00:02I'm here because the world needs to be supported with compassion and supported in our pursuit for safety, in our pursuit for consciousness, and that's why I'm here.
00:16I mean, even from London, that's like, it doesn't matter where you're from, it's so inspiring to just be so excited, something so helpful.
00:23Thank you for letting me sing.
00:25I'm marching today for my son, but I'm marching really for all of us, everybody's sons and daughters, and all of us as communities and schools and churches,
00:34so that we can feel a sense of safety, but also a sense that we actually, as a country, care about each other enough to keep each other safe.
00:43I do want to see gun laws change. I want to see sensible gun laws put into place.
00:48And I want to, I would love to really, I'd love to sit down with the NRA and like, let's hash it out.
00:57I wish that we weren't all so divided on this issue.
01:00I do believe that we all care about each other. We do care about our children.
01:05So let's do that in a way where we can have sensible gun laws and not feel like we just have a running ramp in the country for guns.
01:14Oh, oh my god, it's so important to be here today to support all of the young people out here fighting for a change.
01:21I'm introducing Rachel Gariba, who helped help march today, so just supporting everyone here.
01:28And what do you want to see happen with gun laws in this country?
01:30I want to see change. I want to see change, that these young people can do that.
01:34I'm here because it's such an important cause and I'm introducing Olivia Skalding, who is an amazing activist and she's only 15.
01:41And I feel really honored to be presenting her because I think a lot of people can look up to her.
