Ingredients:
▶️ 150 ml warm milk (any type)
▶️ 2 tbsp chia seeds
▶️ 1 tsp honey or sweetener of your choice
▶️ 1 tbsp cocoa powder
▶️ Optional topping: berries or Greek yogurt
▶️ A little extra cocoa powder
Preparation: Blend everything well, pour into a glass, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
