00:16so we have opened the tender
00:18for all of those countries that put in a bid
00:21for 2029
00:22we said
00:23it's going to be in 2028
00:25Because in 2029, after the FIFA Club World Cup
00:29in America, Canada, and Mexico,
00:34we will have the first African Nations League.
00:37You're going to have 54 nations, 54 member associations
00:41participating in the African Nations League
00:47in the different regions.
00:49And then in November, there's going to be one country.
00:53And this country is where the winner, the champions
00:57of each of those regions will meet either in West Africa
01:03or East Africa or in North Africa.
01:07And as I said, more prize money, more competition,
01:10more resources, better infrastructure.
01:12So what's going to happen now is you'll have the equivalent
01:14of an AFCON every year.
01:17You'll have the best African players in the world
01:22participating and playing in African football
01:25at the highest level on the continent every year.
01:30We're in discussions with all our stakeholders
01:33and taking into account the global fixtures.
01:37The AFCON now will now take place once every four years.
01:42Now let's do what's going to happen next week.
