05:26So one of the things that's hurting me today is, like, I don't share vulnerability.
05:30I remember being at my aunt's funeral and my dad was crying and I gave him a napkin and said, okay, now, let's keep it moving.
05:39And I know now, as an adult, we should allow people to grieve or to feel what they're feeling in that moment.
05:48So I'm learning to do that all over again right now.
