00:12Pero bago yan, humarap siya at ang asawang si Curly Diskaya sa Justice Department kaugnay ng reklamong tax evasion.

00:21Mula sa NBI Detention Facility sa Muntinlupa, ibiniyahe si Sara Diskaya patungon Department of Justice kaninang umaga.

00:35Nakatalokbong, nakasuot ng bulletproof vest at nakaposa si Sara habang bantay sarado ng mga NBI personnel.

00:44Kasunod niyang dumati ang mister na si Curly na mula sa Senate Detention Facility.

00:49Magkasama silang humarap sa preliminary investigation ng DOJ,

00:54kugnay sa reklamong tax evasion na isinampa ng Bureau of Internal Revenue.

00:59Dahil ito sa hindi umanog pagbabayad ng buwis ng mag-asawa na haabot daw ng P7 billion pesos.

01:06Hindi sila humarap sa kamera, bawal din ang media sa loob.

01:09Pero ayon sa abogado ng mga Diskaya, nag-file sila ng rejoinder at inaasang for resolution na ang tax complaint.

01:17Kinakailangan po na siya'y dumating dito kasi panunumpaan niya po yung kanyang rejoinder sa tax evasion case before the prosecutor.

01:25Now the case is submitted for resolution. You can expect that by next week, we will have the resolution out already.

01:32Sa pag-alis ni Curly sa DOJ, natanong siya tungkol sa pag-aresto sa kanya misis.

01:37Matapos nito, dinala si Sarah sa NBI headquarters sa Pasay City.

01:50Doon na siya naghintay ng oras para sa kanyang flight sa Cebu.

01:54Kailangan kasi siyang iharap sa korte sa Cebu para ipaalam sa hukuman na nahuli na ito.

01:59Arestado si Sarah sa visa ng warrant of arrest para sa mga kaso kaugnay sa ghost projects sa Davao Occidental na nagkakahalaga ng 96 milyon pesos.
