
33:26it's just fine stuff in here that when you get big clumps of it and it's concentrated it'll go crazy
33:34we're looking for a little flecks of gold could that possibly be ground up in that we found it in
33:41other samples yeah this could definitely be something really interesting here if there's
33:46gold dust in those bags that could be part of the treasure there you go so that could also be an
33:53indicator that we're getting really close if it's in there yep bingo so it's all the more reason to send
33:58this off to the lab sure yeah i have a bag here so we're going to get a sample and get it back to the
34:03lab okay is it possible that the team has recovered traces of precious metals in soils collected from the
34:11solution channel if so could that mean they may be closing in on the legendary treasure there's no apparent
34:20gold coin or anything like that but something of metallic nature is in that core hopefully the lab
34:28can confirm if it is gold or silver if this is some sort of metal especially if it's fine flakes of
34:37gold or whatever it is you'd put a case on shot over this no question about it so there's reasons to be
34:44hopeful but there's also reasons to give it your due diligence absolutely thank you katya of course
34:51i'm hoping you guys have some success on this yeah me too
34:56later that morning well look here how you doing hey carmen found something else yes sir we did in the
35:05oak island lab members of the team meet with blacksmithing expert carmen leg so this was found on lot 15
35:14while they await soil test results on the money pit core they have asked carmen to examine the tool
35:20found on lot 15 to help determine just how old it could be when i pulled it up i thought it was like
35:27a compass navigation tool of sorts i'll have a look
35:30well it's not a compass what it is is a divider it's an engineering tool dividers were used a lot on
35:43planning structures or developing structures from maps or plans also if you measure the diameter or
35:50something you determine the circumference of whatever it is so dividers if i understand what you're saying
35:56that aren't really that much different from a compass it's the same principle yeah yes the dividers
36:01were used a lot on determining how structures would fit together i think you're describing ancient
36:07geometry too yes oh yeah that's right yeah i'm looking and it seems like it it's double-sided right
36:14mm-hmm if you look you can see there's two sides to it and there's also a middle that comes out with
36:19probably another two sides going this way in other words it simply wasn't this huh oh yeah
36:27where it's double-sided it's really a high quality tool it's quite thick and wide and robust so again
36:34that tells me that it's an engineering tool that was meant to last i would suspect it was probably
36:39about that long in the beginning oh wow i was not expecting it to be that long what is the earliest
36:46date that you put on it i've seen some french ones that were 1620 they were double-sided as well
36:55i remember seeing in a british journal i believe a set of dividers same style same design
37:02was 1543 oh wow there we go
37:12i remember seeing in a british journal a set of dividers it was 1543. wow in the oak island lab
37:22carmen has just informed the team that the divider tool found on lot 15 could predate the discovery
37:28of the money pit by more than 250 years emma you could probably determine what's in there for
37:35metal age-wise um the composition really lines up with 1600s but there's a huge chlorine content and
37:43it's not just salt water exposure it's salt water submersion for really long periods of time
37:49i mean you kind of see it now in the the build-up of that kind of corrosion iron doesn't do well
37:55underwater no sea water and if the chlorine content is affecting other aspects of the composition
38:01maybe a second look could yeah sway it towards the 1500s but now to get chlorine in it yes how did
38:08it go from being under salt water for a long time to being where it was found well it could have come
38:14from the flood tunnel if the original depositors lost it in there and then the searchers found it
38:20and brought it up to surface and or dunfield yeah there's records where the flood tunnel came
38:27crashing in at them maybe this came in and later on was brought to surface there are dunfield spoils
38:34all along block 15 all along there all right well maybe we're getting somewhere yeah but that makes
38:39it a depositor item doesn't it depositor item or a flood tunnel construction item
38:45mm-hmm in 1965 treasure hunter robert dunfield excavated a massive 100 foot diameter hole in the
38:56money pit area and moved the spoils from his dig to nearby lots such as 15. but due to the inflow of
39:04seawater from an ingeniously designed man-made flood tunnel system that originated at smith's cove
39:10the massive hole repeatedly caved in and the dig failed to reach any deeper than 140 feet is it
39:20possible that mr dunfield may have unknowingly recovered this tool from the flooded depths of
39:25the original money pit 60 years ago this is quite possibly the most sophisticated item that's shown up
39:34for metal detecting this is a tool of an upper level craftsman oh it certainly is yeah very
39:40high quality and very expensive and valuable tool well it kind of speaks to the fact that whoever
39:46was here with that did something of great significance and whether that be an alignment
39:53of boulders or something in the money pit they would need that yeah i would think the divider is
40:01very interesting trying because the original depositors work in the money pit took time and planning
40:08so there would have been a plan probably on paper this was an endeavor that was not done on the
40:14weekend and everything that we have discovered i think can fit into that theory and thus the reason
40:22to continue work like this next time you two find something equally interesting but less inexplicable okay
40:31okay this thing's so interesting it's going to take a little bit more thought to figure it out always
40:37good to have your input carmen thank you emma so for now let's get back out there sounds good
40:43let's go find some more okay with the team's new discoveries and revelations more questions arise
40:53is it possible that people visited oak island nearly 800 years ago with an elaborate plan to hide sacred
41:01treasures and did others who knew of those secrets come centuries later to bury more
41:08for the laginas and their team one thing appears to be certain the more they peel back the layers
41:17of this 230 year old mystery the deeper it becomes
41:24next time on the curse of oak island you have a cord gentlemen this must be the solution channel
41:36that has the ability to hide treasure i got something right in here there it is yeah it's there
41:40oh my gosh laird can you tell if this is a jewel it is high grade made in the old world yep that takes
41:55us to a whole new level
