00:52kick off this bad boy by heading straight to the Penrith Whitewater Stadium where we get to teach
00:58a Olympic gold medalist all about kayaking. We are at the Penrith Whitewater Centre with none other than
01:08Olympic kayak gold medalist reigning champ Noemi Fox. Noemi. Speaking of gold medals, what is it like
01:17having one in your possession around your neck? What's that moment like? Always keep it
01:22on me at all times. Oh my god. Handy at all times. No way. I don't know. I think it's
01:28scared to drop it. It's definitely life changing. What was it like the moment that they put the
01:34medal around your neck? It was the best feeling in the entire world and then just you know the
01:40high that you're on afterwards and just having this you know peace that you can constantly remind
01:44yourself of you know that journey, the resilience behind it and what's possible in life. And it all
01:50finally feels worth that. Oh 100%. Sacrifice, the dedication. After Rob had shown Noemi his under 11
01:59soccer medals, she offered us a crash course in kayaking. A decision she would come to regret.
